This house was extremely clean and organized. It had everything we needed. We are a family of six and there were plenty of towels and blankets for us. There was also a child safety fence around the pool, which we really appreciated.

This home is beautiful! Everything was perfect, clean and prettier in person. The owners were wonderful to work with and all the amenities were so helpful during our stay.

I can't thanks enough to Torsten for be so pleasant, is a pleasure to have him as a host, he always respond quickly and very very nice. I am very happy with our vacation ,it was relax, worry free, the house is very welcoming, beautiful it has a very good vibe The pool is amazing , the temperature and the salt chlorine system was irresistible, I couldn't not get out of the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and feel safe, is close to the beach .If you book this house don't need to worry about anything, it has everything , very tasteful and the best host. I am very grateful. Our family of 6 stayed here for our Florida trip and we were beyond happy. The house is beautiful, the owners were so helpful with all aspects of the process including an in depth list of things to do in the area and highlights of each place. We will definitely visit again and stay here. I highly recommend.

The house was modern & spacious, the pool was well taken care of, lots of privacy, quiet road, close to groceries, restaurants, and of course, many beaches. The private beach was nice for walking. The kitchen had tons of dishes, etc but had very little food supplies. There was no shortage of beach toys/tools available to use. We enjoyed riding the bikes around the neighborhood. Overall we had a great time in Venice and the house was perfect for our stay! The hosts were great and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend this stay :)

We arrived at the house in an aurtonoma way and we left in the same way. the host always attentive and perfect communication. The house has everything and more, both to be in the house and to go to the beach. Everything very neat and clean, close to everything and in a beautiful neighborhood. We will be back.

We absolutely loved this property! We’ve stayed in Venice two prior times and this home was by far the cleanest, best-maintained, and most beautiful home we’ve stayed at. The owner, Torsten, was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to our messages. It was the perfect place to come back and relax and rest after long days spent at the beach finding hundreds of shark teeth (it’s our favorite Venice pastime) and had all the amenities of home to keep us comfortable. The neighborhood was very peaceful and safe. We will make it a point to stay at this home again on our next vacation to Venice! Absolutely wonderful experience. Thank you again Armbrusters!!

This property was perfect and nestled in a quiet peaceful neighborhood! We had everything we needed to adapt and overcome with the changing weather. The pool provided a much needed relief from the heat! The house was immaculate! And bikes and beach gear were provided with instructions of what to do and where to go. We would definatley stay here again!

We stayed here for 5 days to be close to our "framily" who live on Mangrove road. It was so welcoming, spacious, so clean and beautifully done. It made me want to Marie Kondo my house when I get home! The kitchen was well appointed. Linens were high quality and very clean. The pool: The pool was awesome. We spent so much time in there. The water was so warm, and there were so many toys available. The dining area was perfect for hanging out and chatting while kids were in the pool. Beach amenities: We didn't utilize the private beach due to red tide, we went further south to Englewood beach, which was really nice! Highly recommend the lock n key restaurant across the street! When we went to the beach, there were plenty of chairs and umbrellas, all in good shape. Check in and check out were very easy. I hope to stay here again the next time we visit.

The house was spectacular! It was very clean and the pool was one of the highlights for our children. The short drive to the ferry or many beaches gave us plenty of options for our vacation. The kids enjoyed looking for shark teeth and swimming in the ocean which is much warmer than the ocean back home. It was wonderful to be able to bbq by the pool and have that luxury for the kids to enjoy. It was equipped with everything you could need and we had a wonderful stay!
