Great location so central to everything

Those stairs Lugging suitcases up.2 dozen stairs is very difficult ..complex desperately needs a lift

Had a garden suite which had an amazing garden outlook. Bush turkeys strolling through the gardens added a nice touch. Quiet and peaceful

Room wasn’t the cleanest. Looked like the bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned for some time.

I loved the location, central to the shops and perfect beach access. Lounge Roman was very large and spacious, rooms were amazing

Back balcony was not clean, tap in kitchen sink was not secured down, electrical socket was not secured to wall near hallway and there was a sewage smell coming from drains. Shower water pressure was lacking.

The set out of the town house was lovely.

One of the staff at reception (young, dark hair)very rudely told 3 of the 4 families how they shouldn't use Booking.com and next time to call the motel directly. This actually made all 4 of the families a tad angry and it is doubtful any will stay again. It was like being chastised by a school teacher and she was very venomous against Booking.com.

We almost need to do 2 reviews as we stayed in 2 different rooms. The first was a budget room, so the price was appropriate for the facility. Quite noisy , space outside room wasn't kept very clean, and little light in room. However we upgraded to a garden view room for next 2 nights and it was lovely! Clean, great facilities, and nice.outside space. We really enjoyed the live music at the.pub/restaurant on Sunday night. Didn't use the.pool so can't comment.

The whole experience was amazing! It was a Tropical Oasis and a home away from home. We can not wait to return and would highly recommend to everyone!

there was still rubbish in the bin and sand on the room when we arrived & room was really small and didn’t look anything like we booked.

No designated rooms - just screens to divide the sleeping areas. No privacy from our kids! Bed was hard.
