The rental was absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect. We usually go as a big family and this was the first year that we went on our own. As frustrating as finding the perfect place can be once I found it, it was a very simple and easy process. Everything was done through email and txt and very easy. The only complaint I have is that we had no internet the entire time and it was suppose to be provided to us. I followed all of the steps/reboot process that were given and had to called the rental property. First they gave me the number for Spectrum, I called to see if they could walk me through getting it fixed...they could not. The owners were using an apple modem and they were not trained for any apple products. When I called the rental property back I was told again to unplug, reboot, etc. that was suggested again. Nothing worked. The wireless network (SSID) was simply not there to log into. After talking to the rental properyfor the 3rd time I was told they would put in a service call and they would call me back with a time for the arrival of the service call (this was all on Monday) and I never heard anything else. While it was frustrating, especially with children, it didn't ruin the trip and it definitely would NOT keep me from using the rental property again.

There is one minor issue and a cleaning issue that really needs to be addressed. Our key and most others were having the same issue would not work on getting into the door connected to the garage. Also the door on the street side was difficult to get into. On the unit. The regular door lock will not lock. To lock the door you always have to use the dead bolt. Also the ice and water dispenser on the refridgerator need a massive cleaning. There is "mold" growing were the ice and water comes out on the outside door. Other than that we had a great time.

We had a difficult time getting the door to the unit opened, called the property mgr. Property mgr was very polite and helpful but they sent someone out 1 day later than planned. We still had trouble with the lock. That is our only negative comment on the condo. The kitchen was fabulous and was stocked with everything we needed. We all took turns using the master bathroom shower - it is beautiful. We saw dolphins multiple times a day. The water, beach, weather, and seafood were fabulous. I have stayed at multiple condos in Madeira Beach, and this is by far the nicest!

Condo was exceptionally clean, quality utensils and appliances. Everything you need and extras for the beach for guest use. Very happy and we have been traveling to Madeira Beach for 20 plus years. Only concern was age of building which left some mustiness and affected allergies. Other inconvenience was inflexibility with length of stay. Rigid about Sat. to Sat. which is frustrating when we travel so far and need to leave on a Friday.

This is centrally located for all your shopping and entertainment needs, or just the perfect place to go and relax. My only regret is that the resort rentals does not put more pressure on the people that maintain the beach at Madiera, as we were informed by one of the employees driving the rake vehicle is that their priority is to maintain the public sectors of the beach. The two weeks we were there the sand was not raked once.

WeI really enjoyed staying at the Trillium for the first time! Great spacious condo with a great view steps from the beach. New remodeling was a nice touch. The kids liked that it was just a short walk to the Candy Kitchen! We adults liked that it was a very quiet beach. We only had 2 small complaints. First, guests are expected to bring their own beach towels. This is something that I feel should be provided by the owner since you are on the beach. The second is increase your Wifi speed. It’s not so Important to us adults but the kids thought it was a little slow. Other than that, we had a blast and would stay here again!

The home is very nice although the master bath shower wasn't draining and maintenance came and put drain cleaner in it but it still wasn't draining all the way. Could have used more kitchen towels and some of the following items would have been nice if supplied kitchen trash bags, salt and pepper. Over all it was a nice place and we were able to stay extra days which was great that way we didn't have to stay in a hotel.

It was very clean and spacious. And the location is great. However, I guess due to COVID, there was absolutely nothing in the way of staples in the kitchen-just a salt and pepper shaker. I am used to having at least coffee and sugar and some other things. We had to buy a lot. Plus the shower door in the MBR must have broken recently as there was a shower curtain up. There was broken glass in the shower I had to pick up after stepping on some of it. And there were no beach towels. Maybe this is a COVID thing too, but I am used to having everything I might need.

Giving the current situation with Covid we were expecting it to be very clean. Upon arrival we had noticed sticky stuff on the bar and counter top. There was like a residue on the refrigerator door handle. The shower head was broken in the smaller of the two bathrooms. We did not feel very comfortable with the cleanliness of it so for the first couple hours we spent cleaning and vacuuming. I was rather disappointed that we had to but my wife didn’t want to call the resort line because if the cleaning company were to come in she was concerned about getting attitude from them and didn’t want any drama for our vacation
