We enjoyed our time here.

House was in a good location. Water fall in the pool does not work. Kitchen needs items replaced like hot pads, dish cloths, dishwasher wasn’t working properly. Someone did come and fix the dishwasher. I have stayed in many houses on AMI and this was not worth the price they charged.

This house was perfect for our multi family trip wit plenty of room for all. The walk was a but much for the little ones so we did rent a golf cart. The pool and patio area completes this house! Thank you for a wonderful rental experience.

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. The house was clean and well kept. We loved the pool and outdoor cooking space. Anna Maria Island is a beautiful area. We definitely could see ourselves renting from this property again.

We really enjoyed our time on Anna Maria Island....the house was beautiful with plenty of room for everyone. The pool area was wonderful, the outdoor kitchen area needs some minor repairs but is still fully functional. The beach is only 3 short blocks away and is absolutely gorgeous, and the free trolley is a great way to get around the island! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this house.

We had a great time at this property. The pool area made our stay! Grandkids had a blast! Beds could be improved.

This is a beautiful home in a great location! Our family of 8 had plenty of space. The pool area is awesome...salt water pool, gas grill, mini fridge, covered seating area. About a 5 minute walk to the beach. However, there were some maintenance issues. I called a few days before we left home to make sure the elevator was working due to travelling with my disabled mother. I was told it was working. We arrived to find out the elevator needed repaired. It was fixed the very next day. Several light bulbs needed replaced, including the front porch and the master bath shower. Some of the furniture was wobbly, a few throw pillows need replaced, stains on the futon. There was mold all around the exhaust fans in the master bath. And it would have been nice to have the code for the garage door, and instructions on how to use the central vac and the pool waterfall. But, over all, this is a beautiful home. We would definately stay here again. Loved the area and the beaches!!

This house was big enough that our family of 10 didn't feel we were on top of each other this vacation. The walk was easy to get to the beach, and the kids loved the pool! The waterfall and the shallow area was a hit! It might not be great for kids who like to dive, as the deepest part is around 5'. Our young ones had a ball and the parents/grandparents did too! Wonderful time was had by all!!!

We enjoyed our stay this year on Anna Maria Island! This VRBO was excellent, clean and had everything we needed! The pool area was wonderful and perfect for our family with small children. The pool has a shallow deck for the kids! The very short walk to the beach was perfect. One of the best VRBOs we have stayed at on AMI. Great vacation!

We were greeted by a dead cockroach in the garage when we arrived, not the best thing to see, but at least it was dead. The house wasn't as clean as I would have hoped, we found crumbs and debris under the furniture. The best was when my daughter went into the room where she was supposed to sleep, and there were termites on the bed, and all over one of the windows. Disgusting!! Our pool which was supposed to be heated was ice cold, and our air conditioner was leaking water in the garage. Maintenance came out for the air conditioner, the bed room was basically unusable, and they also had no dish towels or pot holders. The kitchen wasn't very equipped with dishes, or basic kitchen items. I also would not use the rental company again for another house rental.
