The hotel is awesome, it worth the money you pay and you receive even more for that.
Additional SPA is absolute bonus for those who arrives at winter time especially.
The location is great only 3km from city center where all transport is going to Morskie Oko for example.
You can choose how to reach the center by foot or by taxi it depends on your preference of travelling.
The thing we didn't like is not refilled the shampoos and soap.
There were no slippers in the room, so please take them with you.
Towel wasn't changed at all.

Nice spa with many saunas in free use.
Good beds and good breakfast with a nice view to the Mountains. Location is near the road which looks like winter Wonder land! So nice!
You have a lot to see in zakopane and could easily spend your time in hotel zakopane.
In the snow storm it felt a little bit dangerous to leave from Parking area to the road. But it is something they can't help.

Breakfast was nice. Continental breakfast... Staff on reception was a lovely lady and young gentleman they were really nice and helped us out if we needed anything for our room.
The spa was a little dissapointing. I think another jacaquzzi would be good idea to have as people were waiting around for others to get out.

We stayed over the weekend with my kids, mom and sister with her husband. Kids are 3 & 5 and we were a bit worried about their entertainment as the little one does not enjoy winter beauty as yet… but they were absolutely happy in the hotel as it offered great entertainment for them, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Older son has number of food allergies so his food is quite limited but they did come forward abs offered various options which was amazing to see.
For our group this place was just spot on, me and my sister enjoyed the wellness while husband and brother in law were entertaining themselves (and kids) in the play room.

The room was very nice, and the people at the hotel were very friendly and warm. The spa has a nice aesthetic and the hotel is close to ski resorts.
Everything was great! But maybe one point for improvement is with the room cleaning schedule, we missed cleaning some times because we were in the room when cleaning staff knocked on the door (left soon after but room wasn't serviced)

Great breakfast in a nice location. Within walking distance of Zakopane but far enough away to have a bit of quiet. Fantastic view of Giewont from the room. Nearby restaurants are all very good and a short drive or bus ride to the mountains or valleys. Spa was also nice and I recommend going there around 16:00 to avoid a crowd. We had the place to ourselves for almost a full hour.
Parking was a little confusing at first. Some additional signs that clearly indicate there is extra parking behind the building would have been appreciated.

Staff was kind, the hotel was almost new and the room was clean. The breakfast was also good.
The bed was unconfortable, we bearly slept the first night... The wellness was ridicolous, 5 saunas but only 2 worked and there was only one jacuzzi and the water was dirty! 3-person jacuzzi for about 18 people who were waiting for each other so they could get in... (pictures are deceptive...) We booked directly a wellness hotel, because after all day hiking we wanted to relax, but the second night we stayed at our room instead... Big disappointment. I know its a common thing in Zakopane, but 25eur parking/day (so that the hotel is not even in the city center) is a bit too much.

Tasty breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms. The hotel is quite far away from the noisy city center. Great sauna and jacuzzi if you get a chance to use them.
People can stay in the spa section for 1h but unfortunately, staff doesn't do anything if some unfriendly people stay in the spa even longer. It'a sad when you choose your time for the spa, come there and see jacuzzi taken almost the whole time. Also, if you come back late in the evening you might have problems to find a free spot in the parking lot.

Room was nice as expected. Nice balcony. Sauna area was very cozy (was already included into the room price).
Food in the restaurant could be better. Woke up early if you want to eat good food for the breakfast, otherwise you will get what's left.

Beautiful views from the terrace. Spa area was an added bonus.
Hotel is understaffed. Receptionist needs to do an office job, clean and serve food at the same time. I was there mid-summer, so hotel was quite booked and receptionist hard to find. She was friendly and helpful, but exhausted from running around. Location is quite bad, if you don’t have a car. Zakopane is half an hour walk and there are few connections in order to get there.

Breakfast was good and tasty. Several cheese types, ham, sausages, vegetables, different types of eggs, cereal with milk, pancakes, juice and coffee. Everything was excellent.
The staff is very friendly and ready to help you with any question.
Hotel is placed closed to various tourist trails. The room had a good balcony with the mountains view. Pretty good Coffeeshop and Restaurant are within walking distance from the hotel.
Very good SPA was the best thing to chill after a long day in the mountains.

Very nice place to stay, beautifull view from the balcony, all hotel looks new and clean, lovely spa. And the best thing was hotel staff, they were friendly and very helpful. Special thanks for my birthday surprise gift.
