This venue is perfect in so many ways for everything you could want from boating to traveling, once arrived you don’t even need the car to get around everything is in walking distance and it’s safe to ride bike take a run or walk to local pub. Has the perfect dock for a good size boat and the views are ace. The accommodation is clean, and modern with good size rooms, even the shower a walk in you can shower all the kids and some. Easy access down stars with a supper cool area to hang out at night with breeze blowing. We did sun rise every day and then on the boat just 10 mins ride to the reef. Local fishing is perfect and we enjoyed some great local food and again you can walk. The place has gates on the front drive and it is very private not over looked, great size yard, for the kids , bikes kayaks and a cool place with a freezer to keep fish and bait. Everything works and you can tell the owners are upgrading and improving, the grounds and dock are clean clean. This place is under the radar highly recommended , thanks to the owners for 100% on time communication , supper easy check in and ready to go Enjoy happy days

Immaculately clean property. Having the ramp and trailer parking on property was super convenient. Within walking distance of restaurants and shopping, we will definitely be booking again!!

The location is wonderful and the cottage and property were well maintained. The owners are super responsive! The cottage is an apartment on the bottom floor of the house, which worked grreat since the other guests staying there were super nice. Big yard and boat dock offer a lot of room. The outdoor view of wide open water (ocean side) is incredible.

Beautiful property on the ocean with beautiful sunrises and a great dock for your boat. The fishing was good from the dock. We plan on coming back next year.

Everything that was listed and was there. It exceeded our expectations.

Great location with shops, restaurants, and the sandbar close by. Property is setup nice and neighborhood is quiet. All of the equipment and supplies you need are available.

My husband and I came to this property on our baby moon and everything was perfect! The pictures are exactly the same and depict a very nice picture of what you are getting. The communication between the owners was quick when I had questions and they went out of their way to be nice. Everything was clean and perfect! Would highly recommend staying at this beautiful property!

This is our 2nd time staying at the property. It is truly Paradise. Love the big fenced in yard for the dog to roam and enjoy. The private boat launch is hubbys favorite! Will definitely be back!

We have stayed here multiple times. Love it! So clean and homey. Love the fishing pier. We were catching snapper and tarpon off the pier. So close to everything. Also loved the kayaks. We were able to.ride.bikes up to Lorelei to see the sunset. Just a beautiful vacation.

Rented the apartment for a week and friends rented the 2 bedroom upstairs. Worked out perfectly for all of us. We were there for a Take Stock in Children Rotary fishing tournament and we couldn't have picked a better location.! Thanks for the wonderful property & hospitality! Well done Carmen & Pablo!

Had a fantastic stay with the family here. All the amenities were well kept with plenty of spare towels, sheets and cleaning supplies if needed. The complimentary coffee and wine were such a nice surprise. We didn't have a boat to launch but if we bring one next year this will be my top choice.

We loved our stay! Place was just as advertised. Very accommodating if you have your own boat. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

There are no complaints whatsoever!! My review from last year is exactly the same, except only 1/4 the sargassum !! Perfect, Beautiful and Carmen and Pablo are great hosts!!

Great location within Islamorada. Amenities are well covered with everything you need in the kitchen and activities. Location is close to many restaurants that are boat friendly. You also have several that are walking distance to the property.

Loved this place..our 3rd trip to our favorite Key - we are already thinking same place next year only a little longer. Easy check in.. great communication with owner.Convenient to everything in Islamorada. Quiet, private..perfect for sunrise views. My husband fished from the pier..biked a mile or two..had everything we needed for our week in the Keys. Area fenced for the dog (young energetic golden retriever) to have a little freedom when she escaped us twice. I highly recommend this place!

Location, cleanliness and amenities cannot be beaten. What great property owners.
