Location and convenience can not be beat!

Everything was pleasant, comfortable. Kitchen was stocked adequately. Location was fantastic! After skiing, the kids went sledding every night on the trail.

Absolutely loved this trip. Fabian was a pleasure to work with and the condo was exactly what was promised. Will absolutely book this for next year!

This condo was perfect for our group of 8. The four bedrooms was a great layout for each of us to have our own space. The location is a true ski-in ski-out right on Raccoon Run which makes this really fabulous! The 8 ski passes was also fantastic! As soon as you arrive you are ready to head right out on the slopes! The owner Fabian was a breeze to work with. Any questions/problems are quickly addressed/resolved. We would definitely rent this condo again and highly recommend it!

Served perfectly for our family to stay 8 nights, as a “home” base, while we prepared for our daughter’s wedding in a nearby town. Located in nice quiet area. Would recommend to others and would happily stay in this condo again

We loved this place! We did a golf trip to Jay and wanted a good place to hang together and this was it. Plenty of room for 8 guys, very well decorated and a great layout. Would highly recommend this place and the owner is a great person to do biz with! Thanks!

The location is perfectly central, right off an east slope. Our group had expert and beginning skiers. This house was perfect for everyone to enjoy true ski-in, ski-out set up. The layout with two living areas gives lots of space. Our older kids used the sauna daily. The inclusion of the ski passes also made this rental a good value and made the process of getting on the slopes easier than you can imagine. We have a large family so VRBO is our preferred source for vacation housing. Fabian may have been better than anyone else at being available and responsive. We can’t say enough about how easy he made it.

This townhouse was the perfect spot for a friends ski weekend. The condo was as advertised: easily accommodated 8 adults and 2 infants, and could not be closer to the slopes. Fabian was very responsive with any questions. Thanks for a great weekend!

This rental was great. It was conveniently located on the side of a trail, which made skiing with children a breeze. We had an amazing time. Fabian was very responsive to our texts/emails and helpful. We will definitely rent this condo again.

Host is quick to respond. The place is very clean and beautiful. Perfect for large group. Maybe an addl electric fan during summer time. And, a hair dryer would be a plus if you like to shower before going to bed.

This is a great condo. Spacious. There were three of us - 14 and a 12 year old and we all had our own bathrooms. Plenty of dishes! Comfortable bed Plenty of seats. No furniture on the deck but I saw three folding chairs in the hall closet when were packing. Sigh. Fabian is helpful and responsive. I failed to notice it did not have AC so it isn’t great for people who like their AC. There was only 1 free standing fan, one ceiling fan and only half of the windows opened. But boy do I want to come back and ski from this. The pool is small and full of restrictions. The hot tub and pool bar are part of the water park hours and it closed at 2 on Sunday and waa closed Monday. There was also no arcade or disk golf. So close by things in the summer are things. There was a concern I might.be charged to swim but I was told it would be reimbursed with receipt. No way would I pay 12 for and adult and 8 for a child. We did rent a pontoon on Monday in Newport and we loved it. Wish we had done an entire day.

We had a great time at Fabians home. He was very responsive to any questions or problems.It was absolutely a ski in ski out home. The little kids could spend all day at raccoon run and they don’t ever check for a lift pass as that chair lift. Easy to get from either side of mountain from raccoon run.

Fabian was super clear with communications and responsive. The location and property itself was a dream. Plenty of room for 8 person family dinners. Such a treat to use sauna after a hard day on the slopes. Bonus to have two living rooms so the kids could watch shows together or play board games while adults enjoyed apres ski upstairs and made dinner.

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Fabian communicated often and made the process very clear and easy, especially during Covid. This is as ski-in-ski-out as you can get, and the condo was roomy and clean. Will definitely book again.

This is the third time we have stayed in this unit. We stayed with all of our adult children (5) and a couple of their spouses, there is ample room to spread out. Fabian is a fantastic host with an ideal on mountain location. The unit is always clean, the communication is always quick and clear. We will return again, and again, and again. Thank you Fabian!
