Great Stay and Homeowner 5star!!!

Overall I would recommend this home especially for larger groups. There is enough space for everyone to relax and not feel crowded. The manager was very responsive.

This property has NO downside we all enjoyed our stay just wish we had more time there. Large, Clean, quiet & great location.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and the property manager was very prompt in addressing any questions or concerns we had. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the pool table was a big bonus. Our favorite thing about this property however was the location on the lake. We felt like we were living in the middle of our own private sanctuary complete with all kinds of waterfowl, turtles, and 3 or 4 alligators! No need to travel to a nature preserve and pay a fee because you can see it all for free right from the spacious lanai!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in the house. The house is an eclectic mix of Antique and Modern furnishing, very high end. Enjoyed the pool, spa, pool table, and TV on the couches. So much wildlife from a variety of local birds and alligators. Just spectacular! We hope to rent again soon!

First of all the pictures do not do justice to this house. The house is located on a great piece of property with almost total privacy. The lanai where we spent most our time is surrounded by a fresh water pond with lots of wildlife. A nature lovers dream!! It is mating season for the alligators and we were able to witness their mating ritual. The egrets+herons are a delight to see. Each night a hundred or more nest just 50 yards away. People would gather every night on the other side of the pond to watch the event. We had a great view without leaving the lanai. It’s also a beautiful neighborhood to walk or bike around. Rosi, the property manager could not have been better. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved quickly. She is also very personable with a good sense of humor. I would highly recommended this house to anyone looking to spend time in SW Florida.

Wir, 4 Erwachsene, hatten eine tolle Zeit. Alles war wie beschrieben, ruhige Lage am Rande einer Gates Community von überaus freundlichen Menschen. Das Haus war sehr großzügig und alles wie beschrieben, wir werden gerne dort bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder buchen!

5 Stars!!!!!!!!! We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was everything the owners stated it was and much more. It was very clean and well cared for, the pictures do not do it justice. There were 8 of us and we loved having a big enough table inside and out to sit down at and enjoy our meals as a family. Owners and property manager were very easy to get in contact with and responded back quickly. We would recommend this property to you and are looking forward to staying here again. Wir haben mit der Familie 10 Tage in der traumhaft gelegenen Villa gewohnt. Alle Details entsprechen zu 100 % der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Schon vor der Anreise gab es einen sehr freundlichen Kontakt zu der Vermieterin. Vor Ort wurden wir durch die Verwalterin Rosi bestens betreut. Das große Haus ist äußerst komfortabel ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die romantische Lage am See mit der herrlichen Pflanzen- und Tierwelt ist einfach wunderbar. Den beheizbaren Pool haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Innerhalb weniger Autominuten sind verschiedene Shopping Center, Supermärkte, Restaurants und schöne Strände zu erreichen. Wir haben jede Minute genossen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Silke und Familie
