My family and my friend's family stayed in this beautiful townhouse for a week. It was great! - Living room on the 2nd floor is large, connecting with a big balcony. Our kids ran around and had much fun! - Spacey kitchen allowing 2-3 people to work together! - Master bedroom on the 1st floor is equipped with an awesome bathroom. Taking a bath there was so enjoyable! - Great swimming pool in the community! - Walkable distance to the beach! - The host was very helpful and responsive! Here are some tips for future visitors: - As it's located near the hotel area, there isn't good grocery stores nearby, until you drive ~8 minutes to a Safeway. So plan ahead! - Remember to take the towels if you go the swimming pool. - If you want to take beach chairs to the beach, it's better to drive a car, although it's within walkable distance.

The location and luxury of this house make it a perfect retreat for a family looking to gather in the heart of Wailea. You have plenty of space in the common areas to be together or separate in the luxury of your bedroom. The furniture throughout is super comfortable and the house has every amenity including plenty of chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The lanai has a garden view, but in less than 10 min you are on the Wailea beach. And the pool oasis is just steps away. A real luxury find for a great price at one of the top beaches in Hawaii!

This property was awesome! All the comforts of home, and then some! 7 of us (all adults) were very comfortable with plenty of room and privacy for all. Wailea Beach and the beachwalk were a 5 min walk from the property. Communication with CBIV was great; very timely responses! All in all, a wonderful place!

The unit was very clean and comfortable, and it was a pleasure to use the well-appointed kitchen. The welcome snacks and included beach chairs/towels/umbrellas were a very pleasant surprise. Our POC Cody was very timely and reliable, especially when we forgot a wallet post check-out and had to go back while the cleaners were there. The only minor issue we had was finding a couple of small cockroaches (dead, thankfully!) here and there throughout our stay. Location was really great: walkable to Wailea resorts and beach, a quick drive away to great beaches and restaurants in Kihei, and relatively painless to get to central Maui. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back!!

We were not given the entry code to the gate, so we spent up to 20 minutes outside waiting for other residents to pull-up and let us in. We were provided the gate code two days after our arrival and after our email requesting the same. The washer in the unit did not work. The key fobs randomly deactivate, and it has nothing to do with your cell phone.

The condo was in a great location, offering quick access to the beach, as well as good restaurants. The porch looked out on shrubbery that provided privacy despite it being right next to a couple other units. It was very relaxing and the interior was spacious and comfortable.

We had a great time in Maui staying at the house in Ho’Olei. The rental property was extremely clean and everything was in working order. We really have had no complaints just one small suggestion: some of the pans could be replaced. Other than that, it was a very nice property to stay at. Comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and a great living room/lanai area to hang out at. This was our second time staying in Ho’Olei and we definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great Maui vacation.

Our air conditioning made the home wayyy too cold. We had someone come out twice. Even after they said it was fixed, the house was too cold and we had to open the lanai except when sleeping just to be somewhat comfortable.

I would have expected the kitchen to be stocked with things like 4 wine glasses (they only had 2), measuring spoons, salt and pepper, a functioning wine opener, wine stoppers, plastic bags, tin foil,

thicker/softer blankets for the bedrooms. They were very thin and hard.

It was also in disrepair- wall behind garbage. Kitchen floor boards detached, door stopper in upstairs bedroom came out of floor.

We were pleasantly surprised by the extras that came with the rentals, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Everyone within the facility was fantastic. Besides having a fabulous location, this property had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Plenty of space to stay in & relax with a meal prepared in the kitchen & grill. Breakfast on the lani was such a wonderful place to begin the day. Very well kept & good construction (never heard anyone although we saw neighbors coming & going) We used the workout room everyday & the equipment was top notch. The pool & hot tub area was fabulous! Beautiful & welcoming but never felt crowded. Right across the street was the ocean walk, beautiful beaches, restaurants, shopping. We look forward to staying here again!

Spacious unit. Appreciated the snacks and coffee upon arrival. Great service from managers. In fact, the woman who helped my wife look for her handbag went beyond the norm, really doing her best to help my wife. And she was very nice! Real convenient to Grand Wailea. Needs a little better cleaning , as cobwebs on ceiling, dusty artificial plants and stains on carpet. Also, really noisy late night party next door and the units are tightly packed in so slept with pillow over my head. Lastly, unit is on bottom row, so road traffic noise and master on lower level with no views removes any feeling of being in Hawaii. But, overall a positive experience.

General condition: As pictured and comfortable. The kitchen was rather basically equipped, probably adequate if you don't plan on cooking many full meals there. The bottom rack of the dishwasher seemed to be missing one row of tines needed to support dishes properly. Also, the rack itself didn't fit well, so it kept sliding off the rails when loaded with plates.
Location: Conveniently located near the entrance to the complex and the swimming pool, with beach access a short, pleasant walk away. However, the lanai faces a small garden which backs up along the main Wailea thoroughfare. Because of this, it is quite loud inside the unit when the lanai doors are open and when you sit outside on the lanais (2 of the bedrooms also have lanais that open out onto the garden area), despite the lush foliage blocking the view of the road.
Cleanliness: Living room rug showed some staining and clearly had not been vacuumed (cracker crumbs all over, plus an old, squished grape on the rug and dried up grape stem on the coffee table).
