Very clean, good-sized rooms, everything in good working order and condition. Nice little extras such as soap, washing up liquid, toilet rolls, towels etc. A nice book with local information which we used to book a taxi, few dvds available.

The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable, mattress was very thin. The mattresses in the bedrooms were so soft that when you sit on them you fall right down to the floor. All beds are okay for a couple of nights but not longer duration. Also, only mirrors in bedroom are on wardrobe door on right hand side up against the wall. So you can't style your hair, looking in the mirror whilst holding hair dryer in right hand. Basically, you need a free standing mirror in the bedrooms or swap the wardrobe and desk over so you're not squashed up to the wall trying to do hair looking in the mirror. Curtains let in too much light.

we had trouble finding it.. didn’t arrive till 7.30… the estate was like rabbit Warren… was in a cul de sac but once we found in the dark was fabulous

Stairs opening into lounge may be a problem for occupant with young children.

Light, clean and comfortable, the Coach House is a very pleasant place to stay towards the edge of the city with its own parking space and has a well equipped kitchen. All arrangements went very smoothly.

The location was convenient for us but some might prefer to walk to the city centre or a local shop and the estate isn't particularly near either.

Everything we needed was there and it was very clean and comfortable.

Despite being on an estate, it was very quiet.
