We were very pleased with the layout and condition of the property. Everyone in our group loved their accommodations!

Myself and 4 sisters had a fabulous time. The weather was a little chilly but we had fun shopping and eating out at wonderful restaurants close by. Linda was always available for questions and guidance. The house had everything stocked for cooking in on select nights.

This property is amazing for large groups. It was clean, in a great location, just steps from the beach! Communication was easy and I received very quick responses! 10/10 would recommend this property.

Great location and wonderful space for the location. Some issues with the irons were resolved with a new iron and board. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay. I’m sure not too many business travelers make it here. Would love to see these locations offer home charging options for EVs

We brought family together from all over the country to spend Christmas at the beach. The property was more impressive than the photos showed in the listing. We will definitely be back.

This was a great property! Great location and very clean. Linda helped when our tvs didn’t work. Loved the upper deck.

Good floor plan for large group. Convenient with dual kitchens. Comfy beds. Upper deck great for viewing. Plenty of bathrooms. No notice of house between our rental and beach. Shower unsafe for elderly with slippery tile and no grab bars! Inside stairs unsafe for elderly-wood colors deceiving of step locations.

Our stay was fantastic. We rented Cottage 1 and loved the set up. It was clean and new appearance. The bed was comfy and loved the shower head. You will enjoy the sunrise from the front porch as I did if you are an early riser.

The house was in a great location with an amazing porch/deck with a view. The only downfall was that the access to the beach was closed so that was slightly disappointing. It looked like it was getting ready to be fixed when we left. Overall an incredible stay!

Our group of friends enjoyed a wonderful long weekend together close to the beach, restaurants, and St. Augustine. The house and beach were so nice (and we had so much catching up to do) that we spent more time hanging out in the house and walking on the beach than sightseeing. Linda was a gracious host, easily reached and sweetly accommodating.

This property was comfortable for a large group; we most enjoyed everyone being able to gather on the covered porch facing the ocean for sun and moons rising, as well as when it rained. Plenty of parking, super short walk to beach and restaurants. House had everything we needed!

We booked this place along with the smaller cottage next door for a family trip for my mother's birthday. We had guests ranging in age from my parents who are in their 60s all the way to my infant niece and everyone was comfortable. Linda does a fantastic job of making a clean and cozy space to relax. The location couldn't be better. Linda recommended several restaurants within walking distance and the historic district was just a short drive away. Best of all, we were just steps away from the beach. The beach chairs and toys were appreciated by all. We had a fantastic game of beach volleyball one afternoon- the net is about 100 yards up the beach to the right (away from the pier). Lastly, we made great use of the grill. We had steaks, burgers, brats, and grilled veggies. Yum! I really can't say enough about how happy we were with the place. Everyone loved Linda's cottages and I absolutely recommend staying here!

We met here for a family reunion, 3 families under one roof. The view is amazing. The house had everything we needed. The location cannot be beat. It feels like a secluded beach, but you're still so close to everything St. Augustine has to offer. We had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend it to anyone!

While the airlines didn't make it easy to get to after Hurricane Nicole passed over the region, we finally made it. The drive from Jacksonville to St. Augustine was real nice. When we arrived at the house, we were sad to find out we would be the only ones occupying it, as our friends flights were all cancelled due to the storm. That did not stop my partner and I from enjoying this lovely home, right on the beach. We sat out on the deck the first night and watched an amazing storm out over the ocean. It made for a beautiful light show. We walked on the beach morning and night. Both the Sunrise and the Sunsets were so amazing. We hope someday to find our way back to this lovely place and do some more exploring of the city.

Linda and the property were both great! She was readily available anytime day or night when I had a question! The house was just as described, beautifully remodeled with special touches throughout the home. The upper porch was perfect for catching the sunrises and the beach was just over the sand bluff at the edge of the driveway. Can’t wait to go back!!

Linda was super responsive and pleasant to work with. She sent a ton of information about the house, the check in process, and the area ahead of our arrival date. The house itself is beautiful and perfect for a getaway with either friends or family.

Great deck, beach access and location! Parking not as advertised, can't park 4 cars in garage. AWFUL moldy/mildew smell in lower level; debated if we 'd even stay. Had to buy air fresheners for all 5 bedrooms. Bedrooms need dressers, no place to put clothes. Kitchen cabinets around sink need paint. Outside door on deck needs cleaning and paint, gross. Towels in upper bedrooms are due for replacement, gray and thin an NO hand towels! Overall we as a group of 10 were pleased with the location and common areas, but the bedrooms and overall condition did not meet our expectations. We are all very well traveled and have stayed at many VRBO's. Having said this, we would rent again IF these conditions were addressed, mainly because of the location and outside space.

This house is absolutely beautiful. Its right on the beach and had everything we could have needed.

Amazing views of ocean from porch, large enough to seat everyone. A short walk to the beach from the house. Convenient to restaurants and ice cream shops.

Located within a few steps of the beach and has beautiful ocean views from the second-floor porch. Plenty of room to hang out together or separately. We didn't know there wasn't an interior hallway to connect the two levels but ended up all congregating in the second-floor living/dining space which was plenty of room enough so it worked out perfectly. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their time and would definitely book this house again!

U fortunately, I missed being there due to parents in hospital But the rest of my family lives it and the location was perfect!!!

The home is perfectly situated on the Atlantic Ocean and in the middle of town. Couldn’t ask for a better experience as we had everything needed for a terrific week at the beach.
