Our month stay was wonderful. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. The outdoor space is amazing. The owner was very easy to contact. Hoping we can stay here again!

Excellent house layout, with all the amenities, various area on the property to enjoy a book, and just relax. Two grills to cook 👨‍🍳 👩‍🍳 on, and plenty of seating. Great areas to walking around the lakes and local streets. Owner provided (2) bikes 🚲 for our enjoyment. 12 miles south from Tempe/Chandler area, 88 miles to Tucson, the house far enough off the freeway not to hear the road noise. Will book again in the future

Other than cold weather in Feb we were told hadn’t been this bad in years, we loved the place and Lori was so great and available by text/phone. The house was so close to the walking and biking trail and to cottonwood club house. We enjoyed a great meal on the patio with sunset view at Ironwood which is open to the public. Towels and throws were new and fluffy. Nice local art on the walls. The only one suggestion we had was a sitting chair would be nice in a room away from the tv so either in the front bedroom or possibly instead of a high table off the kitchen, a sitting area for reading. There’s nothing like picking an orange or grapefruit and enjoying it fresh off the tree! We didn’t realize there were bicycles and hauled our own. We were glad to see tennis and pickle ball rackets, sun hats, and a backpack in case we had forgotten. Highlight was sitting out just after sunset with an Arizona style campfire. Thanks for sharing your 2nd home, Lori. It’s very homey.

The house is lovely and inviting, and the owners were very helpful. Most of the facilities in Sun Lakes do not welcome children under 19 (most pools, hot tubs, fitness center).

This was a nice place to stay. Everyone in the community was friendly. The home is comfortable and I looked forward to relaxing there each evening after a busy day. Highly recommend.

This place was really nice, everything was there as advertised. We were able to golf 7 different golf courses, and enjoy The Cottonwood bar and grille. Would recommend to anyone that would like to golf, or enjoy all that Cottonwood has to offer.

Well equipped nicely decorated home. Many amenities with a beautifully decorated back yard and patio area. Love the location and use of the clubhouse & pool. Communication with the owner was very timely. Really enjoyed our visit!

We stayed for almost a week at this lovely house. The house was comfortable and clean and the backyard was nice. We did not use the community facilities at all but we walked around the lakes. Staying in this house was much nicer than staying at a hotel for about the same price. I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent house in retirement community (over 40). Nice pool and community center a short walk away. House had all the extras like spices, drinks, cleaners, and grill. Very clean and quiet private back patio. Excellent value!

The house is stocked with all the essentials like spices, butter, coffee, and even drinks and chocolates! it has a working grill and a private patio. The pool and community center is a short walk away. We used Lyft--but a car would have been nice to get to the grocery store. EXCELLENT on cleanliness and ease of use! I would return--we saved money as it was cheaper than the hotel!
