There are 2 plastic boxes by the entrance, one on the left wall and one on the right wall. Only a picture of a box was sent with no further instructions and it is quite dark by the entry. No indication on the box that it belonged to The Nook at all, and we picked the wrong box and thus the entry code did not work so we were left outside for a long time. In general too many pictures taken and sent and too little clear instructions in writing. Also, all heating can be turned off on one of the electric switches in the kitchen, and my children tried to light the lamp but picked the wrong button so we had no hot water and no heating for a full day. Clearly, something should be written here to prevent this from happening. In general the electricity in the UK do have a lot of on and off switches, but to have all heating in the kitchen beside the light button is not the smartest thing in the world...

Excellent apartment, very clean and modern. Everything you needed in the kitchen. TV with Netflix. Great location, easy walk to city centre. Off street parking in secure place. Fabulous host, very helpful.

Lovely decor, comfortable, clean, home away from home level of comfort. Good amount of space and accessible to most locations. The en-suite bathroom is a great touch.

Great apartment, loved the interior! Very clean, fully equipped kitchen. The hosts have done a great job and thought of everything. Complimentary toiletries, comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend a stay here!
