Nice property, clean.

Noisy room (had to move), poor amenities at pools, you pay a resort fee everyday and then the hotel sells day passes to any Tom-Dick-or-Harry which results in overloaded facilities. Finally, roping us into a timeshare con. We will never be back.

During my stay, there was noise very early in the morning. My guess it was some type of construction (sounded like a roller coaster) At the bar I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar, the lettuce was not fresh

Clean and great location

The gentleman at check out told me he would remove the second night stay after we left for illness. He printed me out there and emailed me also what he said would only be charged. I was charged d double that amount.

The locating and the hotel was unbelievable.

Room was excellent

The property was still not running up to full capacity due to the hurricane. Very crowded at the pool due to the large pool in the back being out of order and no pool slide.

Most everything

Restaurants were short staffed.

all the amenities like shopping, shopping, coffee shop, etc. The pool was also nice.

All the business meetings held at the hotel. One staff member even told us they have lack of help for the common folk because they pull all the workers to help with the business groups. The front desk staff and coffee shop staff are spot on. Pool guy needs way more help with more staff. There was one guy working for the entire pool area.

No one told us the lazy river part of the location was closed..would have definitely rescheduled it if I was told

The property is beautiful and well maintained.

The water slides and rock climbing wall.

The water slides are only open 10-6pm. The rock climbing closes at 3pm on the weekend and is only by appointment during the week.

we love the convenience of the property and lovely pools.

it was very busy as labour day week end - as from the UK we didn’t realise this. We didn’t appreciate paying 24 dollars for overnight parking when our room was in excess of 600 dollars! We also couldn’t believe that at that price it didn’t include breakfast!

The amenities were great

The room was terrible for the money we paid. The toilet was broken, the door to the balcony did not lock and the ceiling fan was burning up. Ridiculous for the money we spent.
