Andrew & Stephen were great hosts who were extremely helpful and welcoming. Excellent facilities with everything finished to a high standard. Superb breakfast with a wide variety of options - local fresh produce. Couldn’t fault our stay.

The breakfasts were really very very good, and the presentation was exceptionally good. Stephen and Andy our hosts were so friendly and helpful. Keepers Cottage is a beautiful house inside and out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

This amazing cottage is a home from home. It’s absolutely beautiful and in gorgeous surroundings. Both Stephen and Andy were incredible hosts and I would highly recommend this place for anyone to stay as your every need is catered for.

A warm welcome, very clean, every detail considered, absolutely stunning property, fab location for exploring the Norfolk coastline & Walsingham set in peaceful beautiful countryside. Very comfortable bed, a bath tub in the bedroom overlooking the garden. Owners are very friendly and professional. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, good quality produce, well prepared and presented. Ticks every box! 10 out of 5 stars. Highly highly recommend!!! I never leave reviews.

There’s absolutely nothing we did not love!

We had a fantastic time at Keepers Cottage. Stephen and Andy are amazing hosts. We immediately felt at home in their beautiful guest house. The property is ideally located to access the many beautiful beaches spots along the Norfolk Coast AONB. Our room (the Holt Suite) was superb - spacious, clean and lots of great little touches. Relaxing in the freestanding bath was a definite highlight. Loads of tasty breakfast options and tea/coffee in our room. Stephen even wrangled us a very last minute booking at Meadowsweet in nearby Holt. We definitely plan to stay again when we’re next in the area!

Location was perfect for exploring north Norfolk. Our hosts could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Breakfasts outstanding (best B&B porridge ever!) and guidance on local places to eat was right on the money. A wonderful couple of days - we'll be back!

A little cramped in our bedroom but only because the bed was huge as well as comfy.

Andy & Stephen were very welcoming. They have a gorgeous place, it’s comfortable, clean, tasteful, a good location, and you are served a delicious breakfast.

The hosts Stephen and Andrew were magnificent and made you feel welcome in thier beautiful B&B which is situated in stunningly peaceful grounds with panoramic views of the countryside. Our room was beautiful with 5 star linen, towels and toiletries. Breakfast is to die for.

Steve and Tony were excellent hosts. The bed and breakfast accommodation and food were among the best I have ever encountered. There were little touches which made a difference: bringing some of the milk upstairs at night, so it was near your room. Fresh flowers in both the bedroom and the bathroom. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in.
