overall on first getting into apartment was wow i like this and its really big and spacious
not keen on leather settee, wasnt comfortable. i had to keep half the curtain closed as suffered with vertigo, used the microwave but took nearly 20 mins to do frozen jacket potatoes when inspected it closely it looks like the plastic bit on inside had melted, i think very dangerous, and the entire stay we heard constant banging and it wasnt just apartment doors shutting but we couldnt pin point where banging was coming from, i had to have ear plugs in which i dont normally use

The apartment was perfect for the two of us. It's less than a 20 min walk from the train station which was great as we were attending an event at the NEC which is a 10 min train away from Coventry station.
Were some stray hairs and marks on the bed sheets and towels, but nothing major.

Was told property has parking I am a disabled person with a child who is blind. There was no parking for customers and the reception was not helpful at all.
Overheated heaters were left on full blast. The bin absolutely smelt the bed was too small and falling downwards. Very uncomfortable night very uncomfortable bed

Location was good. Apartment was spacious and clean. It was nice to have a kitchen and separate bathroom, living room, bedroom.
Our room was across from the lift. We were awakened at least 2 times every night by people shouting or talking in loud voices.
Bed was a little hard and small for the 2 of us.
Im sure the apartment was nice when new, but is starting to show signs age: cigarette burns on a couple table tops, water damage around the bath, sofa seat covered with a blanket to hide damage. Damage on backs of a couple doors.

The apartment was lovely and spacious with 2 beds and 2 bath. The main bathroom does not have a shower, just a bath, and there’s no shower head. We shared the en suite shower. There are 2 sofas and a good tv with access to netflix and prime for when we stayed in. Great location next to belgrade theatre and lots of restaurants within a short walk. Supermarkets also close by.
Improvements would have been to have cleaning cloths and tea towel for the kitchen. The kitchen equipment is very basic. The bed in the main bedroom was not the most comfortable.

Chose an apartment opposed to a hotel as was travelling with my daughter and newborn grandson to visit my parents in Coventry and I wanted us all to be together. Clean and modern with great facilities. Great central location. Connivence store close by if you forget anything. Messaged staff to request guarantee we could have a cot for my grandson and they replied straight away to confirm they would assure this. Cot was excellent . Would definitely return.
The parking was close by however we had a lot of luggage due to traveling with a baby. My partner had to drop us off outside with everything then go away and park the car. However had it just been the two of us this wouldn’t have been an issue.

Great central location really close to restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Apartment spotlessly clean, utensils and accessories provided, plenty of big fresh towels and hot water, housekeeping and security available if required.

Worn out, beds hurt with springs poking through, shower didnt work and fell off pipe, no hot water, smell in fridge, couldn’t control thermostat, felt very worn out

Great location just where we needed to be. Both the bed rooms and living room were very clean and had great views of the city.
There was no shower curtain in the main bathroom. The hot water tap in main bathroom didn’t work.

Cleanliness was poor when we arrived, but after mentioning our issuses they sorted it out straight away.

Spacious, iner-city and close to everything, and secure.
Cooker hood doesn't work, no plug or washing up bowl in kitchen sink, lightbulb flickering and needs changing in family bathroom, en suite door doesn't shut, both toilets leak, the accomodation is advertised with parking and on booking is in very small print that there isn't any without any warning .... leading to a nasty surprise on arrival.

I couldn't find a hairdryer, however this is the only thing I can say abiut the property. Everything else was perfect!

Large living space, 2 bathrooms in the 2 bed apartments there is everything you need for a weekly stay. Right in the centre with shops bars and restaurants near by.
the apartments are looking a little tired (well used) and would be good to see them modernised. price fluctuation is frustrating but understand it is based on supply and demand, would be good for a frequent user rate
