This house was AMAZING!!! We celebrated our triplets birthday and graduation in this beautiful spacious home!! It was clean and SO WELL STOCKED with serving dishes and barware!! The pool, hot tub and patio areas were so fun and spacious as well!! The beds were so comfortable and it very comfortably slept up to 10 people with enough bathrooms for everyone to spread out. The owner, Michael, was very attentive and quick to respond to anything we needed!! The only reason I gave the location and neighborhood a 4 rating is that you have to drive through a short kind of run down area of properties, but once you hit the cul-de-sac, the surrounding homes are lovely and this property is AMAZING! We hope to rent again during football season with friends or maybe a family holiday!!! We made some great family memories in this home!!

The house and outdoor amenities did not disappoint. We felt like we had our own private resort and our 10&14 year old kids got all their energy out while the parents and grandparents hung out, feeling the vacation vibes. Meals were fun and easy, we all loved sitting at the giant kitchen island and eating together. The beds were super comfortable and we liked the bedroom layouts, not on top of each other and all on the same floor. The star gazing was amazing and the natural setting contributed to the feeling of really getting away even though you are actually pretty close to all the ATX spots. We will be back for sure!

We had a large family group staying here for the weekend and it was absolutely fantastic. The house is very spacious but our favorite part was the backyard. There was so much room for the kids to play and for us all to relax. We loved the big open kitchen as well for cooking family meals and time together.

This unique rental has many highlights. The inside of the home is very clean, comfortable, spacious, and all appliances are in working order. The beds are very comfortable and the showers are great! The water is clean and drinkable. The living room basketball game was fun for all! The house is a merge of what appears to be an old cottage converted into a modern home. The outdoor areas need attention and should not be labeled as luxury. The pool landscape is beautifully constructed, but the area is in need of some TLC. The photos are much better than the reality. Our children enjoyed the experience, but the adults were underwhelmed due to the current condition of the outdoor setting. The pool is very cold, as described. The hot tub is a nice reprieve after a polar plunge! The children discovered that the slide is more "slippery" when using the tube! It is hard to see in the photos, but there is also a stone "diving board" near the deeper part of the pool (not for actual diving, as it is too shallow). This backyard oasis is private, enveloped by "the enchanted forest" that children can safely explore. We could even hear a rooster in the distance most days. The neighborhood can be described as a mix of newly constructed, high-end homes and dilapidated, much older homes. The homes range from million dollar properties to barely standing cottages. There are deer everywhere! It's quite precious as they interact so closely with the neighborhood. The owner is VERY attentive.

This home is very spacious, clean and comfortable and offers plenty of spaces for people to gather, visit and relax. It’s very suitable for young children and the host is friendly and welcoming and accommodating to special requests. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful property, loved the backyard space. Home was very comfortable. Very nice to have a well stocked kitchen with pots/pans etc. plenty of glasses. Would definitely stay at this home again.

Beautiful clean home in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard was like our little oasis. We had everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend!

Lots of fun amenities and great place to stay!

Our family visited Austin to get some summer out of our system before school started. We had plans to visit so many places but the house and pool were so comfortable and relaxing we almost never left. The house is lovely. There was some evidence of construction going on in the general area, which concerned me, but we didn’t hear or see anyone we didn’t invite. This listing is an enormous bargain for the amenities and location. Everyone was happy - even the teenagers.

Relaxing weekend by the pool for our family that is scattered across the state. We had thought that all the bedrooms had king size beds and their own bathrooms for some reason but it all worked out.

Had a great time, had a couple of issues with some of the amenities not working, most notably the pool lights, making it impossible to safely swim at night. I am a big believer in open communication, had we known they weren't working we would have made arrangements for some temporary lighting to be able to enjoy the secluded setting to the fullest. Host was very active in message replies, however the issue was not fixed during our stay. This property, with all amenities working 100%, would have definitely been a 10/10 stay

Michael's place is amazing, slept the 6 of my group very comfortably, was clean, and has every amenity. The backyard might have been the best part of our trip. We came out to explore Austin but we ended up spending the majority of our time just enjoying the house! Michael himself was a very responsive host. Overall great experience.

Place was great and owner was very responsive. We booked the place because of the steam shower and it wasn’t in use. He came out and looked immediately to see the issue, however it went unresolved while we were there. Very dissapointed in that, but assuming he didn’t know about it before we checked in. It was at no fault of his. Great location and very private

We loved the amazing pool and their pool toys! The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were able to spend quality time with family and friends while being able to spread out and not feel cramped. We also saw deer almost every morning when they stopped by to eat grass in the backyard. We definitely recommend booking this wonderful property. This house was prefect for my family weekend getaway. The pool was the highlight, we stayed in the pool the entire time. The had everything we needed. Host communication was prompt and helpful. I would book this stay again!

Firstly communicating with Michael was a breeze, he was kind, and easy going. Secondly the propert photos didn’t do it justice. I almost wish I could have sent him better photos because the home was even more spectacular than the listing. The pool was a dream come true, the kitchen was perfect for entertainment, the speakers were fantastic. He had more towels than we could’ve wished for, I had just the most awesome bachelorette party experience because of this house. Thanks Michael, enjoy all of our drink leftovers :)

We absolutely loved our stay. The home is even better than the pictures which usually is not the case. Every detail is thought out and everything is high quality. The beds are so comfortable, there are plenty of towels, and blankets and it felt like a true vacation. The outside area is so fun. The hosts are very communicative and hospitable and we hope to come back soon! I definitely recommend this spot.

Well stocked property w pretty much everything you need. 5 separate spaces for sleeping which was great for our 6 adult 3 kid gathering. Everyone was able to have their own space. Backyard and pool were awesome! Private setting outside. Thanks again to Michael for being a great host.

This property (especially the backyard oasis) was a perfect base camp for our friend trip to Austin. Easy check in, accurate listing, and incredible backyard with pool, hot tub, outdoor speakers, and grill.

We flew halfway across the country to experience Austin for the first time, except we never wanted to leave the pool! If you are looking great vibes, a lot of space both inside and out, and privacy, look no further. The house is perfection and I cant say enough about the amazing pool with its fountains through the rock walls, and the wireless sound system throughout the house and backyard was the icing on the cake. Only thing that was confusing were the driving directions for ride-share drivers with their maps app not being accurate. Be sure to read the details that the owner provides in the reservation email, we were so thankful for the heads up he provided, and most of the drivers were understanding. Agree that the pictures don't do it justice, especially the outdoor entertaining area - its top notch. 100% want to return, trust that you'll have no regrets.

We booked this beautiful property for a mini family reunion/birthday celebration. My daughter was turning 3 and my dad was also celebrating his birthday. I can’t begin to describe how impressed we all were with this property. First of all the pool, water slide, hot tub, play structure and fire pit in the backyard were used non-stop and such a bonus. The house itself has a gorgeous kitchen with huge island and everything you need to cook and more. The beds and sheets were not what you normally find in rentals-they were high quality and super comfortable. We enjoyed music on the Sonos speakers and saw deer in the backyard. Location was a little outside of the city but still close to everything you need. Our host was very responsive as well to our questions and let us check in early. We hope we get the chance to stay here again.

This was the perfect home to celebrate our small family reunion this April weekend! It's close to town, but we had a better time swimming, using the water slide, playing on the playscape and jumping on the trampoline! There was plenty of space for all the family members, a nice big kitchen and living area where we could catch up and enjoy meals together and the owner was super helpful and friendly! The house was spacious with plenty of sleeping areas. Plenty of parking. and just an overall great place for hanging out! Definitely a place we'd love to book again!

Wonderful vacation home for family trip! Kids had a great time in hot tub and swimming pool! House was very private and secure located at end of cul-de-sac. Owner responded quickly to questions and requests. Cards, games and access to streaming services were available. I would recommend!

A delight on entry. The children loved the trampoline, pool, hot tub and basket ball hoops. The place was immaculate. Comfy beds, basics such as coffee and drinks provided! Not many do this! So many enjoyable evenings by the fire pit. We felt like we were in the middle of a national park as we watched the deer and a variety of wildlife pass us by. Micheal even accommodated a late check out at no extra cost. Will be back soon!

The home was beautiful and clean. As other reviews have said, the pictures don't do it justice. Lots of nice extras like an ice maker and a steam shower. I would have liked to try the home/outdoor Sonos sound system but we only stayed 2 nights and I didn't get to it. There were full instructions how to use it though. Location is great for access to downtown Austin. It's an easy drive on nice roads. We had dinner in West Lake Hills and it took longer to get there than downtown even though it looks closer on the map due to indirect routes due to river crossings. We weren't sure exactly what to expect because the owners describe it as not a dedicated rental but it was as proper rental in all regards. Hotel style bedding, hotel soaps/shampoos, pantry/dresser/fridge all cleared out for our stuff. Nice touches like salt, pepper, spices, olive oil, etc. All the glassware and cookware you would ever need. Master suite was huge and separated from the other bedrooms. Would be great for families. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate and we weren't able to spend much time in the private back yard but hopefully we can get back in nicer weather. The deer did come to visit every day! We were there right after the ice storm that left this home without power so there were a few issues that Micheal was very responsive to and went out of his way to correct. The yard itself could use some tidying up but it was February and after a storm so I'm sure there were higher priorities.

When renting a house in a very hot location ( upper 90"s ) it is imperative for the owner to maintain and provide air conditioning. Sunday evening the a/c system was not working properly, by Monday morning the master bedroom was the only cool area. Calling the management company, Turnkey, did not solve the problem. An a/c technician was not called to repair the system. The last night was very uncomfortable in the kitchen, family room, and guest bedrooms. Also, it would be advisable to inform renters that this house is located at the end of a dirt road full of ruts making it very difficult for cars to navigate. The request by owner to place trash cans at the end of street is unreasonable.

Everything was as described. I could not find instructions on how to turn on the waterslide, but finally figured it out. My only complaint was the propane for the grill ran out and we had to go to a store and have it refilled before we could cook our dinner. The house is amazing and plenty of things to keep the children occupied non-stop. The pool was a real hit, especially the way the lights changed color at night. All and all we had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful girls reunion weekend. The backyard is fabulous... a true vacation.
