The property is very well maintained and super comfortable. Location is prime, views are spectacular! When we arrived, the island had just lost power and it lasted 3 days of the trip - which in hindsight was a blessing because my teen finally abandoned his cell phone! We visit the island two times a year to visit family, but staying here gave us a real tropical vacation feeling. All in all this location was very nice and met all our needs.

The unit is perfectly located on Aguidilla Bay. The balconies and rooftop patio offer the most extraordinary views . Just ideal.

This is my second time staying at this property and I can say that I love it! With all its amenities such as a pool and it’s private parking, etc it’s such a plus. Such a beautiful view of the beach across the street and pool that part of the condo. I had to contact the owner for a slight issue and she responded quickly and was so kind and helpful!! I know for a factor every time I vacation in Puerto Rico I will be staying at this beautiful home!

Unit 310 Across the street from beach and board walk with 3 Rd floor balconies facing west for beautiful sunset views and large deck overlooking pool and courtyard as well as beach. Nicely sized 2 BR with 2 generous bathrooms and great open layout. Sunny and bright. Fully equipped including in unit laundry and good quality Wi-Fi. Close to center of town with a few new surprisingly good restaurants. Gated reserved parking a plus. Condo complex has very friendly permanent residents. Feels like home. Saul was easy to reach and friendly as was on site property management team. Great value compared to some other beachfront rentals we saw others rent. Would absolutely stay her if coming to Aguadilla region

This is such an adorable condo in a very great location. The ocean views from the Condo are phenomenal. The property owner was very accommodating and responded to our inquiries immediately. The property has all of the amenities you need to have a wonderful and comfortable stay. The location has a beach within walking distance and Crashboat beach just up around the bend. We will definitely look into staying again.

Very nice, clean, and comfortable. Gated for safety, and security. Free assigned parking space . In town, close to local restaurants and bars, and within ten minutes ride to countless other restaurants, and various beaches in the area. Beautiful scenery. You will love waking up in the morning to the beautiful sounds of the sea. When I return to PR, I will defenetely choose this place for my stay again

Great view and location. Furniture and bedding were outdated and not the most comfortable but overall good value and very convenient . Owner was easy to communicate with.

We have stayed here many times and always impressed with the views- ocean from every window. With the expansion of the malecon the noise can get very loud on the weekends and holidays. But during the week it is relatively quiet. Saul is a great host!

This condo was excellent with a perfect location and amazing views of the Aguadilla Bay. It is centrally located making it easy to walk every where from here. We enjoyed walking on the marina boardwalk, the beach and to different local restaurants in the area or simply sitting out on one of the balconies. Saul, the owner, was very attentive and courteous during the entire process. He quickly responded to all my texts and answered all of my questions. We are already planning our return trip for next year. We highly recommend this condo.

This condominium was undoubedtly the best one in the complex. Since there are very few condominiums on the ocean in Aguidilla, this unit was one of the best in town as well! The sunsets were simply breathtaking. My daughter and I were there over Easter weekend so there was a lot of activity throughout the weekend. The street between the condominium and the promenade is quite busy, sort of a (much) smaller version of South Beach in Miami. There was quite a bit of street noise so if you desire solitude this might not be your best choice. There is no beach directly in front of the condo but Crash Boat and Punta Boniquen are very close (20 minutes and 30 minutes, respectively). Rincon is only 30 minutes away (if you take 115; 75 minutes if you take highway 2). The condominium was perfectly clean upon our arrival. The furnishings, while modest are in good condition. The beds were comfortable but the bedding was pretty dated. I hope to return to Aguidilla for business in the near future and plan to staying here again.

This is a wonderful corner unit with amazing views. It is very close to restaurants and bars. There is lots to do in Aguadilla and the surrounding areas. We would definitely visit again and stay here. Thank you Saul.

The condo has everything you need and is quite nice. Saul was always very helpful throughout the entire process; being quickly responsive whenever we had a question. There are two lovely decks that are the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the ocean across the street. The sound of the waves was lovely! I would recommend the condo to others. The location was convenient with easy access to the highway and walking distance to the local bars and restaurants. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, and fun. The only drawback was the noise from the weekend action in town. Many locals come to the boardwalk area on the weekend to get out and have fun. There is a lot of loud music from cars driving by or coming from the bars. We are early risers and not night owls, so were disrupted in our normal routine. This is not an all night situation and it does quiet down later. If you are a night owl and like to be out and about in the festivities, you will love it.

Saul and Myrna were fantastic hoss at what is by far one of the best locations in Aguadilla! We have been visiting this rental for five years and look forward to our migration south each January. The rental has ocean views from every window and room. With the promenade steps away coffee, food and drinks are nearby. Though it can be loud in weekends with cars driving by with full blast music... We loved the new place at kiosk 3 Gryos!

We had a wonderful stay here for spring break! My husband and I decided that we would rent a house this vacation rather than be stuck in a hotel with our two boys aged 8 and 5. We were nervous with this being our first time vacationing this way but Saul and Myrna were extremely helpful and accommodating. The place was spotless and exactly as shown in the photographs. Unfortunately our phone would not work for our GPS so we continually texted Saul for directions. He always responded within minutes and was very patient. He also was able to give us contact information for a very well know surf instructor who gave lessons to my husband and oldest son. When I called Myrna to ask about getting medicine for my sick son she recommended multiple local places to go. The description of being closest to the beach and boardwalk are very accurate. We walked across the street every night for dinner where there are multiple food stands. Then, we took it back to the condo and went up to the rooftop terrace to watch the sunset over the ocean. The beaches shown in the pictures are very clean and pretty. However, a short drive of less than 10 minutes lands you at Crash Boat Beach which is gorgeous!!!! My kids are already talking about the next time we stay at this place!

We had a great time. Beautiful place, nice & clean. Myrna was amazing! She met us to show the way to condo, made sure the Internet got up and running and the condo was so organized and well stocked with everything we needed. The rooftop terrace was fabulous for sunsets! Great beach for daily walks. We certainly plan on returning. Thank you!
