We loved the location and close proximity to many of the areas attractions. Communication withe the owner before and during the trip was very thorough and timely. The condo was clean and well-stocked. The patio area was great. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

This property is located in the Truman Annex, which is less than a mile from almost all the major attractions (Hemingway house, lighthouse, Duval Street, Sloppy Joes, Mallory Square, Front Street, Little White House, Ft. Zachary State Park, etc. The unit is clean, spacious and well-maintained and the complex includes a nice swimming pool. Property owner texted a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. This unit is a great choice for any type of family or group.

The Boli Townhouse is in the Truman Annex which is a great location for all things Key West. It was super easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Nice front and back porch to sit and relax. The Annex has a nice pool where you can sit and get some sun. We enjoyed our stay at the Boli house - thank you!

Excellent place to stay! Walking distance to everything. Very clean and the owner was great with a lot of good information to get you to the best places to eat and visit. Would definitely recommend!!

Had a great time at the Boli House in Key West. Great location for lots of activities close by. Too many things to do in just a weeks visit, so will have to come back. John was a great host and would stay here again when we come back.

John’s property was easy to find with his detailed instructions. The property is in an ideal location with easy walking distance to all the Key West hot spots. The property itself is very nice with big beds and a nice layout. I thought the bedrooms were even nicer than the pictures and were very comfortable with large king size beds. The living room is spacious as is the back deck. The whole Truman Annex is quiet, safe, idyllic; a nice retreat in lively Key West!

Great location. Had everything we needed for our stay. Air conditioner wasn't working properly when we first arrived. Owner, John was very quick to respond and was there and fixed quickly. He was a super nice guy. No other issues. I would definitely stay there again!!

A great experience was had by all. Enjoyed an abundance of sunshine during the day, and a fun, one of a kind evening 😊 The Boli place was perfect for us. As most everything was within walking distance.

The location of the townhouse is perfect. There is a pool very close to the unit, and it is within walking distance of most of the popular places to visit and the good restaurants in Key West. John is the consummate host. He answered any questions we had quickly, and was so friendly. One of the people in our group forgot her contacts at home, and we had them shipped to his house! The benefit of that was that we got to meet him in person. He is a great guy! The townhouse is in excellent condition. We lived on the deck and front porch most of the time when we were at the townhouse. It's a wonderful place to land for a week!

We have traveled for years, but always staying in hotels. Our 2 previous home rental stays have not been so pleasant, but this was PERFECT for us. It was like we had a home away from home, everything provided for us to enjoy our week there. The owner couldn't have been more helpful when asked, but he had everything so pre-organized that the need for any communication was minimal, but always very pleasant and helpful. The house itself had so many items that I had packed, and then realized I wouldn't have needed. If you have a question like that, just ask him! You can tell he has wonderful guests who truly adhere to an honor system. Check the place out fully before you go shopping! Also, friends who were at other homes within the neighborhood were surprised at how well our host had provided for us...we had the best porch, deck and location of us all, in addition to the comforts inside the house. Our bicycles were delivered to the bike rack right around the corner, and the pool was a short walk, but not right in our view. The other direction took us straight towards our parking lot, and then the beach park beyond. Thank you VERY much for a great home for us in Key West!

Couldn’t have asked for a nicer, cleaner townhouse. Perfect location. Walking distance to Duval Street and anything in between. John was very accomodating and made everything easy for our stay. I will be back for more fun!!

Loved the location. Was an easy bike ride to everything we wanted to do. Access to the state park was great! The house was stocked with the basics which saved us time and money while checking in. Comfortable house, nice pool area, beautiful landscaping in Truman Annex. We will be return renters for sure!

The townhouse floorpan is perfect with an upstairs and a main bedroom downstairs, baths on both levels. The private parking is a plus, and the owner is a gem. We will definitely go back. We love the location and the amenities.

This condo is very nice. Easy to get in and out of good location. Easy access to parking locations. Quite and 2 blocks up are couple bar/ restaurants and then one more block is Duval. You can walk across the street to the park/port area. Naval base is around the corner. Close to Truman's summer Whitehouse

Nice place located in quite Truman Annex. Unit was clean and had LOTS of extra amenities including beach towels, sunscreen, soft side cooler, etc. Back deck is nice for breakfast or evening sit. Bike rack located conveniently just right around the corner. Pool a very short walk from unit. Quick bike ride to Ft. Zachary Taylor, pier, splash zone / waterpark. Short walk to Duval and very close to Green Parrot for evening cocktails and live music. Family enjoyed it very much.

The pictures of the townhouse are accurate. The location is beautiful. We felt safe in our location. The pool area was well maintained and we enjoyed our daily swims. John was quick to respond to any questions we had. Looking forward to returning

This property was prime location in Key West, close to Duval St but still quiet and quaint. Clean home with everything you need. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent this home in the future.

We had a great week with our friends staying in Truman Annex! We walked for miles, drank, ate, laughed and carried on! We're already looking forward to our next trip down to the Keys!

The property was just as advertised and had everything we needed. It was just steps away from the nice pool area, sunset location by the Coast Guard station, and right around the corner from the beach. The backyard and grill area was awesome.
