where to start…after waiting 20min for the night manager vicky to get done eating his pizza and finish watching his show, i got to my room to find the door oddly already open. Get inside to find i had been rented hadn’t been touched for cleaning from prior guest, no towels, grease on chairs and light switches, blood all over door casing, completely disgusting nasty except for bedding that was switched. Not the worst part though, tried to push through since getting late and really didn’t want to go complain, really needed sleep. No sleep at all thanks to the mold problems they have going on that didn’t get fixed from hurricane Ian. Stuffy head, burning lungs and eyes, not feeling great. They still had the bathroom door installed that had the 1ft high water marks on it. I actually do remodeling and mold remediation, this place was beyond bad, worst hotel experience ever, not sure how they could possibly rent that room out

The place was very dirty on the outside. There was no hot water. The chair was dirty and only half upholstered. Not worth the money.

I have no complaints I was in a remodeled room and other rooms were under construction but I'd like to see that it was better than the last place you put me in it had cockroaches and it took them 12 hours to come in with something to put in my room for cockroaches terrible service in Chattanooga Tennessee

The front desk worker when I checked in was not very friendly. The bed was sagging and creaky. The room was dark and gloomy. The lock was broken. The bedsheets were stained. The towels were stained. The room just felt disgusting

refrigerator did not close all the way, leaving my refrigerated items cool, not COLD. housekeepers came everyday after I called front desk the first day and asked them not to, I didn’t need them to. They did NOT have a “do NOT disturb” door sign to use.

Great location, very clean

Between the hours of 12-4a.m. the rooms adjacent to mine were noisy. Breakfast was disappointing. Thankfully there was a McDonald’s next to the hotel

As far as I know there was no breakfast offered.

My female companion got blood on the sheets through natural occurrences and the hotel tried to charge my card saying it was damaged property. It obviously was not intentional and when presented with this fact they quickly agreed and wrote it off.

The room was clean, reasonably priced, and gave me easy access to all the places I was going, especially close to Caspersen Beach!

There was no breakfast, not even coffee. It's a decent facility, but there are people LIVING there, and they gather on the balcony, smoking, drinking, and talking very loud until very late - right outside my room!
