Really nice property - clean and pretty. We really appreciated that there were beach chairs available to use. The beachfront was crowded right across from the property, but it's a short, easy walk down the beach to get to the state park beach, which was much less crowded, if you prefer that. Great communication with the owner. We had a lovely time!!

We had an amazing time staying at this home. It was beautiful, clean, had so many extra items for use from kitchen appliances to kids toys/beach items. It was so close to the beach. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

All in all, the property was good for the price. It got a little hot at night, the guests in the upstairs loft felt that the stairs were a little steep and they had no closet to hang up their clothes. Emails from the property owner could have been organized a little better. I had to read through wordy emails to find access code and pool code. There were also 3 different sets of instructions for the check out process.

We picked this property for the location and were not disappointed! Having young kids, we were glad to have both the beach and a pool just steps away. In all of our conversation, the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great getaway!

Our family had an awesome time in Destin, and the condo we stayed in was a big part of it. Our kids jaws dropped when we walked in because of the vaulted ceilings and wall hangings that gave it such a look of class. We loved the open kitchen, balcony with the partial ocean view and multiple bedrooms. The pool and hot tub were great for the days the ocean waves were too big. And the convenient location for the grocery store and hundreds of restaurants was very refreshing. The only two drawbacks were there isn't a smoking area near the condo. You have to walk off property. And the beach area across the street is very small. It's a short walk and has a nice shower to get the sand off. But the resorts take up the 100 yards to the east and 100 yards to the west. You only have about 60 feet of beach and it was crowded at times. We learned to get down there early. If you are willing to walk, there is plenty of public beach space a few blocks away. Overall this was a tremendous experience and we'll consider coming back to the same property.

Property was very clean and just as described. The view from the balcony was an unexpected surprise that we could still see the Gulf on each side of the condo directly in front of us. Owners were very responsive and went over and above with giving us recommendations of places to eat, play and see.

The condo is a great property so close to the beach and was decorated with the cutest mermaid theme! Since the weather didn’t really cooperate for our vacation, we were very grateful that the condo was so nice and the view from the balcony was lovely. We were able to spend 1 day at the beach and it was very nice. I can see that it would be very crowded during peak season, but it was perfect for us and we loved that there were beach chairs we could use right at the condo. The kitchen was stocked with practically everything you need including some basic spices and a fulll-size coffee maker. The pool area was also nice and well-outfitted with loungers and tables/chairs. The location is central to many restaurants and stores. We ended up walking just down the street to Camille’s for both breakfast (cinnamon rolls!) and dinner. The property owner is super responsive and made the rental process seamless. Highly recommended and we will definitely consider renting again, if we return to the Destin area.

We had a wonderful stay in Destin at this condo. It was very clean, SUPER stocked full of Kitchen necessities, and the washer and dryer in unit was a huge plus for us. Beautiful view with a balcony and nice seating. Camille's was half a block up and had DELICIOUS dinner, and awesome morning lattes and smoothies. This condo was so quiet - and our neighbors (not sure if they're regulars or visitors like us) were super kind and everyone was hospitable. Definitely a family friendly stay - the owners have beach toys and chairs stocked. The first night we were there our fire detector went off with low battery beeps all night. It was up at the ceiling in a vaulted area that we couldn't get to - certainly not ideal. But the owner was immediately responsive the next morning and had it fixed right away. They were lovely and very apologetic about something not in their control. The hot tub and heated pool were great - even in late February when it wasn't quite as warm as we were hoping. No complaints whatsoever. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!!

Quiet neighborhood across from the ocean. Easy access and a short walk to the water. We were a little disappointed that several places were closed for the season but had enough to do. Lots of good restaurants to try out. The pool and hot tub were fun as well. Overall a very nice trip.

Plenty of room, washer and dryer were a plus. Everything we needed for dishes were there. Beautiful beach. We enjoyed the the church we went to on Sunday called Faith Independent Baptist Church in Niceville. Was also quiet to sleep in!

Great place to stay location wise

The condo was comfortable and relaxing with a great view. We enjoyed Camille’s cafe. It was nice having a little place to walk to for coffee in the morning. We would definitely consider staying in this condo again.

Condo is located close to the beach (across the street). It is also close to the Henderson Beach Resort where we attended a wedding. Close to shopping and restaurants. Stairs were a little steep to the second bedroom. Only complaint is that there was some mold growing on the ceiling vent in the upstairs bathroom. Understandable in humid Florida.

My daughters and I were in Destin for a wedding at the Henderson Resort. Walked to all the events. Loved the balcony looking out and seeing the beach even tho not on the beach. Hosts were so responsive and accommodating. Couldn't ask for more for our long weekend.

This was a great place to stay and walk back and forth to and from the beach. The tenants were amazing we got there a little early and they let us check in with the kids. If we needed any thing they got back to us quickly. The view is amazing from this balcony.

We had an absolute blast at this property! We’ve been traveling to Destin for the past 10 years and this location is by far the best!!!

This is the perfect placement for your beach vacation. It's a short walk across the street to sugar sand beach with crystal clear water. Owners are very responsive and even let us check in a couple hours early when we arrived sooner than we expected. Would definitely recommend.

Fun trip to see the Gulf and experience Destin.

Property was as described. Great communication with owner. We had to get a hold of the owner once and it was rapid and resolved quickly. Location was central to everything, restaurants grocery stores ice cream etc. One thing to note is the beach access while very close is a public beach area, so it’s a tight space and it’s first come first serve. It fills up quickly so we we’re down at the beach by 730-8 to get a spot. While this has no effect on the property it’s just something to note when looking. Pool looked clean and there were a few community charcoal grills. AC works great and even kept the loft area cool. If you have the space bring a beach cart to help carry things to the beach. An umbrella, and 4-5 chairs are there. And a few toys and we left a beach volleyball since our car was packed.

We enjoyed our stay. Very conveniently located. Beach is right across the street. Owners were great as well. I had a couple questions and they responded within a couple minutes. We would definitely stay again!

There is a small section of beach right across the road to use that's not roped off for the other condos. If you prefer a less crowded feel I highly recommend walking a little ways down the beach, and I would also recommend a wagon to carry all your stuff if you have a canopy and plan to make a day of it. If you have plenty of helpers to carry it you may not need it. The weather was amazing even with a little rain. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after returning from the beach. We had a lot of adventures, and it was an easy drive to everywhere we wanted to go! Great place to stay! We had a fun and relaxing time!!
