The property was clean and accurately represented. It was a bit pricey but our initial property fell-through so we found this one on very short notice (thank you!). We enjoyed walking the "homey" neighborhood and waving to many friendly neighbors. This is a residential area, very quiet and relaxing in the evenings, just what we were looking for on our vacation. The large lap pool was a nice surprise, and very private. The house can sleep 5 adults no problem. Kitchen is well-stocked and functional, and beds were surprisingly comfy. Towels were plentiful and in good condition. Wish list items: 1) family room furniture is inadequate. With two uncomfortable chairs and a love seat, we could not hang out as a family together. 2) pool pump/heater were on a timer that limited heat to 12 hours a day so the pool took several days to warm to a comfortable temperature. Overall it's a good base from which to enjoy your Naples adventures.

The house worked out wonderfully. It was clean and prepped with most of the items we would need for our stay. Only downside to the property is that the neighborhood is not great.

The house was immaculate when we arrived! We had everything we needed, from TVs in every room, to the spotless pool, to the fully appointed kitchen. Quiet, walkable neighborhood. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Uber is a great option. Owner was great with communication. We didn’t want to leave!

In our 1st visit to Naples, we were fortunate to stay in this beautiful home! Upon arrival, there was wine & chocolate waiting to greet us. The home was clean, comfortable and very well kept. The beds were comfortable and allowed us a better night sleep than home...seriously! The pool was perfect and allowed for lots of outdoor fun. The management office was easy to contact and very responsive. I would most definitely stay here again.

We loved the property. We did not realize quite how close the neighbors were, so a large family reunion may not be ideal in this location. I would definitely return with just my immediate family and children! My only suggestion would be to have updated cushions for pool chairs, but that did it hinder our use of the pool :) hosts were easily reachable.

Andy our contact checked in with us and was readily available. I use a wheelchair and it is not truly w/c accessible. The main house was great, once we were in, but the bathrooms are both small and not set up for w/c. We managed, but I would not recommend it for wheelchair users.

Everything was wonderful. Andy even checked in on us to ensure we were having a great time. The house was well stocked, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for our activities and we enjoyed making memories with our family in such a special place.

What an adorable home! It's simply, yet beautifully decorated and absolutely immaculate. The beds are super comfy too...a must for us. The pool is lovely and big enough to swim laps. We will definitely return!

This was the first time we rented a house for a vacation. Friends of ours who we were sharing the house with, had done this a few times, and talked us into it. I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. The house was adorable, immaculate and the owner's were just a phone call away. They were easy & pleasant to work with, and we would rent from them again, if we decide to go this route for another vacation. We all enjoyed ourselves, and appreciated the high level of customer service they provided.

Check in and check out was in order as agreed. The house is very nice and very well decorated, near the beach and restarurantes. The location is very quiet. Andy is very good host. The description of the house fits expected. 110% recommended. Ideal for families seeking a quiet vacation. We will be back next year.
