Great location on Anna Maria Island! The House was wonderful and the kids loved the pool.

This house was beautiful and spacious and comfortably fit 9 of us. It’s just across the street, and a very short walk to the beautiful beach. The pool and lounge area was awesome for hanging out. Make sure to take the Monkey Bus if you go out anywhere as it was a great time! The host, Patrick, was great and very responsive. I highly recommend this home!

We had such a great time at this amazing house. Loved the location, right across from the beach and walking distance to several shops and restaurants. The house was well stocked with the basics, soap, dish washing detergent, etc., to get us started as well as plenty of towels. Loved all of the balconies and relaxing in the pool on the first floor. The owner was great to work with in advance at booking, and also very responsive when we texted him upon arrival with a few questions. Loved every minute of our getaway and will absolutely return!

Our stay at this property was amazing! The house is absolutely beautiful and in excellent condition. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms all had comfy beds, and the bathrooms were all spacious. I was worried with us having a large group, that there wouldn’t be enough bath and beach towels to go around, but there were more than enough! The listing says coin operated washer/dryer but it’s just regular amenities (didn’t need the $10 in quarters that we took!) Another concern I had was being on a busy corner, but we never even heard traffic going by while in the house. The white sand beach is literally across the street and three houses down. The balconies…oh my gosh! I could’ve spent the whole time hanging out there and in the pool, so nice! As for all of the previous reviews saying there weren’t enough toiletries, let me remind you, this is a rental property, not a hotel! We found there to be plenty. It is the expectation that one provide their own items, and we had more than enough to get us started (dish sponge and dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, etc) The Publix grocery store was just a couple miles away, and had a huge selection of all things. Patrick, the owner, is extremely personable and very easy to work with! All in all, 10/10 experience! We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay!

The owner was very accommodating, he let us get into the house earlier than the time listed, we found the house clean and ready, the location is amazing and they had lots of beach stuff in the garage for us to use. There were many little issues we found , just needing a lot of TLC. On the last day while checking out I was walking into every room to make sure everything was okay and that we weren’t leaving anything behind, while doing this I open the AC door and looked up at the AC system and it was covered with black mold. I don’t know if it’s the bad mold but for me mold is mold! I did communicate this with the homeowners. I wish I could leave pictures. This is the main reason for the two stars rating.

Beautiful spacious house and the perfect pool. Loved Anna Maria and we were just a brief walk from the beach and sunset and many wonderful restaurants. Great host as well. Hope to be back..Highly recommend.

Beautiful house not far from the beach. Lots of beach chairs, beach towels and wagons to load everything and haul the short distance to the beach provided by the host. Super location!

The home was beautiful however, there were several things that need to be fixed. The noise from the street was loud. Parking is strict got a ticket for car not pointing the “right” direction. No warning or instructions to say otherwise. Could not watch local television( couldn’t get the cable to work). For what you pay you should have complementary soap, dishwasher tablets etc. Overall the place nice. It was just the little things that kept adding up.

4 Senior girls and moms had a fabulous time. Location is great. Great beach access. Used trolley to check out the shopping scene on Pine St.

Beautiful house. Location to Beach and restaurants are great. Alot of room for family to spread out.

My family loves AMI and the house is perfect for us. This was our 4th year so we know to bring spices, extra paper goods, hand soap, ice, cleaning supplies. Check the linen supply upon arrival. If something is missing or doesn't work, call the owner. He is very easy to contact. I plan to rent again in 2024.

We were very pleased with how nice the house was. It exceeded our expectations and the location was perfect!

Beautiful house with great location. Nothing provided including coffee, spices, soap and laundry detergent. Some notable deferred maintenance. Otherwise great property with nice pool for kids and plenty of space.

The owner was very accommodating! The property was perfect for location.

Overall we enjoyed the house! The beds were comfortable and it was very clean on arrival. The house could use some minor upkeep. Lightbulbs burnt out, dishwasher always had a red light on but worked ok. The washing machine was very musty smelling, etc.. nothing major that impacted the stay. There were beach toys and chairs available for use which was much appreciated! The house is right off gulf and is a very busy road with what seemed like non stop traffic. The free trolley had stops right outside the house. It was noisy in the backyard but was private with a fence and landscaping. Great access to the beach and the kids loved the pool!

We enjoyed our stay. Property manager was excellent to work with! Few maintenance issues that were promptly addressed.

Wonderful home that accommodated 12 of us without ever feeling crowded. Kitchen is very well stocked with pretty much everything you would need. Had many text conversations with the owner prior to our stay and most certainly feel the home met all of our expectations!

Booked this property last year. Owner was very attentive and always answered questions quickly. Had 2 minor problems on day 2. Pool skimmer wasn’t working and a dishwasher issue. Owner took care of items the same day. Beach is a 3 minute walk, trolley at the side of the property, stores, restaurants and more all a short walk or drive. Perfect setup and location for us. Wish we had another week here! Thanks Patrick for being a very gracious host !!

Fantastic property all the way around. Amazing location. Quick walk to the beach. The perfect home for our family vacation. Open spacious layout was ideal for our family. Fantastic experience and we hope to return soon!

My kids and grandchildren love this house and location. We are all Floridians and think AMI is special.

The house was perfect for our family getaway. Our kids loved the pool and there was plenty of space to relax. The house was in a great location (walkable to many restaurants)and one block from the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Girls Getaway week. Convenient location to the beach (crosswalk is right there on the corner) and dining, awesome pool, comfortable beds. Would stay again.

Pictures do not do the house justice! Much, much bigger/roomier than it looks. Beach is ridiculously close, the foliage has grown around house and fence making it more private than it looks. Owner responded immediately, it really was just fantastic!

Everything as advertised. Even better than expected. Will definitely come back.

Wow what a wonderful house!! All the amenities were great, the kitchen had all the cookware and Utensils we needed. There was plenty of room to spread out! Such a great home for a family to stay in and walking to the beach Was right down the street!! Amazing!!

What a perfect property for two families with young kids ready for some relaxation. Exactly as advertised and more spacious than pictures can capture. Perfectly located to amenities and one of the beach spots on the island right down the street. Great communication from the Owner made it even easier.
