Everything went smooth. The detailed info the owner provided made everything seamless. Beautiful very well provided home! All the appliances, other kitchen equipment and throughout the house are of high end quality. A pleasure to spend time in the home.

Property was nice and we enjoyed the warm pool and 3 bedrooms. Had an issue when we got there with the internet and the owners were very very responsive. Great having the provided bikes and beach stuff including a large umbrella. Unfortunately the red tide dampened our stay but that had nothing to do with the property or the owners. Would definitely recommend staying at this home

We really enjoyed our time at this location the fairy pass was wonderful and the beach was probably one of the nicest beaches we’ve ever been to and we travel everywhere. The pool is just perfect for our small family and it was very clean! Thank you so much!

We stayed at Nectar Villa for 11 nights, and that wasn’t enough. The house is wonderfully equipped with everything you’d ever need. The rooms are very spacious, layout and decor of the home is very welcoming and modern. We loved everything about it. The beaches were near by but we choose to drive up to Siesta Key beach (just our preference). Our kids were in the pool from the minute they woke up, so it was definitely a hit. Location is very laid back, shopping is nearby. Walmart is 5 mins away, nearest Publix is about 10-15 mins from the Villa. Owners were great at communicating, and we were given a contact person here locally if we needed anything. We made great memories we will cherish forever. If you’re looking for a relaxing, low key, family vacation look no further. We are sure you’re going to enjoy Nectar Villa as much as we did!!

Nice house, with everything you need for a great stay.

Good location, we enjoyed the private beach and the ferry. Felt like we had stepped back in time, very relaxing. The house was well equipped with bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas. The owners had thought of everything.. We enjoyed the pool everyday and really liked that it was heated and salt water. If in the area we would stay again.

The house was perfect for our family - clean, well laid-out, and stocked with everything we could want for our 10-day stay. It was wonderful to have a huge MBR suite with gigantic bathroom, and for the kids to have their own very nicely furnished rooms on the other side of the house. We all loved playing in the pool, grilling and eating out, taking the short ferry to the stunning beach, and riding the great beach bikes. Highly recommend!

House was great, especially the pool. Location provided easy access to local attractions—very close to new Braves spring training facility. Reservation and communication with owners was quick and efficient. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation at Villa Nectar! The communication from owners was excellent and friendly. Everything you could have needed was available. Kitchen was organized and decor was lovely! Great neighborhood and awesome beach using the included ferry pass. We used the provided bikes and they also had lots of beach gear. You can't go wrong with this property!

The property was lovely and we enjoyed the pool and bicycles. Due to the pandemic, we did not explore much. Luckily the house was comfortable and we enjoyed it. The house is decorated beautifully.

It is a wonderful house that is very comfortable. Great to swim in the pool every morning and then head to the private beach in the afternoon to find sharks teeth or just swim in the ocean. My boys really like the South Venice Ferry that takes you to the private beach. There were many days where we were one of only a few people on the beach. We also liked the updated house and plenty of room for two teenage boys to stretch out in their own space. Would highly recommend this VRBO!

It’s close to shopping, close to the beach, and there are many great restaurants nearby. What an ideal location! Also loved the pool & lanai area! Enjoyed most of our meals eating outside! We had an incredible time! The weather was fabulous! We were also pleasantly surprised at the beauty of the private beach & fun ride on the ferry boat. Collected lots of shells & shark teeth... What a nice bonus while renting this villa!

Wir hatten knappe 3 Wochen in der Villa Nectar und es war eins der schönsten Häuser, die wir bislang gebucht hatten. Schöne Aussenanlage mit Aussenküche und Duschmöglichkeit. Küche perfekt ausgestattet, sauber, bequeme Betten - mehr braucht man nicht. Was auch toll war- die fahrräder und die kostenlose South Ferry zum Privatstrand. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Wir, eine Familie mit zwei Kindern, durften für 18 Tage in der traumhaften Villa Nectar unseren Urlaub verbringen. Als wir nach einer anstrengenden Anreise die Tür zu der großzügigen Villa öffneten wurden wir für alle Strapazen entschädigt. Eine sehr helle, freundliche, neue, saubere und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Villa zeigte sich uns. Man hatte sofort das Gefühl zu Hause anzukommen!

Beautiful modern furniture, fully equipped kitchen, the master bed was very comfortable . The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The garage had bikes, and everything you needed to use at the beach . We would definitely stay here again

Property was beautifully maintained. Clean and roomy. Near everything. Only drawback was having to pay in Euros rather than US dollars. Euro is 20 t0 23% higher than $. Suggest future renters convert before booking. Also, the credit card companies charge about 3% to convert $ to Euros.

The house was very immaculate. The picture captues the house and pool very accurate. We were very pleased with house. It was a delight to work with Mr Schmid. His desire was to have everything perfect. The house was stocked beyond our expectation. We had a fantastic stay and the neighbors made us feel at home. Thank you.
