We had a wonderful holiday, the Villas were perfect and in a fantastic location for Winners Supermarket and the beach with a chemist directly opposite. The Villas were clean,washing machine was a god send, beds huge and comfy, aircon in every bedroom. The master bedroom was HUGE with ensuite and table and chairs, plenty of storage with wardrobes and draws in every room. Great for a young family with cot and high chair and safety gates at top and bottom of stairs. Security is 5 star with safe, back to base alarm and deadlocks. Pereybere Beach is amazing and only a 3 min walk away. The bus stop is just across the rd and its only a 5 min ride into Grand Bay and only 32rp for adults and 16rp kids. We also caught the bus into Port Louis. The taxi into Grand Bay was only 150rp. We ate at Pereybere Beach Cafe a few times, and ordered in from Wang Thai once would recommend both , we out in a lot as we were just too tired after our days of exploring and a few times ventured into Grand Bay for dinner. Marceline was great, and the 2 dishes she made for us were delicious,it was great to come back from a day out to clean floors, beds made and dishes done. Nanda was waiting at the airport with a big grin on our arrival and boy were we glad to see him! His cars are immaculate and he takes great pride in them. Herve's day trip was also a great experience, I highly recommend. We enjoyed a Catamaran trip to Gabriel Island and a speed boat trip to Benitiers Island visiting Crystal Rock and seeing dolphins. We also spent a day discovering the south visiting Chamarel Coloured Earth and Waterfall, Black River Gorge and Casela Nature Park. Visiting the Church at Cap Malheureux is a must it is a beautiful view and only a 10 min bus ride away. Our 3 weeks went way too fast. We would not hesitate to stay at your Villa's again. Thank you for being so understanding with all our flight changes, but in the end we didn't have any problems with any of our flight, the transfers or the Villas. I would not hesitate recommending these Villas to any one and wish I was still there. Thank you Sandra and Family.

This was my second visit to the apartment.It is ideally located.The three bedrooms are spascious.The two bathrooms/showers are big and comfortable.The lounge and diningroom comfortable,big and user friendly.The television and cable TV/decoder new and functioning.The kitchen,compact but has ALL the utencils.The airconditioners ALL working.The outside swimming pool is pristinely clean and located in an enclosed and private garden.The facilities are excellent. The apartment was clean and well kept.The lady Mercaline,is friendly,efficient and reliable.She awaited us on our arrival,made us comfortable,explaining all the functions.She came daily,leaving the apartment clean,tidied and safe...excellent. I would recommend this apartment anytime. The apartment is situated ideally...5 min from the beach.There are several restaurants in the area( excellent food ).It is located in a side road off the main road,for use of the bus or if renting a vehicle ( enclosed and safe car park facilities ). The apartment is 3.3 Km from Grand Baie...the main city in the north side of the ireland.

Sandra and Mark, We had a wonderful stay in Pereybere at your apartment. We were greeted at the airport (after a disastrous start due to the snow in England) to wonderful weather, a gentle breeze and a big smile from the taxi driver waiting to take our cases off us as soon as we stepped out of the airport. He gave us lot's of information on our trip across Mauritius to Perebere, which was very interesting and informative. The apartment was lovely and inviting after our long journey with Sheila showing us all our facilities on arrival. By far the best day (although all were wonderful) was with Herve in his traditional fishing boat, crossing the sea to 'Flat Island' and snorkelling on the reef. His homemade rum punch was delicious!! We also had an added bonus of seeing a dolphin on our return. All-in-all, a wonderful holiday in a lovely, well equipped apartment and Sandra's parents were very helpful and accommodating; sorting trips with Nanada across the island, giving ideas on where to eat and best parts of the beaches to visit. This was a very well-equipped apartment with a very comfy bed and cheerful decor. Master bedroom was roomy and bright. Location was great with very good restaurants just out the door. Pool was always very clean. Would definitely recommend to others.

The apartment was in good repair,comfortable, clean, and even more spacious than it appeared to be on the web. The pool was squeaky clean, and the housekeeper was very helpful whenever we required any help at all. I had researched the area extensively and after driving all over the Island, I am sure staying in Perebeyre was a good choice, having a nice beach and good variety of restaurants shops and facilities close at hand. The description of the apartment was accurate.We were welcomed at the airport and at the apartment.Sandra provided excellent customer service,connecting us with a driver (who was efficient,amicable and caring ),a caretaker/cook (who prepares deliscious meals and kept the apartment spotless).Unfortunately we didnt get to meet Herva-a local with good knowledge of the water fascilities.Overall,we had a memorable experience.We would gladly recommend it to others.

The apartment was just right for the five of us though we didn't use the cooking faciliities as I had promised Maryse that she would not have to cook during the holiday and my cooking abilities are a bit limited. We enjoyed great service from Nanda and Sheila was always helpful. We also had the pleasure of meeting your parents. Be grateful if you would pass on our regards and also the attached picture we took at the soiree they hosted for us. A family of seven travelled to Mauritius last october full of expectations. We were not diasapointed. The purpose of our trip was to enjoy the sun for three weeks and be a family. The flat was nice, well kept and was cleaned by the lovely Sheila every day.Location was nice because of the short walk to the beach. Pereybere was just perfect. The best attraction in this area are the beaches, By far the best beach in the area if you enjoy beaches that arent't to crowded. We chose to eat at the local restaurants, which offer whatever cuisine you wish for. For lunch we often chose the food stalls - both cheap and delicious. Nanda is unique and we highly recommend him. He was always on time, full of useful information, and recommended good attractions. Another memorable trip was our outing with Herve. Thanks to Sandras parents who helped us with the flat. What can we say but what a fantastic place to stay, everything was as described(except the cyclone). We highly recommend to everyone wanting to stay at this area, which was great, nice location, beautiful beaches. What we really want to emphisise is the way we were treated, not like guest, but like family, this we can't say enough about. After travelling for about 15 hrs we were met at the airport by our driver who took us to our apartment in air conditioned comfort. The drive was steady and assurring, something you dont always get from Mauritian drivers. When we arrived at bthe apartment we were met by our houskeeper for the week , Sheila who showed us around the apartment. It was Sheila who kept the apartment clean and tidy throughout our stay comming in every day except Sunday. There was plenty to do if required with either a bus trip to Grande Bay to go water ski-ing,diving, undersea walking or just to arrange an excursion. Or if you wanted simply lie on the beach which wa a two minute walk from the apartment. The resturaunts around the apartment wer good but the fish resturaunts we found were expensive. The local Thai and Maurition resturaunt be ing the most reasonable. All in we had a wonderful time and would certanly go again and would reccomend it to our friends.

The best way to appreciate the beauty of the island we feel is to rent an apartment so you do not get yourself confined to the grounds of a hotel. There is so much to do and see that you will return for more holidays We found that the apartment was in the ideal location, 2 minutes walk to the beach (one of the best on the island) and restaurants. The apartment was superb, the personal touches around the apartment makes it feel like a home .The first impression we had when we walked through the door was the cleanliness and how spacious the apartment was, which after a long flight gets the holiday off to a best possible start. The facilities in the apartment are superb and you have everything you need. This is truly home from home. You can relax in the apartment in the evening or by the spacious pool. With 2 children it was great that we all had plenty of space. The master bedroom is an apartment on its own. We have already passed your details onto a number of friends. Shelia (the housekeeper) looks after the guest as though they are family, we could not have asked for more ( Shelia's cooking was a delight to sample) Shelia will cook for you at a very reasonable cost and its great to come back after a day out to have a meal prepared for you. (better than most restaurants in the area) The boat trip with Herve is something else and I highly recommend that you go on this, This is not a trip you will find in the local tourists offices, but details on this and many other trips are all in the apartment. Do not worry about driving in Mauritius, its so easy and you will get to those wonderful local beeches far easier.

3 wonderful and totally unforgettable weeks in a delighful apartment close to the most beautiful beaches imaginable! The appartment was well equipped, cleaned daily to a high standard and managed by a delightful family who could not have done more to make our stay more comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the trip on the 'Pirogue' with Herve to Flat Island with BBQ lunch and the most wonderful snorkeling experience. This was an excellent location - the stunning beaches were literally minutes walking distance away. The facilities in the apartment were good overall. We were very impressed with the housekeepers - they really looked after us throughout our time and provided an exceptional service. Grand Bay was 10mins by car. We recommend this to families with children or group getaway. Moreover, some great restaurants nearby.

20th June - 3rd July 08 My wife and I and two grown up children stayed at the apartment during the above period. The apartment was extremely well kept, and was very clean and tidy, and although it was 'winter time' in Mauritius, the a/c was much appreciated at night-time. We arrived in Pereybere following what the locals said had been the worst weather in 30 - 40 years. Indeed, for the first 3 days it was very wet and very windy, but after that the clouds parted and the sun shone through and it was brilliant until the end of our stay. Most nights we ate in Grand Baie which had an excellent selection of Indian Chinese and Thai restaurants. Eating out was very reasonable, and at lunch-time it was even cheaper, as we usually ended up having a couple of roti cani and a nice cold beer. We did most of the usual 'trips', but the highlight of our stay had to be the day-out on the pirogue with Herve. That really was a day to remember! He took us to the north of the island, taking in all the little bays and giving us a commentary on each location. For lunch he found an isolated little cove, and then served the most delicious BBQ ever of marlin, chicken, sausage, salad and dahl, accompanied by chilled wine, beer and soft drinks. To our everlasting shame, we couldn't finish the meal as he had prepared copious amounts of everything!! It was superb.!!!!! On the sail home he let my wife and I take turns on the tiller. We nearly ran down a turtle !! Herve is also an artisan and makes his own jewellry. We had left the boat trip until the day before we came home so we never got the chance to see any of his designs, which was very sad, as the guy is extremely interesting. The holiday was very relaxing and we would recommend it to anybody looking for a quiet holiday, but in an excellent location for getting out and doing the 'sights'. Perhaps the only down side is that the apartment doesn't have a nice balcony with a view to be able to sit out and watch the world go by. Brian and Pam
