Warm, well equipped and comfortable

Beautifully clean and well presented. Neat little kitchen, all really well organised. Nice filter coffee. Clean and comfortable bed. Very warm.

I didn’t like the back entrance and the stairs. It was also really hilly. Parking when coming back after a night out was tricky,

The studio flat was lovely, much bigger than expected and very clean. The bed was very comfortable

There could be a little more choice for vegetarians in the restaurant. The food I had was nice though.

Will be returning. I think the one thing I didn’t like was if we needed more time to check out we had to pay a further £10 for an hour. I’m disabled and everything takes me a lot longer. I’m unable to walk unaided so use a wheelchair. I am an indwelling catheter user and the changing of bags etc takes time. So I’m not having a bit of extra time in bed, I’m trying to maintain life as a woman with a disability who has to travel as elderly parent lives in Cromer- I live in Sheffield. Please consider this as an option for the disabled community!!

We were in no 23. It is lovely ground floor apartment opening onto a patio and lawn with beautiful flowers. It was very clean and had everything we needed The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and the kitchen has a full size fridge freezer, cooker and dishwasher as well as a microwave. There is a comfortable bed, large smart tv and free Wi-Fi in the apartment. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam rooms are excellent and the changing facilities spotless with lovely toiletries provided. You need your own towels for the pool or you can hire them. We were able to walk into Cromer town centre - about half an hour away. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful and checked several times (by text) if we needed anything which was helpful and not intrusive. They gave advice about nearby walks. It was a special occasion and we were greeted with a congratulations card when we arrived which was a thoughtful touch. We didn’t use the restaurant but it looked good and there is a laundrette on site should you need it. We visited the stunning walled garden and woodland walks at Felbrigg Hall and the beautiful beach at Overstrand.

Not a dislike but just be aware. The club is on a cliff top location and built on a a steep slope. There are steep walks and lots of steps. This was fine as we are active and mobile. You can drive to the top and there is disabled parking by the door. We were contacted by phone in advance of our visit and staff checked on our mobility.

Property was very very good ,Staff were excellent ,restaurant /clubhouse very good food only open from 5pm. Overall we enjoyed our two week stay .

There were only a couple of things wrong for us, there were no breakfasts available which was a big disappointment, except for croissants from reception also there was no entertainment, except a quiz on Thursday night.

As I have walking difficulties could not park near the accommodation and there were two flights of steps in the accommodation and this wasn't mentioned when booking

The accommodation, a studio, was very good with everything we needed for a six night stay. The location was decent, a walk into Cromer either by road or footpath. The on site restaurant was fine too, but not as good as some of the restaurants in Cromer.

Strong smell of curry downstairs. But that was due to the previous guests rather than the cleaning team.

Facilities are excellent. Apartments are very spacious, spotlessly clean. loved everything about our stay.

Nice comfortable apartment with everything you need only stayed a couple of nights but would have liked to stay longer ,had a very nice dinner in the restaurant on one evening which was very reasonable, there is a nice Bar if you would just like a drink. the staff are all very friendly , I would recommend the Club without hesitation.

Lovely apartment that we got for less than a lot of hotel rooms on our trip. Huge bed, comfy chairs dining table and kitchen

APARTMENT WAS SPACIOUS, CLEAN AND HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. WE ALSO ENJOYED A MORNING AT THE POOL.

THERE WERE ALOT OF STEPS TO WALK AND TO REACH OUR PROPERTY, ALSO JUST WALKING ABOUT MY MOTHER-IN-LAW FOUND VERY DIFFICULT. ESPECIALLY CARRY OUR LUGGAGE TO AND FROM THE PROPERTY.
