Easily accommodated 14 people. Nice property with river access.

The communication with the property manager first of all was fantastic! So quick, polite, and very helpful. The house and adjoining apaprtment were perfect for our family trip. It is gorgeous, clean, spacious, and comes with everything you could possibly need appliance and utensil wise. I will absolutely be renting this property again in the figure.

This property was perfect for our family. Everyone had a comfortable space and the property is beautiful. The owners were great in flexibility, responding to messages, and overall hospitality. We had a great time!

The property was beautiful and relaxing. A variety of birds and squirrels romped in the treetops next to the deck. The view from the house was amazing. The yard was mowed all of the way to the river, which was still beautiful despite a summer drought. Recent rains in Texas helped. We saw fishermen, boaters and jet skiis utilizing the water. Steps led from the yard to the river. The house boasted 2 large dining tables and some bar stools at the counter. A large ice maker was a nice touch in a well appointed kitchen. Loved having access to a washer and dryer, plus linens! The sofas were comfy. Mattresses in the main house tended to be firmer, while mattresses in studio were more cozy. We could not hear guests moving around much within the house. Surrounding neighbors or guests were quiet too. The owners promptly provided access codes and entry was never a problem. Lots of stairs, but pictures depict the house well. Loved this property!

House was nice and as advertised. Would have been nice to have lawn mowed. Not a lot of water, but enough to swim in. Enough room for all and comfortable beds.

This house is PERFECT for any family but, especially a large family! It has a room with 2 sets of bunk beds that sleep 4 kids. It also has two extra rooms upstairs. One with a queen and one with a king. The 4th bedroom upstairs is the master with a king and a patio. Downstairs is it’s own little apartment. It has its own restroom, patio and two beds. One king and one twin. On the property is also another efficiency apt with two queen beds and it’s own restroom and table with 2 chairs. Everything is 15 mins away. We had so much fun staying at this property! It’s really the perfect place

We had 13 family members ages 5 to 66. We had plenty of room for everyone. It was a great place for a large group. The neighborhood was quiet and was close to everything we did. If we go back to New Braunsfels we would stay here again.

This is an Awesome place to stay! We haven't ever been to New Braunfels before. We will definitely come back and would love to stay at the same place. What a wonderful experience.

Beautiful home on the river! We also rented the studio apt since we had all our children with their spouses, along with our grandchildren. Great home with plenty of space for everyone. The home had everything you could possibly need. You won’t be disappointed!!❤️

Our stay was very relaxing! The hosts of this property are extremely gracious and easy to work with. They accommodated us with early check-in and it was greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our stay easy and enjoyable!

Property was amazing . We had a blast . Very pretty , very clean, tons of room . Property owner was great . He was very nice and helped in anyway he could with whatever questions we had . Would definitely go again and would recommend this home to everyone.

Plenty of sleeping space and well equipped. Right now, due to a dam break, the dock and boat ramp are dry; but that didn’t stop the kids from wading through the weeds to get in and enjoy the water.

We rented this house for our annual ladies trip! There were 12 of us and plenty of room in the house and in the yard!

We absolutely loved staying here! The owners were fantastic, extremely helpful and amazing communication. The view was gorgeous, home was perfect for all ages, and was stocked with all of the spices, games, etc needed for a perfect stay!

The property fit the bill for what I was looking for to celebrate my son's College graduation. There was plenty of room for him and his friends to spread out while allowing the older and younger folks to have their privacy and "quiet time"! Huge yard provided some great angles for excellent family photos. The horseshoe pit was a bonus! Highly recommend!

Our daughter graduated from college and we were looking for a large place on the water to house and serve as a base for family coming from 4 states. This property meet that need well. We made ample use of the large kitchen and fire pit by the water. We did not encounter any substantive issues during our stay.

My family and I had a wonderful spring break getaway! There was plenty of room for all 7 adults and a 3 yo. We fished from the bank, played outside games and enjoyed cooking meals together. This was a wonderful place. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall highly rated!Only negative I would say is the dryer took a long time to dry and the floor plan was a bit weird (didn’t like having to walk through 2 peoples bedrooms to come and go). Other things that are not the houses fault, is the lake is really low due to damn breaking (something I didn’t know) and due to Covid, we couldn’t rent tubes or get on river. Things I imagine will be fixed by next year.We still made it a great time and loved the fire pit for s’mores and the stranded lights gave it a great ambiance.

Me and my friends 1st get away vacay after the quarantine. The house is nice and big enough to accomodate comfortably the rest of the group and what is nice about this place is that there’s a condo unit if in case you need more space. Although there are things that needs to be look up for improvement: The A/C is not cool enough to accomodate the whole house and the water on the faucet at the sinc is too weak plus if they want the renters to wash the beddings they need to provide a bigger washer and dryer so as to accomodate coz it’s takes time to do the laundry even with the 2-3 loads. But overall stay was great, fun and relaxing.

I honestly can't say enough about how AMAZING this property is! The owner is so incredibly sweet and accommodating! The place was so clean and stocked with more appliances and utensils than we could ask for! From a wine fridge, to an ice machine, to blenders and food processor. It's ALL there! We had a group of 12 adult couples and it gave everyone there own privacy under 1 roof! We have finally found a place that we can all stay together on our annual "River Trip". From the bottom of our hearts... Thank you for everything! The accommodations made our trip one to never forget! ❤ We can't wait until our next stay!

This was absolutely the best! We had ages from 2 to 76 with us the week we went. We cooked 3 meals a day for 8 days straight and the kitchen had everything we needed. The back yard was wonderful. We would just sit for hours and talk (we took our cornhole game) and played games, it was amazing. All my kids, grandkids and parents at the same time and I would do it all over again at this location. The fishing was good even though the water was down. If I have it my way we will be back next year. One more thing I had a lot of questions about the area and the house because of Covid. The owner answered almost immediately and gave me the information I needed. The house was clean and had everything. Thank you again

Our family came to celebrate July birthdays. Good space for everyone the only thing was disappointing was river bank. We expected a sandy beach. Other than that has a great stay.

We had a very relaxing time at the house. Just what we were looking for. Our plan was to get to the house and unwind, not have to drive anywhere for entertainment, food or shopping. And that’s exactly what we did, unwind! The floor plan worked well for us. We were 2 families traveling with teenagers. 2 master bedrooms (one with en-suite), a bunk room for the girls and the boys had the downstairs. We didn’t have a need for the bedroom with no door. 2 bedrooms shared the upstairs bathroom and the boys had the downstairs bathroom. The kids kayaked on the river for hours in the day, came home for bbq and s’mores at the fire pit. Then hung out at the dock or played games with the family. The adults could enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony or in the garden under the patio lights strung between the beautiful trees. We were concerned about having to wash all sheets and towels before departure but we did manage to get it done. I gave the check in process a 4, only because we had the wrong passcode but it was easily rectified. We hope we can go back another time.

It is a very beautiful house and in a great location. Great place to stay

The house was a great place for our group. We had enough room for everyone. The owner was very responsive and we didn't have any complaints except the rooms were laid out kind of strange. There was no privacy in one of the rooms downstairs because it was open with no doors to close off the space. One of the other rooms was a pass through from the downstairs area. It was rather odd to have to pass through a room to get to the main areas of the house. Our group was not particular and this was not an issue but could be an issue for others.

We rented the house for us and 3 grown kids and grandchildren, and had extended family from New Braunfels/San Antonio spend time relaxing, playing in the river and eating with us too. There was plenty of room for everyone and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. All had a great time and thanked us profusely for finding such a good house for our family get-together!
