The house was perfect for our family gathering. The location is great for beaching, walking, eating out, eating in, pub crawling, bike riding, etc. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to hang out and enjoy all of the activities. The pool was fantastic for a relaxing swim and the multiple decks make for great ocean views and people watching. We will be back!

The beach house was enjoyed by all and the teens loved spending some time in the pool after hanging out at the beach. The house is spacious and has pretty views from the main floor windows, the master bedroom and all the balconies. I was also happy with how quiet it was at night as well as being very convenient to Old Town.

Wonderful place to stay. Has all of the amenities, close to the beach and not a busy street at all. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

The home was lovely-great views of the ocean from every deck both front and back. Plenty of utensils and cooking items in the kitchen and extra towels and sheets provided in closets. Just steps from the nice clean beach, and the pool convenient for active little ones. Plenty of patio seating for adults to chat while kids swim. Lots of restaurants within easy walking distance, and a coffee shop at the end of the street. Just two small concerns (certainly not enough to change the 5-star rating): the second floor bunkbeds were a tad wobbly, but we found an Allen wrench in the kitchen drawer that made it better. Fortunately, we didn't need the top bunk; the third floor was always very cold, despite trying to raise temp. Nothing a sweater or long sleeves couldn't fix. Overall, great place. We'd definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for all ages! We brought the kids and there was never a dull moment. The proximity to the beach was an added bonus too! I would highly recommend! We made some core memories here.

Great time! House is beautiful and clean

The home was beautiful and well equipped. The bedrooms were spacious and very clean. we were super comfortable. Super close to the beach, just a few minute walk. Beach views were amazing, porch was my favorite spot. The only reason I gave a 4 for accuracy was because I found out a week before the trip that there was no grill/ beach chairs/beach towels. I brought beach towels with me but the home was fully stocked with beach and bathroom towels. The only thing we had to rent was the beach chairs and grill. Have not had to do that in any of our other beach rentals. Process was easy though, everything was delivered to the home. Our stay was GREAT!

We enjoyed a great vacation at St. Augustine Beach with family members aged from 1 to 83! The property had plenty of space for everyone, a backyard pool, and multiple deck spaces for lounging and chatting. Very relaxing!

We just wrapped up a wonderful week in St. Augustine Beach. This property was exactly what we were looking for when planning a getaway for several families, including grandparents and grandkids. The pool and patio was perfect for our young kids, who spent hours swimming and playing out there. The safety gate was a helpful feature as well for those short periods of time where we needed to make sure no one was in the pool unsupervised, and we appreciate that beach towels and pool/beach toys were available on-site. The bedrooms were all spacious and nicely appointed, and the living area was ideal for breakfasts, dinners, and March Madness viewing with our large group all together. Bathrooms on each floor were spacious and had nice, updated showers and fixtures. We thoroughly enjoyed the decks, which provide excellent views of the beach and ocean. A two minute walk through the dunes was all it took to be on the beautiful St. Augustine beaches; this part of the beach seemed to be the quietest area nearby and did not have the same kind of foot (and car) traffic that we saw just a little bit south of our location. This house is just a short walk from numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream stands, and the area was quiet and peaceful all week. We highly recommend this property for families looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

I want to start off by saying THE VIEW IS AMAZING. There was a few Hiccups that unfortunately we had to wait a few days to be fixed because we arrived late Saturday and we couldn’t get them fixed until the following Monday. The TV/Cable was not working throughout the house but right away Monday morning when we called they came out and fixed it. I do wish that they did supply childproof locks for the chemicals under the sinks because traveling with a two year old it would have been better. The pool was nice and warm! We thought the pool was low when we arrived. We didn’t think much of it until the pool guy came our last day there and filled it up to where it was supposed to be. It was about 4in short due to a leak in one of the filters he said. The microwave above the sink did not work so there was a no exhaust hood for when we cooked and we did a lot of cooking. There was mold above the microwave in the cabinet. We did talk to the property manager and he explained to us that there has been multiple issues with that and the owner has not replaced/fixed it. They did supply the property with a smaller microwave but you were on able to microwave a bag of popcorn without burning it which is unfortunate. There is also a portable crib and pack and play and booster chair on the property along with Floaties for the pool that was not in the description so we brought our own of everything and there is also Beach towels for the pool. Overall nice place to stay. The property manager company is great to work with. I think it it was just owner issues.

The property was amazing., very spacious. It was a short walk to the beach which even cold was a great time. The management team was very responsive with my concerns. The only downside was the internet stopped working and the TV in the 3rd floor would not connect to anything, so would recommend brining a computer to hook if you want to spend a cozy night in.

Pool deck is bigger than in the pictures. Living area open and nice. House was cleaned before we came, but needs an exterminator as there were a good amount of German roaches. The roach spray they have in the closet ain’t gonna cut it. They should tell you prior about the cameras. Overall a nice place and a lot of cool stuff around to do. Neighbors sucked.

Two families and the accommodations are fabulous. Views and location outstanding. Decorated beautifully and quality of furnishing top notch. We will be back.

We cannot rave enough about this property. We planned a girls trip to St. Augustine and this house was everything we needed and more. Perfect location near the beach, excellent amenities and a beautiful home for our weekend.

We traveled with 2 families to stay at this Beach Retreat. The property was clean, everything was in working order and the setting and location were perfect. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to groups of 12 or less.

The beach house rental is spacious, beautiful & both well furnished & accommodating. The elevator access & full bathrooms on each floor were plus. The easy proximity to the beach was amazing. I just wished the blustery weather would let up, but family reunion for a wedding in a historic town was worthwhile.

The coffee maker on the third floor didn't work. The sink on the first floor kitchen area didn't work. The lights in the pool stopped working on the last night. Multiple outlets didn't work. One of the steps had a plastic piece that kept falling off. Found one roach the first night there. Didn't find anymore after that.

This is an amazing property! Perfect location and the house is amazing. All the comforts of home. Property management was very responsive and wonderful to work with.

This is a lovely property and the location couldn't have been better. Lots of balconies and all of them have a view of the water. The beds were nice, the living areas spacious and comfortable, and the pool was heated which was a great addition after coming in from the beach. The only thing that was difficult to figure out was the TV remote, but we eventually made it work! Would definitely recommend.

The Beach Retreat was everything advertised. Beautifully decorated (yes I care) clean, well maintained, and a great A/C makes this a hit from the start. Add the multi-level bedrooms, spare kitchenette, and elevator and it was ideal for my kids and grandchildren. Lots of extra touches to make it feel like home.

The property was excellent. Well-maintained and clean. Supplies could have been added-like extra trash bags but overall, excellent! Met some neighbors who were very friendly also.

Beautiful property and very convenient to the beach. Heated pool was a big plus. Easy check in process. Would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time for the week. We had 5 kids ranging in ages from 8 years old to under 1. The property had tons of pool and beach toys for us and some beach chairs we could use. They also had a ton of beach towels and even a pack and play for the baby so we did not have to bring one. It was super clean and everything was so organized in the kitchen. We used all of the decks so much for breakfast/lunch/dinner. It was perfect! The walk was so easy to the beach where we often watched the sunrise. We could also walk to get ice cream with the kids and to some yummy lunch spots. It was a perfect location and hardly any traffic on our street. The only issue we had was that the microwave did not work in the kitchen or the ice machine. Thanks for having us stay! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely perfect for our family ages 9 months to 83 years. Walk to beach, restaurants and the back yard pool. Nothing better!

Wonderful and clean property. Everything was perfect. I would recommend this property go anyone traveling with a group.

Relaxing

Nice home and pool. We wish the house and pool was cleaner upon our arrival. I called property management company and they sent someone to clean a bathroom the day we arrived and the pool the following day. We were compensated for the cleaning and we do appreciate that as well. Also would’ve been nice if they had fixed or gotten rid of the toaster oven and microwave that didn’t work. They did have a couple of small ones we took from the first floor kitchenette. I thought that was mentioned in previous stays. As far as the outside cameras that are all over the property. I was told that they don’t work anymore. It would’ve been nice to hear someone mention it so I will. I’m all for the owners to have cameras but at least let your guests know up front. If they don’t work like the microwave and toaster get rid of it. Also dissatisfied with property management company in regards to beach items, crib, and baby gate I was told they had none of the above. So I rented all of it and come to find out they had a crib and baby gates. The had a couple of beach carts and a cooler. Also rented a gas grill. They had a charcoal one there as well. Overall nice stay and place.

We can't wait to book this property again!
