We enjoyed our stay at Don's place. The check in process was very smooth. The hot tub was goant, and the highlight of the property. The rental has the essentials for kitchen and bathroom supplies, but not everything. The propery needs some TLC but overall was a nice place to stay.

Really nice place, got to see a herd of elk passing thru as well. Close to the downtown area and hiking trails.

This place was perfect for the entire family. There was plenty of space for everyone, wildlife out the back door and amazing views. Conveniently close to plenty of things to do.

The views of the property was amazing. It is a ranch style with four bedrooms. The kitchen and deck were my favorite part of the house. The kitchen is very well stocked. I would love to visit in the summer as the deck is amazing. Used the hot tub in the evenings. Had a full moon one night! Being an ke to park our truck in the garage at night was wonderful Over all I think this is a really nice VRBO.

This home was perfect for our family of 7. The location was close to everything in estes park. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with items to use. The deck is spacious and great view of Longs peak! The hot tub was perfect! We saw plenty of wildlife in the yard to satisfy the hunters in my family. I highly recommend this property! We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back.

The house is spacious and beautiful. Best is waking up to wildlife, incredible. Conveniently located. All the amenities you need are there. Great updated kitchen. Owner replied quickly each time I had a question.

We've been visiting Estes each year for the past 10 years. The property is as advertised. The process went very smoothly. We had plenty of space for our family, and everything we needed. We saw a lot of elk and deer on our trip feeding in the yard. Estes is a wonderful place to visit and this home was a great place to stay.

Our stay was great! It had almost everything we needed - some things we had to go get was dryer sheets and dishwasher detergent. The place was so close to town but yet was out in the country with privacy. Most beautiful view from the enormous deck and hot tub! Bugling elks right off deck one morning! We used the grill multiple times but did have to burn off and clean from past renters. The biggest downfall was the communication. I was told the front door code (easy, worked great), Wi-Fi password, & that instructions would be on the counter in the kitchen. The Wi-Fi code did not work and there was no instructions. I reached out to Don and the property manager for assistance and heard back from Don 4 days later and never anything from the manager. I understand that people aren’t available all the time but then there should be an alternative contact (thank goodness it was only a wifi problem!!!) We ended up finding the instructions buried in a drawer in an unmarked folder. Overall we had a great time and the place was exactly what we wanted/needed!

It was a nice place with lots of room, but beware, it is an older home. One of the bathrooms was remodeled and looked amazing, the other 2 were serviceable, but nothing fancy. We learned quickly to stagger the showers due to limited hot water. The kitchen was amazing with a new refrigerator and everything you could want and actually more that you need. We ended up moving some of the items to an extra bedroom so we had more counter and pantry space. Hot tub fit 6 of us easily & all the jets worked! I had issues with the volume on the den TV and figured the "younger set" could probably figure it out. We were so busy after they arrived, we never turned it on again. There were light switches that turned on lamps. I would have loved to have them identified, instead of trial and error. The house does not have central A/C, but it has a great unit in the dining room area. We had a few hot days and were gone during the day. With the box fans we were able to move the cool air to the rest of the house. The property manager is also listed as the owner. He had a medical issue and was unable to get back with us. We are fairly resourceful and managed without him. Please note - the wi-fi password did not work and there were no instructions in the kitchen as stated. It was an easy fix - the password on the back of the router worked great. All in all, I would stay here again. We had "visitors" everyday in the form of elk, deer and babies.

Great view, location, and they had AC in dining area. Pulled tons of hair out of shower drains, lots of mold, broken shower door, house run down in some parts, terrible mattresses, especially in one of the bedrooms, junky under deck, hot tub was with to hot or to cold, noxious weeds everywhere so you can walk on the yard, out dated fire extinguisher and doesn’t work, yellow gross pillows on some of the beds and super old and flat, it just didn’t meet our expectations for the high price. The owner is very poor at communicating. We have been renting in Estes for 60 years and just not a nice house bc it nerds some TLC, I would like a $700 refund bc over prices for the condition it is in.

The property was easy to find. Entry into the house was easy. We were pleasantly surprised by all of the amenities provided in the kitchen. We cooked several meals & appreciated the tools, spices & cookware provided. We enjoyed sitting & eating on the deck & watching deer & elk from a safe place. Cons - it was really hot in the master bedroom. No AC & no ceiling fan just a box fan. Other three bedrooms were hot as well & used box fans in these room. There is a mini split unit in the dining area that kept the kitchen & family room cool. House needs a deep cleaning. Very dusty and stuff under the beds other renters left. Overall not a bad place to stay it served our purpose. Just needs some TLC!

This property is very close to Estes Park. It's in a quiet neighborhood (even over the Fourth of July) with wildlife nearby. The deck is fantastic with an amazing view. The layout of the bedrooms was perfect for grandparents at one end and parents/children at the other end. Two of the bathrooms need updating, though, and the sliding glass door was off its track when we arrived. One of our party was able to fix it. The bear-proof garbage can was a problem but we did manage to get it open. All the cupboards were full so finding space for our groceries was challenging. Communication with the owner needs to be by phone, not email. Overall, a good vacation spot.

The views were amazing! The hot tub was wonderful, we enjoyed the deck and cooked out on the grill nightly. The bedrooms got a little warm at night but other then that it was amazing. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute home. The home was the perfect size for our family. The location to downtown Estes Park, stores and more was amazing. We got to see elk and mule deer in the back yard several times. It was pretty cool!

The property fully met our needs and expectations. We loved the location and wildlife.

It exceeded expectations. Close to RMNP and walking distance to town with shops and restaurants.

Bedroom near hot tub side had broken bed and had stains on comforter, no propane for grill, trash cans were already full so there was no where to put trash and there were beer cans in the yard and under the deck.

Beautiful property that served our family well for a relaxing spring break!! Master bedroom is wonderful ❤️

Our family absolutely adored this cabin! Everything about it was perfect and exceeded our expectations! The view is stunning and the hot tub was the perfect ending to our cold, snowy days. The location is so close to everything yet feels very secluded and private. We cannot wait to stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The only bad thing was the below freezing weather that didn’t allow us to enjoy the hot tub outside. Other than that we had a great time. It’s a beautiful home.

Very comfortable. Loved the hot tub with the views. Might upgrade linens. And maybe bathroom fixtures a bit. Kitchen was beautifully equipped. Cooked thanksgiving dinner with many cooks. Left supply of storage bags we used fir leftovers. Thank you. Had a wonderful time.

This home was great for our family of 5 adults!! Close to town, but up & away for a quiet experience. We could see a nice view of the Rockies. Had a few visitors while there-a male elk, a bear, & 12 turkeys! There was everything equipped for us, aside from our own groceries! Definitely recommend!!

Lab confirmed black mold. Story is too long to tell but this guy will say anything and even tried to black mail us. He put the health of our whole family at risk- especially our 4 year old son, who he knew had a mold allergy. Been a month fight to get some of our money back and stayed less then 24 hours and had been promised a full refund. Really sad he has let such an amazing home be infested with MOLD. Cancel your reservation NOW!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this cabin! Everything was great: the pantry was stocked with all the basic necessities (even things like aluminum foil and sandwich bags), basically every herb & spice and kitchen utensil you might need, and plenty of towels/fresh linens. The host goes out of his way to make his guests feel at home! The views from the back deck were breathtaking, and the wildlife experience was amazing - herds of elk showed up every day and night to graze in the back yard. It was quite spectacular! The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating is because some of the things listed as amenities were not in proper working order, like the hot tub and the grill. We also were never able to get the satellite TV/internet to work - this may have been due to the weather as it was cloudy and rainy when we tried it. I would definitely stay here again, in a heartbeat. Overall, it was such a pleasant stay! One more attestation to the kindness of the host: I accidentally left my necklace behind as we were checking out. Upon realization, I contacted the host and asked if he could check with the cleaning crew to see if they found it. He said he would, asked for my address, and it was returned to me already! Such a great experience! Thank you.

The location was great. Close enough to town, market and the Stanley Hotel. The large deck out back had fabulous mountain views. We did see deer and elk in the backyard. My grandchildren as well as their parents enjoyed the jacuzzi. We would stay there again.

Wow!!! The first we awoke to a herd of elk passing through the back yard. Pretty sure they would have come back more days but the temps were higher than normal. The views just wow!!! Location couldn’t have been better, centrally located for sure. The host was awesome, quick to answer any questions. Fully stocked!! I read reviews and don’t let the outdated bathroom scare you away. Everything was so clean. The hot tub was nice every night. Much needed relaxation . The entertainment space was great.....perfect for spending time with friends and family celebrating my sons wedding.

So simple for check in and out. Amazing views and wildlife. Bear, deer, and elk all seen on the property. 10/10 recommend!!!

Location was perfect for us, views of the mountains were awesome, and deer wandering through the property most mornings was wonderful. 4 bedrooms gave us plenty of space.

The house could not have been better. The location, the amenities, plenty of room to stretch out, well stocked kitchen and more than enough towels. Other houses I’ve stayed at had cheap kitchen utensils, pans, and not enough towels. Not this place, it had everything we needed and only had to get a couple of spices and napkins. I was very impressed. We saw lots of elk and mule deer on the property too, which made the granddaughters happy. The view from the deck and hot tub was our favorite part. If people knew about the views this house would be booked months if not years in advance!! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home, we will most certainly be back♥️
