Pretty awesome spot, very meticulously decorated and cleaned. Plenty of space for a group trip. 5 stars. My wife and I did buy a pots and pans set from Walmart and leave them, because the existing cookware was more or less falling apart and not usable. Other than that, just make sure to abide very closely by the house rules or the neighbor with nothing to do will call iTrip and tell them you left the garage door open (even though you’d closed it). Then you’ll get a phone call about it while you’re trying to enjoy yourself on vacation. Great spot though, wouldn’t stay again, but cool place.

This was our second stay at this great ski house perfect for large group. Very roomy so you can spread out but also comfy. Large up to date kitchen and eating area. 10 people can stay here very comfortably. Convenient to both Beaver Creek and Vail. We expect this will be our go to ski house for years to come.

This is one of the best home we have rented. Great condition - kitchen had everything and more. Quick drive to ski base parking area.

Wow, I cannot say enough good things about this home. We had a big group of friends for a ski trip and there was ample space for us to spread out and sleep. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need to cook and the two living areas (one upstairs, one downstairs) provided plenty of gathering space. The fireplace added such a nice touch. We had three vehicles and the garage and additional driveway area allowed us to park for easy in and out access. The drive to Vail was a piece of cake. Although we did not ski at Beaver Creek, this resort was only a short distance away from the house as well. Will definitely be looking into staying here again on our next trip to Vail!!!

This was a very large 4 level duplex with 5 bedrooms including a 3rd floor loft. Has been recently updated. Very nice large kitchen. Great location in Eagle Vail area. Ample parking. Could easily accommodate 10 people comfortably. Loft would be better for teens or young adults. Will definitely stay here again.

We loved the house, much bigger than the pictures make it look. Great neighborhood, close to everything.

The house is in good condition, well stocked, and clean. It's actually a semi-detached house (duplex), but we never heard the family in the other unit. The appliances and furniture are fairly new, and the kitchen is well equipped with dishes and cooking equipment. We were there in mid-July and the house did not get too hot, although we did not use the one loft bedroom, which might be a little warm at times. The TV setup is excellent: a full Comcast lineup with DVRs, plus Netflix, Prime, etc. in the living room, family room, and the two larger bedrooms. The view of the golf course and stream are even better than the photos. The players usually hit their second shots from about where the house is, but the stream means they don't cross over to the house to hit balls. If you play the course, you will lose balls, but you can restock with generally good balls from your backyard. The local tennis courts are nearby, available, and the charge is just a $5 non-resident fee. The reservation and checkin process was smooth, and Hayley was very responsive if you needed anything. If you want to splurge on dinner some night, try the outdoor patio at Splendido in Beaver Creek, about a 12 minute drive.

Property was great! Especially enjoyed the view of the back with the Creek and golf course. Truly first class!

Stayed here with a couple of families for a Beaver Creek ski vacation and everyone was pleased. Nice location, tasteful, contemporary furniture and decor on the main floor, and comfortable beds with plenty of space and sleeping options for our group of 10. The kitchen is fantastic - stocked much better than the average vacation rental, with all the dishware, cutlery, stemware, cookware, utensils, and appliances we needed for several home-cooked, gourmet meals. Happy vacationing!

This house was perfect for us it was very cozy. Plenty of room and great appliances it was also a great location and near everything.

The home was perfect! It was as good or better than depicted. Beautiful up-to-date finish out. Comfortable and attractive furnishings. Quality bedding. Kitchen was extremely well equipped. Good set of cooking wares include high quality sharp knives to do some real cooking. I usually do and making our Christmas Eve celebration dinner was like cooking at home. I had everything I needed. Well controlled heating and even had humidifiers, which being from a humid climate was a big help. Perfectly ready for us when we got there. Beautiful surroundings, views and fantastic location. I will definitely be looking to book this place again! Only a few minor problems. We could not figure out how to lock the front door from the outside, so we had to go through the garage. Probably just user error, lol. Also, check out was awkward because we booked through Homeaway but it was processed through Itrip so there was a disconnect there. But otherwise, it was essentially flawless as far as typical short term rentals go. And I am not that easy to please. Highly recommend!
