could probably do with a new mattress in our room, it was past its use by date.

Very convenient location close to shops and cafes. Very quiet. Door security. Water pressure!

Bed was a little hard. I used the doona folded double to make it softer.

Strong stale smell in the room. Air conditioner had a strong musty smell when put on heating mode.

Virtually nothing wrong, but unfortunately our bed sheets didn’t feel completely clean! I think they had just accumulated dust in the cupboard !

While first impressions of the house were a little concerning,when we got inside we were pleasantly surprised,large kitchen that had all we needed,comfy lounge area and our bedroom was big enough with a handy clean bathroom. This was the first time in all our years of travelling we had experienced a shared house but met a number of other guests during our ten night stay. After reading the do,s and donts of the conditions of staying and meeting Paul the owner can only say if we were to visit again we would certainly consider staying again,it certainly suited our needs,we are in our seventies so it was great to mix with a number of young people all of which we found friendly

The house was clean and tidy but needs a little more TLC around the deck and garden but we realise after talking to Paul the owner that it’s a work in progress.

Cheap option if you have overnight in Rainbow beach. Room in shared house with shared facilities and depends who else is staying at time.

Had late bus next day and owner was chasing me out house at 10:15am in the rain, with nowhere to leave bags etc. Had to check-in to backpackers for the day, so probably only good if you haven't got transport

Clean, comfy bed, large well equipped kitchen

The outside was very unkempt, the entry code was not sent to me so had to chase that up on arrival, the kitchen light wasn't working

Good airco in the bedroom, good bed, nice/big kitchen/living area.

Strange idea to have CCTV in the kitchen/living area, never experienced it before. On the other hand it can give you also some safe feeling I guess. I understand why the owners made the choice they explain in welcome map.
