Very clean, great location right across from the beach!

My wife and I greatly enjoyed the condo. It’s close to a nice beach with plenty of sand, sea, and snorkeling, as well as restaurants and shopping. The condo is well equipped with almost of all what we needed. Communications with the management company was excellent and responses to 2 small needs were prompt. The condo facilities are also great and the landscaping is beautiful. Highly recommended.

We stayed in this condo for 7 nights, and I don't think we could find a better combination of quality, location, price and conveniece. We got used to A/C running while it's hot outside but here even with portable fans and open windows we weren't sweating in December. The property is well-located with a short distance to cafes/restaurants, beaches as well as logistically close to main "far" destinations comparing to other parts of the island. Great experiece. Highly recommend.

This place exceeded my expectations! Extremely clean and had everything needed to enjoy our vacation. Easy check in and out. Located directly across the street from the beach and super close to shops and dining. Partial ocean view was great to watch the sun rise with a cup of coffee. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful place. It made our family trip one we will never forget!

The condo was clean, neat and orderly. We liked the labels and notes of instructions. We were within walking distance to our favorite restaurant and beaches. Over all we had a wonderful experience.

The place was clean, was at a great location and was supplied with everything we needed for tons of fun on our honeymoon!

Being a former Maui resident, I knew the location of this property is excellent. It is right across the street from a beautiful beach and close to many restaurants and shops (I rented a stand-up paddleboard and walked with it to the beach, just a block or two away). A grocery store is a 5 minute drive away. The condo was immaculate when we arrived. Although the condo is fairly small, the layout uses the space well. The thing that impressed me most was how well the condo is supplied. From dishes to cookware to toiletries (incl. sunscreen) to beach gear (towels, chairs, coolers, umbrella, snorkel gear) and more, about the only thing we needed to buy was food. The quality of the items supplied was good, too. Not the mishmash of "garage sale" quality dishes, cookware, utensils, etc that you sometimes run into in a vacation rental. The king size bed was a bit too hard for my wife but I was OK with it. The living room is nicely furnished and even had an impressive supply of DVDs. There is a small ocean view, if you are at one end of the balcony. Although the condo has a 3rd floor number (313), it is actually on the 2nd floor of the building, which is on a slight hill (that level is the 3rd floor on the other end of the building). We really liked the keyless (code) entry - no keys to worry about. The resort pools are fairly small but were not crowded when we used them - water was a nice temperature. We were very pleased with our 8 day stay.

The condo is located in a great location just minutes from the beach and walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed! They even had beach towels and chairs which were very handy. Would stay again on a return trip to Maui :)

Had an awesome time in Maui. A quick walk to the beach, Fred’s and overall just love Kihei. Condo Was well kept with all amenities. Furniture was nice, back bedroom and washroom area was quite warm. Overall great stay.

Overall this condo was a great place to lay our head down. It was walking distance to many stores and right across from the beach. We were a little disappointed that we didn’t get a goodie bag that everyone spoke so highly of. There is air conditioning in the living room and fans for the room since it can get a bit hot. Overall it was a good experience.

The complex is beautiful. Easy to get around and within walking distance of a nice beach and great food. Also an easy drive from amazing beaches and other activities. The place was very clean and had a fully prepared kitchen for those who like to cook (not recommended because grocery prices are ridiculous). Only complaint is that there is no AC in the bedroom. There are a couple fans, which helped, but was still hot a few nights.

Property was excellent. Condition of everything was very good. Views were good. Hard to see ocean, but views of the grounds were beautiful. Swimming pool and BBQ were well kept up. Good beach directly across the street. Would stay in this unit again.

My wife, Mother-In-Law and I visited Maui and stayed at Kihei Akahi C313 for about a week and loved it. The space was clean, well equipped for anything you'd like to do in or out of the condo, and served as the perfect central location to do anything around the island or in the town of Kihei. I work as a interior designer and so attention to detail and workmanship is something I take note of an appreciate when done correctly and this place excels in those things. The owner and property manager were very welcoming (even gave us a fun gift bag of assorted Hawaiian treats!) and were attentive when the unit above us had their AC leaking onto the lanai. I wouldn't just stay here again; I would seek out to do so. Thank you Mary for a wonderful place to stay. A++++

We spent most of the time at the beach but the condo was plenty comfy for the two of us. Nothing spectacular but it was clean. The kitchen has everything you need, the couch was a little stiff but nice looking. The condo staff was very pleasant, and the grounds were well kept. You are within walking distance to restaurants and beaches. All of the Kam beaches have decent snorkeling in the rocky areas and we saw a turtle every time we got into the water. Safeway is a few minutes away by car but there is a mini mart/gas station close by with a small grocery store inside and deli (get the Spicy poke!!! It's delicious). We prefer this area over Kaanapali and we will probably rent here again in the future.

This was truly a home away from home. Jean and Derick thought of everything you would need for a trip to Maui. From all the daily necessities to beach chairs, cooler bags, and more. The condo was extremely clean, quiet, across the street to Kamaole II beach, and many options for food and groceries. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone. We hope to make this an annual trip to Hawaii--with hopes to stay here again! Mahalo

Excellent location. Great amenities and well stocked unit. They had almost everything we needed for a 1 week stay. The cons: I was pretty upset about this but there were cockroaches in the unit. I saw them everyday. And because we had a baby, we chose not to exterminate with toxic chemicals during our stay. Another con: the unit had a broken screen door and super loud washer/dryer. Other than that, the place was quite clean, and usable. It was not modern or updated by any means, but it definitely did the trick. The management company was very responsive. The welcome basket was a lifesaver (chocolate!) after a late flight. I would say, if there wasn't a cockroach problem, my stay would have been much more pleasant. Our little one loved the pool and the beach!

Myself, Husband, 4.5 year old son and our 8 month old son stayed at condo C313 in March for 2 weeks. It was truly the best spot for our family. The condo was extremely well stocked with kitchen needs, towels, bedding, creams and toiletries and super super comfy huge bed!! The decor and cleanliness was top notch. For us with 2 kids it's in a perfect location within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shacks, grocery stores and 3 beaches! 2 minutes walk from Kamaole beach II was just awesome. 2 pools in the complex which is where our 4.5 year old learnt to snorkel. The grounds are amazing, clean, full of botanical flowers and plants. Just beautiful to sit on the veranda at breakfast looking at the stunning plants. Kathy and Windy the housekeeper/rep were fantastic and on hand when we called. Very grateful for that. We will definitely stay there again as it was perfect in every way. We had the best vacation. 💗

My sister and I stayed in the condo for 10 nights and it was perfect. The location is amazing! It is walking distance to beaches, restaurants and small shops and a short drive to to Wailea, which was a nice area to explore. The condo is comfortable, well equipped and spacious. If I'm lucky enough to go back to Maui I would absolutely stay here again!

We arrived November 16 to the Kehei Akahi for a 10 night stay in Maui. I can not say enough about this condo! It was so nice to have everything we needed - beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, condiments, all spices. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We loved Kameole Beach! Awesome snorkelling and a 2 minute walk from the condo. The condo was extremely clean and very spacious for two of us! I look forward to returning to Maui someday and hope to stay at this exact condo again!

Management was very accommodating with all aspects of the booking; from payment, communication, directions, and minor changes to booking, to repayment of deposit. The accommodations were completely as described and clean. The location was perfect for us. The accommodations were well appointed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If the opportunity arises again in the future, we would definitely be a return customer.

The condo was excellent, it was super clean, and lots of spices and condiments for cooking. Also appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler, which were not in the previous condo we moved from. This is our second visit to this condo and recent renovations were amazing.
