Condo was a convenient location. We had a great visit!

I have stayed in various apartments at this condo. The layout is similar in all of them except for the penthouse apartments. This apartment was spotless and well-maintained. The master bed was soft and excellent to sleep on. The second bedroom has bunk beds that are good for kids but not for adults if you are looking for support, and the top bunk can only handle about 100 pounds. The lower floor has easy access to the pool, the best view of the ocean, Desecheo Island, and a partial view of Crashboat Beach. I do love this property, and I will like to stay here again in the future.

This is the second visit to this property and both visit were awsome. The pool is very well-maintained and the property grounds are very clean, security was always present and there was planty of parking.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was quiet enough but with friendly neighbors. The view was beautiful and we were very comfortable with our accomodations. Thank you!

My family came into town for a long Birthday weekend. We all had a great time at this house. Lots of space, comfortable quiet bedrooms, a big kitchen, big dining area where we had meals and played cards at night. I will definitely be renting this house again next year.

This place is amazing. We loved the condo, the pool, the location, and especially Crashboat Beach!!

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful experience. Luis and Nannette take pride in their condo and provide excellent customer service. We have stayed at many vacation rentals and always take notice of the little things that owners do to make you feel welcome. Upon arrival there were bottles of water, a bag of coffee and frosted mugs!!! When we couldn't figure out how to get the channel for the Super Bowl Luis was kind enough to come from San Juan and help us. Upon learning we were going to Ponce Nannette provided us with a helpful travel website. Thank you both and we look forward to staying with you next year.

Listen guys, everything was spot on the money. Very clean, manager very helpful. The entire staff was great. To the security at the gated entrance. The condo was beach ready. We loved that they had the essentials we needed to have a great time at the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, surf boards down to the cooler. Just a great time. And the condo was very cozy. I felt very comfortable. After long morning long days at the beach we would relax in the living room. Watch a couple movies till we fell asleep. Great times. Highly recommend. Ty!

We stayed here for 6 nights. Really awesome pool just steps away from the porch. Our daughter loved it. The home is kept very clean and the complex is very secure and safe. The neighbors are nice. There is a friendly cat living next door who stopped by for a quick hello every morning.

This condo is gorgeous. The setting is stunning. It is set on a hill high above the ocean. The apartment directly overlooks the ocean. It is a few steps away from the infinity pool, which also overlooks the ocean and Crashboat Beach. We watched sunsets from the porch or the pool every night. Apartment is comfortable and larger than expected. It has many amenities to make the stay fun, including beach chairs, pool toys, movies, and video games for kids/teens. Weather was beautiful. Setting is quiet - a little piece of heaven on earth. Will definitely come again!

We enjoyed our stay at in Aguadilla tremendously. The condo was clean and well-stocked. The closeness to Crash Boat Beach (only 1 mile away) was a big selling point. The pool was also great. Would love to have spent more time exploring Rincon and nearby areas, but we couldn't pull ourselves away from the beach. Can't wait to return!

We had a lovely stay in Aguidilla. Property is great. Pool is lovely. View is amazing. Crash Boat beach is wonderful but super crowded and you need an umbrella. Read the instructions for the condo carefully. They are very specific. Both owner and manager are very responsive.

Cleanliness was excellent, location and amenities was exactly as described safe place to stay for young and old cannot wait to return .

Our stay at Condos Puerta del Mar was amazing! It was everything and more than was advertised. Extremely clean, modern and well decorated. All the ammenities needed and even beach gear (chairs,towels, pool toys) The host Nannette and Luis were amazing as well, very accommodating and we felt right at home. The property is simply beautiful and breathtaking and very well maintained. Location is perfect. It's close to the airport, beaches and all the great restaurants. My family and I will definitely be back.

The hosts started telling us about all their rules and how to check out the week before our trip began. They promised to give our name to the guard but did not. On our way to find the unit I texted them and asked them for the building number and unit number, her response was “look it up in your lease”. Why she couldn’t just tell me I was trying to get past the guard, took us twenty minutes to get thru the guard because she couldn’t be bothered to make it easy on her guests. When we finally got in there are no keys to the front door, you have to walk all the way around to the back every day to get in. Then, there is no hot water because they didn’t turn the hot water heater on. Nobody got a hot shower until day two! They don’t want the electricity bill so who cares if the guests have no hot water upon arrival. There is a giant garbage can full of stagnant water and insects floating right in the front entrance, not disclosed in the listing, I know occasionally there may be a water shortage but to make your guests live with this is inconsiderate. We have stayed in other units at the same condo, many to chose from, and had none of these troubles. The cable didn’t work and the remote controls had no batteries, when we asked for batteries she had them delivered 36 hours later. The coffee maker was Horrible! On the last night the AC didn’t work in the master bedroom. The bunk beds in the guest bedroom are extremely uncomfortable, very hard and people had to take turns in the awful bed. These hosts should not be in hospitality as they put themselves ahead of their guests in every way. I sent her a text message and it took her two days to respond. On our last day we took the beach chairs to Surfers Beach and in one of the pockets were two packages of fentanyl, a schedule III narcotic! The host had us driving around with drugs in her chair! We caught her in lies also and the only thing she cared about was getting our Covid tests for herself, which the govt. mandates but most don’t make such a big deal about it. We are Premier Hosts ourselves and have been using VRBO for 20 years and have never experienced such inconsiderate hosts. You can do better, there are many units in this condo building for rent. The condo itself is fine, well staffed, good location, there is no hot tub though it looks like a hot tub but it isn’t. Beautiful pool and barbecue area, just don’t stay with these hosts they will bring your vacation down..

Great time! Pictures are accurate! Property and condo are clean and spacious! Neighbors are helpful and friendly. Local beaches are stunning! We spent most of our time at Crash Boat Beach which is located 5minutes from the property.

My family (husband and 2 kids 12&15) stayed here. there was more than enough room for us all. The condo was very clean. The pictures a re exactly how the property is. The owners were very responsive. The coffee pot broke and they had one there the next day, no questions. I would comeback here again ina heartbeat
