Clean, gorgeous, accommodating host.. Nothing was lacking! We loved our stay and did not find ourselves lacking in anything with this villa. Perfect location, easy to get to and close to everything yet quite and peaceful with an outstanding view. Marcus is wonderful and eager to share tips/trips/things to do.

I can honestly say this is a beautiful property! You can tell the time/love/care & such attention to detail that went into this place. You couldn't want or need a thing. Quiet neighborhood, great views, super comfortable, quick to town/food/beaches, etc. Marcus is a wonderful host all around - ask him about his ventures...what a fantastic story! Yes, we would def recommend to family & friends...and we don't say that a lot! Thank you!!

This was our fifth trip to St John and this was definitely the best place that we have stayed. Everything was perfect. Loved the setting - private, close to Cruz Bay and phenomenal views of St Thomas. The accommodations were even better. Everything was perfect and the attention to detail was amazing. Everything that we needed for an enjoyable vacation was provided. We couldn't have asked for anything more. And Marcus was the ultimate host - walking us through everything that we needed to know about the rental and the island. We couldn't be happier. Will definitely return.

My wife and I found this place for the first time. In my heart I felt fortunate there were even dates open so I scooped them up and based my entire trip around them. The cottage is generally located up and out of Cruz Bay to the right side. After the roundabout, it's up a steep road that leads to a very steep passcode gated driveway. We rented a 2-door jeep to make the climb. I suspect you would need 4-wheel drive to help on the driveway if its wet but it didn't rain for us. On the top of the driveway is the beautiful standalone cottage along with a few neighbors across the way in another building. Far enough away but close enough to make you feel safe with other people around. The host stays out of view up on another level with different driveway access. There is a staircase up to the host level off to the side if you needed to reach him quick. The cottage itself was perfect for us. Words like clean, comfortable, modern, convenient come to mind. It doesn't disappoint. A few notes on the host Marcus: He greeted us at the Jeep rental location and guided us up to the cottage stopping at a couple notorious road locations along the way to point them out. Marcus was awesome. So many little details. Too many to list. He coached me on my biggest concern (driving) and had detailed maps with hand notes to help ease my concern. The cottage is very close to the Starfish Market making supply runs very easy. I loved the location and the cottage. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Marcus and Patty’s property is amazing and my wife and I will be sure to stay there on our next visit to St John. We have been to St John quite a few times so we had a good perspective going into our vacation. The property is literally three minutes from the car ferry dock and the Starfish grocery store as well. Marcus met us at the ferry and escorted us back to his gated estate. The suite is exactly like as shown and Marcus gives a great orientation leaving out no details. He will recommend places to go, things to do and places to dine. We chose to dine out every night but there is a grill and absolutely beautiful kitchen. We loved how close we were to Cruz Bay/Mongoose Junction and the north shore beaches. Thank you Marcus and Patty for a perfect week in paradise. We will certainly see you next time around. I can not say enough about staying at the Sweet This is our second time there and there is not words to describe how awesome it is. Dealing with the host Marcus is awesome. He keeps the Sweet spotless communicates well and is very easy to approach and ask questions about St John The sunsets are to die for and the property is located in a great location which makes you feel very safe

Just a beautiful condo with a spectacular view. Everything about Constant Point is perfect. The location, the cleanliness, privacy, security, comfort and hosts! Can't thank Marcus enough for a wonderful three weeks. We will be back!

Everything about this little "former garage" is UNBELIEVABLE. Marcus and Patty converted their garage to a 1 BR villa in 2016 and everything still seems as new and fresh as the day it was built. Sunsets from the deck are breathtaking. Marcus met us at the ferry and ran us through the villa orientation. We arrived to complimentary wine, cheese, crackers, and a bountiful fruit basket. It's not easy to find villas on St. John this wonderful created for a romantic vacation just for one couple. Don't miss this one. You'll be pinching yourself the whole time.

We cannot put into words the amazing week we had renting this property! Marcus goes above and beyond to make your stay like a 5 star hotel! We arrived late because of customs coming in from the BVI’s and Marcus picked us up and took us to our rental car ( we have stayed in St John many times and have never been treated like this before) he then took us to his property and gave us the tour of his amazing home! Everything was beyond our expectations! Our favorite part of the home was the view on the deck! Amazing ! We cannot wait to book again for next year!! Marcus is not only a great property owner .. but we actually became friends..and that says a lot..book this property as soon as you can ..it is the best!!

Quality throughout. Construction, furnishings, decor, appliances, kitchenware, and supplies are top notch. And it comes with a marvelous view and pleasant, helpful owners. Not for children, though. We would stay here again, if we manage to get back to St John (age is catching up with us).

Excellent property as shown in photos. Marcus and Patty are more than gracious hosts. This is our second visit to St John and we did more exploring this visit since we had a Jeep. You must rent a car. The hills are very steep and windy on the island but worth the effort. Beautiful beaches! Sweet St John is a must see and Marcus’ place is a perfect retreat for two people.

We had a lovely time at "Sweet Saint John." The property is ideally located in the Cruz Bay area in close proximity to restaurants, shops, and beaches. You are minutes away from the main egress points that will take you all over the island. The property itself is impeccable clean and modern with breathtaking views of Saint Thomas. The owner is personable and thorough and took care of all necessities. We would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Sweet St John is exactly as advertised. It is a short ride to both Cruz Bay as well as the north shore beaches. The property has a beautiful view and is as immaculate as the pictures online. Even more, Marcus and Patty have thought of everything to make your stay an unforgettable one!!!

The “sweet” St John is beautiful, easy to get to and close to Cruz Bay. Has everything you need for a stay to include washer/dryer. Marcos is a wonderful host and gives great advise in advance and at time of check in. He’s also close by if needed. Great place to stay for a couple and we will definitely md back!

Everything about "Sweet St. John" was perfect. Not only is the place beautiful with beautiful views, but the location was great, close to (but not to close) the Market and to downtown Cruz Bay. And the host, Marcus, exceeded our expectations, so thoughtful and helpful with anything. We will definitely return to this lovely property & Highly recommend it!

We were beyond impressed with this property and with Marcus! The home was beautifully done with a beautiful view and awesome location. This was my third time to St John and I would absolutely stay here again! Marcus was so helpful with anything and everything...although the house was so great, we didn't even need anything. Sweet St. John is perfectly situated just minutes from everything but along a quiet hillside with sweeping views. The property itself is impeccably maintained and set up so guests can arrive and get right on with relaxing. Marcus is an exceptional host and we will most definitely return.

Modern, clean and quiet. This place is amazing place to stay. It is quiet away from the busier area down by the ferry dock. The condo is perfectly decorated and clean and has everything you need for a great stay. We cooked all of our food here every night and the owner provided everything need to prepare a meal! the air conditioning worked amazingly when we were there on one of the hottest weeks of the year. The deck area is the best place to enjoy your meals or time to relax and read by the ocean. We watched the sun set every night with the doors opened. Also the washer and dryer are right in the unit so did not need to pack much at all. This is owned by an amazing owner who helped us out so much giving tips on where to eat and where to find some unique beaches. One million percent recommend this place to couples looking for a quiet clean and amazing get away on the island of St John!! Thank you Marcus!!

Perfect location, perfect property, hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. We loved everything about the island (visiting a different beach every day, snorkeling off the beach with dolphins, sharks & amazing fish, hiking, the incredible views - all of it!). Thank you! We especially enjoyed sitting out on the deck every morning and again in the late afternoon/evening after our busy days at the beaches. The view is beautiful! Although we ran the AC at night, we loved being able to open the large patio door with screen during the day to enjoy the tropical breezes. Marcus was extremely helpful in giving us a complete overview of the house and other information about the island as needed. We appreciated the use of the grill and the washer and dryer. We used the beach chairs and small cooler every day. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, extremely clean updated house close enough to Cruz Bay for convenient proximity to groceries and restaurants but far enough(1-2miles) away for it to be quiet. We highly recommend staying at Sweet John on St. John!

This is an amazing property. Modern in design. New decor. Extremely clean. Gorgeous views. Everything I look for when renting. We’ve stayed in many properties through VRBO over the years, and this is definitely one of the best!

We were one of the first guests when Marcus and Patty opened up Sweet for guests and have been back 3 times. The house is always immaculately clean and they try to make sure every detail is taken care of to make your stay the best possible. We love the view and short drive to town. Can't wait to get back to the Sweet soon!!
