What a great place to stay to experience VT in the summer. Great location for walking & hiking at the resort & our trip on the tram to the top of Jay was breathtaking. The condo was fantastic- clean & comfortable. Excellent communication with the property owner throughout the process. We highly recommend this condo!

The condo was perfect - just as advertised, clean, and equipped with air conditioning which was amazing & apparently very elusive in the area! Highly recommend!!

Excellent set up. Absolutely loved the place. The owner Deb was super. Due to glitch in google maps and the fact that we are not skiers, we were having difficulty with directions. I emailed Deb and she got back within 10 minutes via email to give me a bit more detail. She ended up basically walking us in. She then was able to get us a empty space to use for 2nd vehicle. Just super.
Would definitely stay there again!!

This property was very clean and secure. The beds were comfortable. We were located right next to the ski trail and short distance from the Jay peak pump house water park and arena. We didn’t get to explore the resort as much as we intended due to a storm but there is some shops and restaurants near by.

The condo was perfect in every way, cozy, clean and well equipped. Deb had everything that we could possibly need and then some. Super sparkling clean to boot! The fireplace was great to cozy up with in the evenings after being in the cold rink all day. Location was great, very quiet as well. Thanks for such a great spot. We will rent again if we come back.

Most relaxing vacation in a while! Deb had everything you could possibly need to make a meal with ! We brought some groceries with us and made dinner every night and breakfast every morning! The beds were comfortable and the place was clean!

We stayed at an amazing condo! We had wonderful views, the accommodations were comfortable and our hosts were patient and kind. Would encourage you to take advantage of this.

Great place! Stayed at Jay numerous times and this was by far the best location. Beautiful condo with plenty of space for our family of 4. Had all the kitchen tools we needed to not have to leave at all if we didn’t want to. The gas fire place kept us cozy, and the washer and dryer was very convenient! Totally a “stay again” spot.

Really enjoyed staying at this condo! It's beautiful, roomy, well kept, very clean, and a big plus - the convenient location! Ski-on/ski-off is the best option, with kids especially.
Walk less that 30ft to get on Grammy Jay and start skiing!! The place had a locker for the skis and a warmer/dryer for our boots

We really enjoyed being able to ski in and ski out. The condo was spacious and fully met the needs of our family of four. We loved the family board games, the open kitchen, and the boot dryer for four boots!
Deb was especially fantastic and accommodating in multiple ways. First, she let us reschedule our travel dates early in the season (when the slopeside lift from the condo wasn't yet operating). Also, she mailed a much-loved skillet to us after we had inadvertently left it behind. Kudos for going above and beyond. Deb clearly cares about her condo unit and her guests.

My family and I had a great stay at Deb's condo. We spent 3 nights over a long weekend and would definitely book again and recommend to others. Communication was great as Deb sent us everything we needed in advance of our arrival and checked in on us during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed.
Check-in was a breeze and having a dedicated parking spot right outside the condo made unloading/loading the car easy. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. My boys enjoyed the board games and having their own space in the bunk room. The location can't be beat and made the skiing experience all the better. Thank you Deb for the hospitality!

Let me first say that the owners are wonderful communicators and the condo is exactly as listed. We've rented properties in the past and checkin has never been easier. Not to mention we didn't have to start the car after arrival. Ski in - ski out and a shuttle if you were to ever need to get anywhere in the village. Thank you to the hosts and we will see you again in the future!!

Great location. First time at Jay peak and it was a blast. Perfect for ski on ski off- right to the door. Condo had everything you would have at home. Also great communication.

This property is truly ski in/out and as close to the trail as you can get. Ski locker makes for easy start and end of the day. The space was plenty for our family of 5- parents with 3 teen/tween boys. Amazing morning sun at the kitchen table which had seating for 8. We cooked our meals at the condo and found the kitchen well stocked. Designated parking spot was great too. We would rent again!

We had a wonderful family vacation! The rental is well maintained and had everything you could think of! The location was perfect for ski in/ski out and sledding after the mountain closed!! We can't wait to come again! Thank you!

We had an extended stay for 1 month. The unit is directly on the mountainside with great views and easy access to slopes. Nicely furnished interior with all the amenities needed for a prolonged stay. Very clean and well maintained with comfortable beds and linens.
I highly recommend this to families or groups of friends wishing to have a ski on/off experience. We hope to be back soon.
