stayed in this villa for 26 nights , has pretty much every thing you need for a self catering stay. We stayed in august ,so was hot during the day and the nights inside the villa were quite warm and it does not have air-con and only one fan supplied , which was fine when it was just hubby and myself , our daughters and two grand-children came for 6 nights to stay with us , we could then of done with a couple more fans for the bedrooms. The villa is in Tias , quite high up , in a one-way street , no traffic noise , in a very quiet area. The walk to the supermarket , shops and eateries is up a very steep road , so you need to be fit. I would recommend hiring a car , which is what we did.We also used the bus service which is very good in lanzarote , to go down to puerto del carmen , and also Matagorda , you have to take two buses to get to Matagorda , but the stops are accross the road from each other ,so very easy.My girls and the grand children loved the pool , which is very private , and cleaned twice a week . The cleaners came in once a week during our stay and were very good.My only downside to the villa was not much of a view from the terrace ,only the back of the villa in front , I also think they would benefit from upgrading the television , as no English stations .All in all we had a relaxing stay and if you want a get away from it all holiday you would enjoy your stay as much as we did . We really liked this villa, well equipped with everything you needed, looks exactly as it does in the pictures. Melanie was there to greet us when we arrived. As the description says it’s close to the airport 15€ in a taxi and there’s a large supermarket in the town. We didn’t find that many restaurants in the town so took a taxi to Puerto del Carmen most evenings 8€ each way in a taxi. I think for this villa you really need a car to get about. Several points that may be of use to you. 1 A general information pack which had info about the buses, taxis, supermarket, restaurants etc. 2 A welcome pack would certainly be useful to visitors arriving late evening ( going to the supermarket before you could have breakfast the first morning isn't a good start to a holiday) 3 As the villa is available to all Europeans the selection of TV programs available is limited to mostly German channels. While the parents are preparing food it would be useful for the children to have something to watch in a language they understood.4 Information as to what day the cleaners and the pool cleaner visit the villa would be useful.

The villa has everything you could wish for and more. Only 10 minutes from airport and 5 minutes drive to PTO Del Carmen. The local supermarket is a few minutes walk and open until 9pm. Closed on a Sunday. Plenty of restaurants and a few bars within walking distance. Also enjoyed fresh croissants from the local bakery each morning beside the villa pool. Pool cleaner kept the pool in tip top condition, visiting a couple of times a week. I would highly recommend this villa, it is a real treat! Loved it.

All prior communications from the booking to arrival were excellent. On our arrival we rang Suzanne who arranged to meet us at the villa within 15 mins of our call and allow us to drop our cases off and show us around the villa before the official handover time which was very helpful to us and we really appreciated this as it allowed us to pop to the hyper market etc. The villa. Well it was just perfect with everything needed for a memorable stay. The pool was divine and made for some lovely alfresco dinner evenings too. We cannot rate this villa highly enough and the welcome we had from all involved and will recommend it to family and friends at every opportunity. Just beautiful and thanks again for a lovely holiday rental .

We had a wonderful time in a comfortable and well equipped villa. The garden and pool were lovely and the area perfect as we could explore the island easily from the villa. Everything ran very smoothly from the original booking to flights and transfers. The local village provided great food and the island provided the rest! We are looking forward to a return visit..

Die wunderschöne Unterkunft lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig.Wir waren zu dritt , anlässlich des 30.igsten Geburtstags unserer Tochter dort.Wollten ihr die Insel zeigen , insbesondere die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Cesar Manrique.Wir waren sehr begeistert.Das Haus hatte eine super Ausstattung.Den schönen Außengrill haben wir sehr oft benutzt.Kein Wunder , das Rinderfilet kostet dort das Kilo 8 Euro, Garnelen gibts auch für den gleichen Preis. Es ist dort absolut ruhig , obwohl es nur wenige Kilometer vom Flughafen Arrecife entfernt ist.In der näheren Umgebung(500m) ist alles vorhanden.Großer Hiper Dino Supermarkt mit Fleisch und Fischtresen.Richtig leckerer Bäcker , Apotheken , Banken , Optiker,schöne kleine Restaurants und Tapas Bars.Also alles perfekt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Die Beschreibung des Bungalows, des Ortes usw. trifft in allen Angaben zu. Sehr gute Möglichkeit zum entspannen in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Restaurants vor Ort sind zu empfehlen, Einkaufsmöglichkeit (HiperDino) ganz in der Nähe und gut sortiert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen und für uns ein Grund zum Wiederkommen.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und planen im nächsten Jahr wieder in dem schönen Haus Urlaub zu machen. Es fehlte an nichts, der Service war ebenfalls perfekt.

Wir konnten 10 wunderbare Tage in diesem schönen Haus verbringen. Es war alles ordentlich und man hat eine Menge Platz. Der Pool ist natürlich klasse. Die Lage ist Top, ruhig und dennoch zentral. Supernette Betreuung vor Ort. Von der Anfrage bis zur Abreise alles prima geklappt. Wir kommen gern wieder. Danke.

Mit drei kleinen Kindern fast perfekt. Der Pool wurde täglich genutzt - der Große kann jetzt Seepferdchen machen. Es fehlt eigentlich nur eine Spülmaschine und eine schnöde Vierkantreibe mit den üblichen Feinheitsgraden ;-) Die Einzelbetten kann man leider nicht zusammenschieben. Es gibt 2 Bäder, was für eine 5köpfige Familie toll ist. Genug Platz, sauber, nette Verwaltung, freundlicher Poolwart.

Wir (Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern) können uns nur den bisherigen guten Bewertungen anschließen. Die Casa Yaiza ist eine super Ferienwohnung! Sie hat einen schönen Außenbereich mit kleinem Grillplatz und dem herrlich angelegten Kakteengarten. Der Pool ist auf 28 Grad beheizt und wird regelmäßig gewartet. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße (Anfahrt etwas trickreich, dafür reichlich Parkplätze). Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit mehreren(!) Kaffeemaschinen, Ofen und Herd, Mikrowelle; Tassen und Teller sowie Besteck sind reichlich vorhanden. Sogar einige Gewürze, Salz usw. sind schon da. Schnelles WLAN und deutsches / mehrsprachiges TV haben besonders den Kindern gut gefallen. Da die Endreinigung übernommen wird, ist auch am Abreisetag immer noch Urlaubsstimmung statt Putzstress :-) Es gibt übrigens unweit (ca. 200m) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (großer Supermarkt "Hyperdino", Bäcker usw.) und viele nette Restaurants. Das sehr touristische Playa del Carmen ist ja auch nicht weit (ca 3 km). Noch ein besonderes Lob für Melanie, die Verwalterin. Sie hat uns schon erwartet, alles in Ruhe erklärt und uns zahlreiche Ausflugstipps gegeben.

Wir waren alle begeistert von der gemütlichen Casa Yaiza, in der wir zu viert 1 Woche Mädelsurlaub machten. Es ist genau das richtige, wenn man nicht mitten im Trubel sein will. Die deutschsprachige Vermieterin hat uns im Vorfeld alle Fragen beantwortet und uns Tipps bzgl. der Autovermietung gegeben. Ein echt toller Service ist der "Einkaufsservice"! Wir haben der Vermieterin eine Einkaufsliste gemailt, sodass sie die Sachen kaufen und in der Casa bereitstellen konnte. Das hat uns am ersten Abend einiges erleichtert, da wir erst Abends angekommen sind. Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe und die Räume sind sehr sauber. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft, die genau das hält, was versprochen wurde. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft lies keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne immer wieder und wir werden uns noch weitere Unterkünfte ausprobieren. Vielen Dank für alles!

Casa Yaiza ist ein tolles Ferienhaus, abseits des Massentourismus im kleinen Ort Tias. Im Haus findet man alles vor, was für einen Urlaub benötigt wird. Alles ist sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Der grosse Pool wird mehrmals in der Woche gereinigt und lädt zum baden ein. Die Vermieterin ist ebenfalls sehr kompetent und freundlich und stand uns jederzeit zur Verfügung. Im Ort findet man kleine Bars, einen Supermarkt, einen Bäcker und auch eine Apotheke. Bis nach Puerto del Carmen sind es mit dem Auto nur 5 Minuten und bis zum Flughafen ist man auch nur 10 Minuten unterwegs. Wenn wir wieder mal zu Besuch nach Lanzarote verreisen, dann gerne wieder in die CASA YAIZA.

Wir haben im Casa Yaiza alles so vorgefunden wie es beschrieben war. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und es fehlt Nichts. Die Deutsche Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr nett, kompetent und auch die Leihwagen Buchung klappte reibungslos. Die Lage des Hauses in einer Seitenstraße ist sehr ruhig und der nicht einsehbare nach Süden ausgerichtete Poolbereich ist schön und lädt zum entspannen ein. Der Ort ist nicht überlaufen und hat auch ein paar nette Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir verbringen schon seit mehreren Jahren unseren Lanzarote-Urlaub in der Casa Yaiza und sind immer wieder begeistert. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist sehr gut. Der beheizte, wöchentlich gereinigte Pool lädt zu jeder Jahreszeit zum ausgiebigen Baden ein. Die ruhige Lage und die Tatsache, dass der Poolbereich von außen nicht einsehbar ist, sind ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Obwohl der Flughafen in nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar ist, gibt es keinen Fluglärm. Den großen Strand Los Pocillos in Puerto del Carmen erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca. 7 Minuten. Ein paar Gehminuten von der Villa gibt mehrere Geschäfte und Restaurants. Im Haus liegt eine von Frau Schmidt erstellte ausführliche Infomappe aus, in der auch empfehlenswerte Ausflugsziele und Restaurants der näheren und weiteren Umgebung verzeichnet sind. Frau Schmidt selbst ist bei Fragen und Problemen jederzeit erreichbar. Unsere Bewertung: sehr empfehlenswert. Dr. Harald M.

Set on the hillside above the busier resort of Puerto Del Carmen, the pretty village of Tias is quiet and laid back, yet lacks none of the facilities. Supermarket, Chemist, Bakery, Restaurants and small Bars are all within a five minute walk. I've been a frequent visitor to Tias for years and it still remains as relaxed and friendly as the first day I ever set foot here. For those without a car, Taxis and Buses can be found on the main street and a Taxi Office just off the main street next to the Post Office, will book your return journey to the airport (They arrived to pick us up on the dot!) The villa was immaculate!! The garden and patio area is extremely private and peaceful and great for a relaxing day spent around the pool. Melanie (owner) met us with the key and welcome pack (Tea,Coffee, Bread, Eggs etc, ) on arrival and after a quick run through of where everything was, left us to enjoy our holiday. Everything you need is provided here. Work commitments only allowed for a weeks stay this time but I will definitely 100% be back to Casa Yaiza!! Thanks Melanie!
