We enjoyed every minute. House was perfect for what we needed. Close to downtown Gatlinburg, short drive to Pigeon Forge and lots of hiking trails. We would definitely stay there again.

The chalet is a nice, quiet, and relaxing. We had a wonderful time. Love the fact that all king bedrooms had their own bathroom. The game room was nice and entertaining. The host was very friendly and amazing helpful. If you need a place to unwind—this is it. Enjoy and God bless

Beautiful home is as described in photos. The view from the back deck is awesome, watch the Ober Mountain Tram glide by (you won't get this view as the leaves come back) The ride up the hill is a little daunting, especially if you meet oncoming vehicles, but after a few ups and downs you get the hang of it. All wheel or four-wheel drive vehicles are recommended. Bring your groceries with you, as much as you can, there is a WalMart about 30 minutes away. Save yourself time and money and bring groceries or stop at the WalMart or food city on your way in. We enjoyed the pool table, hot tub and just watching the horizon on the porch. Close by you can drive to the top of Ober Mtn, pay $10 to park and another $30 or $50 for either unlimited rides on the tram or the whole park. We did both on separate days. If you are going to the park, arrive before they open. The coaster line is a minimum of an hour wait if you arrive after 12pm. It is fun, but takes a lot of your time by waiting in line. The scenic lift to the top of the lookout is gorgeous, that view was probably worth the $50 price tag. We rode from the bottom to the top twice. Riding the tram down the mountain into Gatlinburg is very cool as well. Sometimes it is crowded, sometimes it is empty either way it has great views. Mike is a great host and will give you suggestions about places to go and things to do. Overall I would return again for vacation.

This time my husband setup the Anniversary adventure. Not again. Older cabin, no garden tubs, the landscaping wasn't down. We only stayed one night and left the next morning. But thank you

The location was GREAT and the host was an excellent communicator! The kids and adults loved the game room. There was plenty of room and the hot tub was clean. The house is well loved. Do not expect picture perfect paint or floors that don’t creak. This house is a comfort able older vacation home. The beds were comfy and we did use the grill. ( We are bed snobs). Wish it was a gas grill for the convenience but we were just glad to have a grill. AC/ Heat worked well, Internet worked fine- no issues. Again, host was extremely responsive and quick to make sure everything was taken care of. If you go to Food City, (local grocery) be sure to get the extra care card- we saved $50+ and it was free and took 5 minutes to sign up. Visit the National Park- even the kids loved it and all the stops inside the park. Get the Dollywood fast pass -you won’t regret it.

Hospitality is top notch for this home. The house was clean and in good working order. Outside of a few needed cosmetic updates, this home was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is as described and shown in the photos. Kitchen is well equipped. I particularly appreciated availability of small shampoos in each bathroom. We stayed only for couple of days and I am glad I did not have to bring soap & shampoos. Each bedroom in the house is a master bedroom as all are big bedrooms with attached bathroom. Game room, hot tub and living room are all on the same level so it is nice to be together while doing different things. As a side note: the roads to the house are steep mountain roads, two way but only 1 1/2,car wide with few switchbacks . We drove up to the house in the dark, and the road looks a lot easier during day time.

We brought our kids up for a quick trip. They had never been to this area. The house was wonderful - the exact space we needed. We enjoyed the game room and the hot tub. Views were amazing! The drive up to the house is a little more than we were expecting but worth it once we got to the top. The house was very well appointed with all of the necessities. Enjoyed our stay

HOUSE WAS GREAT, NOT WELL KEPT NEEDS LOTS OF REPAIRS, NOT CLEAN WELL BUT VIEW IS FANTASTIC. KITCHEN IS SMALL ONLY TWEO PEOPLE CAN FIT IN THERE. BEDROOMS ARE GOOD, BATHS ARE GOOD AND BEAR WATCHING IN OCTOBER IS FANTASTIC.

Highly recommend staying at this house. It was perfect and very clean. It had great views, especially from the hot tub when the sun was setting. We also loved the game room! Beds were very comfortable as well. Michael the host was easy to talk with as well. The drive up was a bit of a challenge at night, because of the roads, but that is not the hosts fault at all. Again, highly recommend booking!

The location is high on the mountain with a nice view. When it’s clear you can see for miles. It’s perfect for a stay with friends. We had a night just staying because there were games and the hot tub is perfect for cold nights. Michael, the host, was very friendly. Quick to respond and offered suggestions on places to eat, etc. This is on my list of places to stay next time we come back.

We loved our stay. It was a beautiful, well stocked house. We loved the daily visits by black bears but please remember to roll up your car windows. We had a bear climb into our Jeep thru the driver side window and leave a couple nail holes in the door. We learned our lesson. Lol.

Nice cabin for a family. Well stocked and great host! Communication was great and location provides a awesome view from the hot tub. We will rent again in the future!

Enjoyed very much a little more mountianous road to get to than was expected. but loved our stay. Twelve year out granddaughter love see the four black bear we spotted during our visit.

Between the game room, TVs in every room, and the hot tub, I heard zero people say they were bored! So many lifelong memories made. The owners were very easy to work.

Everything about the property was as described. Beds were so comfortable. Bear sightings daily! Game room nights made the vacation fun. We will come back again!

This chalet has a great layout for anyone with mobility issues. We had to navigate a few steps to enter the house, and steps lead to the lower level bedroom. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor. All 3 bedrooms have king beds and full bathrooms. It is perfect for 6 girlfriends. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, pots, pans, bowls, glasses and mugs. We didn’t spend any time in the game room, but it does contain a 1/2 bath. We spent a lot of time drinking wine and playing games at the table on the back patio overlooking the mountains. It is quite an adventure to drive up the mountain to the property, but we had no problems. Parking is available in front of the chalet. Also, be prepared to see bears in the mornings and at dusk! (BE SURE TO LOCK YOUR CARS, AND DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD IN THEM!) I gave the overall rating a 4 only because the chalet could really use updating. The interior is pretty “tired.” Fresh coats of paint and new great room furniture would really help. The beds were very comfortable, though. Michael was a great host and a joy to work with.

Wonderful views of the mountains. Loved the layout of the home- game room had everything and more. Three king suites with personal baths. We met the local bear families, Wild Turkeys and other furry friends. Not far to downtown or Pigeon Forge. This place does not disappoint. Thank you for being such an awesome host.

This is a beautiful chalet. Very cozy and beautiful. We enjoyed it immensely. Loved the location and view. Owner was very friendly and easy to talk to. We had no problems at all. Very good vacation.

We visit Gatlinburg almost every year. We typically stay in the Cobly Nob area. We had never stayed in this particular area. We have stayed in dozens of different Chalets over the years. This particular location ranks #2 on our list of favorite "Chalets". The #1 on our list is unfortunately no longer available for rent. We really liked the convience of getting down into Gatlinburg very quickly. This location has a very nice view - it is literally at the top of a mountain. The layout of this place is perfect for 2-3 couples. Each bedroom suite has an on-suite bathroom. The layout provides privacy for each bedroom. Speaking of the bedrooms - we only ised one bed, but it was EXTREMELY comfortable! The gamebroom is perfect, and has a nice bar area, along with a small restroom. It has darts, a nice pool table, and a mulicade arcade game. There is something for everyone in this room. The upstairs deck is very nice, with plenty of room, seating, and of course the wonderful hottub. We really liked the open layout of the kitchen and living room area. The sitting area is sunken - which is a cool feature. There is a large screen tv, plenty of seating (all of which are high quality furniture). This place was the best stocked rental we have ever encountered. There is every type of cookware, dishes, etc - all the way down to bottle openers, corkscrews, cups, mugs, shot glasses, bourbon glasses, etc. There was even a Kitchen Aid mixer! We will definitely be back!!!!!

Location and view were beautiful. Wouldn't change a thing. House had everything we needed for our stay. Saw several bears during our stay. Loved it!! Beds were comfortable and the pillows were high quality. Very quiet location on culdesac. Been awhile since I've driven in the mountains. Took a few trips to town to get used to it again.
