La clarté de l’appartement et sa situation géographique.

On vous demande de porter poubelles et recyclage dans un endroit prévu à cet effet mais sauf erreur de ma part, je ne l’ai vu nulle part sur les documents explicatifs et pas plus dans les rues adjacentes.

La situation et le charme de l’appartement très bien équipé.

Café un peu bruyant en dessous le soir appartement un peu sombre et sans vue dégagée mais fréquent en intra muros Cafetière filtre à renouveler Des petits points sans grand désagrément cependant car nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Nice place: close to the beach, inside the wall so you are in the centre of history of Sant Malo.

It’s not fully kids friendly: it has kids chair but does not has any windows protection against opening (our 2.5 years son always opening few of them. Also further has not safe corners and our small kid was always incidentally hits…. Also our some has strong shrimp allergy and when we used some of the frying pan to prepare omelet and he had red skin (frying pan was clean but we think that it was used to prepare shrimps previously)…

very disappointed with Julia she doesn’t speak English at all …which was very difficult .. so everything had to go through text messages ..we tried several times to call and speak to her but she kept saying no English please text .. so we did text and then we didn’t get any response so in the end I had to get onto booking.com to contact her it was very frustrating and disappointing..we where left outside of the apartment for 3 hours because Julia was to busy to meet us …The apartment was good it’s a shame it’s up two flights of stairs no lifts ..

the toilet was separate from the shower room ..

Great location

Lovely apartment well located Intra Muros and close to a number of great restaurants. Facilities were excellent, very well equipped, comfortable beds, decent heating and an awesome shower. Very good double glazing, the apartment was quiet and cosy. What impressed me most was that when the hot water boiler broke, our hosts had it fixed within 24 hours with the absolute minimum of inconvenience. It's when something goes wrong that you learn how good a company you are dealing with and they were absolutely excellent. Many thanks to our hosts for a great holiday!

Super well located, great shower, Spacious, clean, comfortable overall

Pillows are a bit hard also I prefer rectangle pillows which are more comfortable in my opinion. TV could be better too.

The hostess came and found us on the street as we were looking for paring. Extra effort, much appreciated. The apartment itself exceeded expectations, and we have traveled quite a bit. Probably the one of the best rental properties we’ve stayed in. Comfortable, impeccably clean, great furnishings, fun lighting and great shower. Beds were great. Perfect location for enjoying the walled city. The only warning is that parking inside the city walls is tough I find. Drive in, drop off your bags, then park in one of the paid lots just outside the old city walls. You won’t need your car for a few days anyway.

The only thing missing was a hair dryer. Very minor! Everything was fantastic, and for a great price.
