A wonderful two weeks in Santa-Jeannet. The villa is magical, very well equipped and perfectly located for the lovely local villages and countryside. The local feel of the ancient village and warmth of the welcome from everyone we met will remain with us and make us smile. Our stay in Saint Jeannet at Thierry's villa was one of the highlights of a recent mini-european tour. The villa is the penultimate home at the top of the village, making it a very private space which is not over-looked at all. The villa itself is fabulous - very well set out with a beautiful veranda giving way to incredible views down to the Cap d'Antibes. The swimming pool is a good size (12.5m?). We stayed with our two kids (4 & 5) and there were no issues for them at all - other than dragging them out of the pool at the end of the day! The village of Saint Jeannet itself is very, very pretty - there seemed to be may tourists coming just to explore the village itself. It's a 5 minute walk down to a boulangerie and a deli (everything you might need food-wise, but a little on the expensive side). I would recommend the 'La Table des Baous' restaurant - a bit of a spoil, but really good food. For more simple fare, then head down to 'Le Vieux Four' for great pizza. Overall, I would thoroughly recommend both the villa, Thierry as a host and the beautiful village of Saint Jeannet.

A wonderful villa in a great location. Thierry, the owner met us upon arrival to hand over the keys and explain everything we needed to know. The villa was spotless with a few provisions provided by Thierry and his wife to make our first night more comfortable. The terrace and pool areas are magnificent and a great place to relax during the day and eat and drink in the evening. There are 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus an extra area suitable for kids in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and there is an outside grill for bbq's in the evening. The village is very quaint with all essential shops. We would definitely recommend and will likely return to this great place.

We are a family of 5 adults and 2 children that were staying in this house in Saint Jeannet for one week in the end of June. We had a great time! The house is very beautiful, well-functioning and clean. There are good opportunities to cook and eat both inside (kitchen and dining room) and outside (3 different dining places and 2 grills), and a lot of space for activities (inside, outside under roof, on the lawn and by the pool). And all around the garden you have the most fantastic views! It is walking distance to the village (2-5 min), which is small and nice. A few restaurants and not too many tourists. The land lord was very welcoming, pleasant and professional, and took great care of us. We would very much recommend this Place!

We spent a wonderful week in this villa and I have no reservations in recommending it. We are a family of 4 and had lots of space, the villa is large. Probably the most memorable part of our holiday was spending whole evenings on the deck enjoying the spectacular view: from the mountains, through St Paul de Vence to 30 km of Cote d'Azur coastline, we spent whole evenings just enjoying the view! The pool is large and well maintained. The village of St Jeannet is lovely with the necessary baker, grocers and restaurants. The owners are a lovely couple and went to some effort to make sure we had a very enjoyable holiday.
