After all the stress and effort involved in hosting Christmas for my family, a few days of rest at the beach were perfect! A comfortable and clean condo close to great restaurants was exactly what we needed. Thanks for the super end to 2023.

This was our third stay. The accommodations? Clean & comfy. The view? Nothing short of fabulous! We can't wait for our next visit.

Sea decor, relaxing, beach walks, pool swims, sun bathing, souvenir shops, restaurants for fresh seafood, aquarium, marina, flea market. Great people to visit with! Will be back when a bit cooler.

Unit 305 was well-equipped with kitchen items. Could use more dishcloths. The kitchen and baths were clean. The unit needs a deep cleaning as the ceiling fans and baseboards were dirty. The couch and chair need to be cleaned. The box springs need replacing as they would creak every time you rolled over. Was unable to get the tv in the second bedroom to work. Owner needs to check the ceiling in living room and master for water damage. Unit felt cozy and inviting otherwise. 6 digit code for room was a bit much. Skinner's Seafood, Reel Deal BBQ and Seafood, and Lighthouse Bakery were all good places to eat. Take a wagon or plastic toboggan sled to get items to the beach. It is a hike!

Very clean quiet relaxing

We loved the room. Beautiful beach views from the balcony. The pool was wonderful as well as the ocean swimming. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

This was our first trip to Dauphin Island. The condo was very clean and exactly as described. The kitchen is very well equipped, and there are plenty of towels. Appliances are new. Pool area is great. With two pools, it was never crowded. Walk to the beach is very manageable because of the boardwalk. Great experience and would stay here again.

There were more than enough bathroom towels for us to use. You’ll want to bring your own dishwasher detergent and clothing detergent if need to run more than two loads. We loved sitting in the living with the sliding door open and the main door cracked open to let the breeze blow through; it was mid 70s outside. I do recommend the mattresses on the beds be updated, and the squeaky box springs to the twin beds. Also, be sure to buy most of your groceries mainland before arriving. Dollar General is nearby just right off the island but may not have everything you need. Gas station on the island is nicely stocked with typical gas station grocery items.

This was a great condo and was perfect for us. The weekend we went it was a little cool but we still had a great time. The front desk staff were very helpful and nice. We really enjoyed it!

We loved the condo, it was clean, the decor was perfect and the beds were comfortable! The view was AMAZING! One of the pools was warmer than the other and the kids loved it and the option to walk the short pier to the beach. The communication from the rental company was fantastic and we had no Issues whatsoever. The condo has all the kitchen options and cookware you could need. We loved the location to walk to several restaurants, parks etc. the island has a lot to explore and not far from other cities. We would definitely come back!

This condo was perfect for us! It was so easy to walk to the beach. Being the week of Thanksgiving, we had it all to ourselves! We loved the two twin beds for our kids' room, and it was nice that both bedrooms had their own bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed - including tupperware for leftovers, which is a rare find! The decor was nice, and the dining/ living furniture was comfy. We felt like we were at home. My only complaint would be the master bed - the mattress was hard and could use a newer one. But I have no other complaints at all. We are working on booking another trip over the summer!

305 was updated over others we’ve stayed at previously. We come to dauphin island usually twice a year and have had beach houses and condos in all of the properties. 305 was a great place to spend our thanksgiving. Oh and spacious deck with multiple different style of seating.

The property was as listed and clean. The beaches were beautiful and not crowded since its off season. We rented chairs from Chaise n Ray's which was great. There are a few restaurants on the Island but no grocery store. Its about 25 mins back over bridge. Islanders was our favorite place to eat. Would recommend this unit and hopefully will stay again.

We Have stayed at The Inn before but never this unit. We never have had a bad experience and this trip in no way fell short of that standard! Clean, spacious, and perfect location to serve as a home base for a great family vacation! Can’t wait to come back.

We had a great time and we will rent this property again

I’ll start off with - Overall we enjoyed our stay. Upon entry of our rental I noticed a smell and after carefully studying the ceiling I quickly determined they had a recent serious water leak (this was confirmed by the property maintenance man). The bedroom had blackish mold/mildew where the verticals walls met the ceiling (the maintenance man was nice enough to spray these spots for us - my wife is super sensitive to mold. The master king mattress was totally old and shot to the point where the owner put a mattress topper on to try to improve the comfort. I tried contacting the property manager the next morning to see if he could do anything about the mattress. I also checked w the front desk and they said they would also reach out to the property manager. We stayed 7 nights and never heard back from the manager of the property. I definitely expected more from a VRBO property with solid reviews. The island itself was a dream and we just made the best of a less than ideal situation. If they were to address the mildew and mattresses (the twin beds were shot as well), I’d happily refer this rental to anyone.

The unit was as advertised in the photos, amenities, and good reviews at booking website. Enjoyed the beach views from the balcony, cleanliness & décor of the living space, and its central location. We definitely would stay in this unit again.

Everything was spotless and the most well stocked place we have ever stayed at! Toys, games, so many kitchen items. We would most definitely recommend it to family and friends.

only complaint was the that the property management team said that the comforters were going to be clean and fresh, but did not seem to be. The sheets yes, but not the comforters. went out and bought a couple for us.
