My friends and I had an amazing stay at this property for my bachelorette party. Natasha is a great and attentive host. The house is perfect for large groups and the outdoor areas of the property were stunning. Cannot recommend this home enough!

Most of my children, grandchildren and their spouses joined me for a fabulous week to celebrate my 90th birthday. The house is beautiful and was absolutely perfect to accomodate all 14 adults. The location is also wonderful as it is within walking distance of the Cisco Brewery which was frequented more than once. We loved the pool, hot tub and being "isolated" from the crowds. The location also gives easy driving access to all points on the island. We had beautiful weather which also added to make this a truly memorable week. Everyone would love to return someday to Nantucket AND this same house. We all thank you!

We had 10 adults and 3 kids. The house had everything you need and was very well kept. Great location too! Can’t wait to come back.

This house was wonderful for our group of 14 adults and 2 children. It was warm and welcoming and had everything we needed to make our week stay terrific. The pool was great and the location to Cisco beach, Bartlett's Farm and the town of Nantucket was perfect. Natasha was a wonderful host from start to finish. She answered any questions we had immediately. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants a relaxing time in Nantucket!!

Our visit to Nantucket exceeded all of our expectations. We are so grateful to have found this beautiful and accommodating property. It was absolutely a perfect setup for our group of 15. We thoroughly enjoyed (to name a few) Cisco Brewery, Cisco Beach, easy access to walking/biking path & Wave bus, RAW fish and meat market & lunch in their garden, downtown shopping… Also, a special shout out to Stacy Little- a magnificent chef!! Such easy communications regarding meal planning, dietary needs, etc. Stacy is a lovely individual, so easy to talk with and have at the house. Many thank yous for the wonderful memories!

Such a nice summer getaway.... The property managers could not have been more helpful. Lots or room for all ages, spacious and inviting. The property is lovely and well maintained.

The house is absolutely stunning and Natasha was so helpful as I planned out the weekend. We stayed for my sisters bachelorette and it could not have been a better setup/location. I would recommend this house to anyone planning a getaway for a large group.

We stayed here for a Bachelorette party and the house couldn't have been more perfect. Lots of space, plenty of beds, beautiful pool & walking distance from Cisco. Would love to rent here again! Natasha is also super helpful and quick to answer any questions.

This property and owner were fantastic. We were secluded enough to relax yet close enough to get groceries and souvenirs.

Annual family get away week ..canceled last year ..this place was just what we all needed..spotless clean, well equipped..excellent sleeping accommodations.. pool was grandkids favorite , hot tub, fire pit …peacefully away from town but not too far …biking to beach ..Bartlett’s , Cisco Brewerey ..when your 5 year old grandson cries that he didn’t want to leave and your 16 year old grandson and friend agreed (without the crying)…says it all ..best vacation home we have ever stayed at.

I’ve come to nantucket many many times, and this was by FAR the best house we’ve ever stayed in. The house was clean, well designed, and even better than the pictures! The pool is incredible and it’s the ultimate house for a group of friends. Natasha was SO responsive and helpful with absolutely everything! The location is a short walk to Cisco and Bartlett farms and not far at all from town (about 2 miles). This has officially become out new go-to nantucket house! Made my vacation with friends 10000x better! Thank you Natasha!!!!

natasha is an amazing host. she was flexible on check-in/out, extremely responsive, and and really made an effort to ensure our stay was as good as possible. the house beautiful, spacious, and clean, and it sleeps a lot of people. location: 5min walk to brewery, <5 min drive to beach, 10min drive to town

We are still raving about the amazing time we had on ACK. I cannot say enough great things about Natasha's home! The décor is beautiful, the appliances are in abundance (we really enjoyed the ice machine) and top of the line, and plenty of space for everyone! The location is a perfect, very private and secluded but so close to Cisco and downtown. The outdoor space is gorgeous, the pool is a dream, the covered porch is the cutest and the top floor deck is perfect for socializing. No detail was overlooked, I highly recommend and will be back! :)

There were 7 of us in for a golf trip and the house and setup could not have been more perfect. Natasha was excellent at communication, the house was spotless and had everything you could possibly think of. The pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day on the course. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Very pleased with the entire rental and process.

We absolutely loved our stay. It was the most well stocked house we have ever rented. The selection of plates, cookware, towels, etc. were great. Usually rentals are striped clean of paper products, condiments and spices., but this house was quite the opposite. The owner even left behind a great assortment of Cisco Brewery beers and delicious flavored vodka. This house was in a great location. Close to the brewery, which is a must visit and Cisco beach. The upper deck is a fantastic place to enjoy the views and relax.

We had a big group and the house was great. Great location near the brewery and Cisco beach, and there was plenty of space in the house for everyone. Natasha was very nice and always willing to help if we needed anything.

This property is beautiful and immaculate. All of the rooms were beautiful and the Beds were so clean and comfortable. The house was equipped with everything we needed. A perfect place to spend time with family. Plenty of room and privacy but also tons of room to gatherwith family. A quick walk to Cisco brewery was a bonus and dealing with the owners was a pleasure! Highly recommend this house. There is nothing negative I could say about this house. Everyone loved it and we were so happy to spend time there

I organized a small reunion of friends from growing up on Nantucket in October and this house was perfect. Everything is incredibly nicely done but at the same time welcoming and comfortable and the sleeping arrangements for a group trip are excellent. Natasha was great to work with and made everything about the stay easy. I would definitely rent again!

This house is incredible! Better than the pictures and the location is central to everything (and a 7 minutes walk to Cisco!). Natasha is so responsive and helpful if needed. Our family absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back soon.

This home is beyond (high) expectations great! Our family had a long weekend at the property and the location, condition of the home, layout could not have been any better. Walking distance to Cisco brewers, 5 minute cab ride to Miacomet, and a 10 minute cab ride to downtown....location location location. The house is immaculate with excellent attention to detail and and amazing layout makes it easy for a big family like ours to spend time together comfortably. Last and certainly not least is the 5 star service Natasha provides; incredibly attentive, responsive, and thoughtful. We will absolutely be back! Thank you Natasha!!

The AC worked beautifully ( and was needed as it was hot and humid during our stay). The house was immaculate. The owners were thoughtful and immediately responsive when we had a question or request. We had the chance to tour and hang out at nearby Cisco Brewery, and we loved it! We were close enough to walk there. We hiked easily to Cisco and Ladies’ Beaches, to the Downy Flake for breakfast and to town. We also biked ( with kids) to Madaket one day and had lunch at Millie’s. I would rent the house again in a heartbeat!

The house was prefect for my group. Right near the brewery, easy to get to from town. I would highly recommend staying here!

This is one of the most beautiful homes I have had the pleasure of visiting. Beautifully decorated with a combination of traditional and contemporary features with no amenity overlooked. The living area on the second level was my favorite place to spend time lounging on the comfortable L shaped couch, hanging out at the bar in the kitchen and eating big family dinners at the big farmers table with all the doors open to the deck. Drinks on the deck overlooking the horses next door and the sunset was amazing. I was just as happy hanging out in this comfortable home as I was to be so close to Cisco beach, Bartlett Farm, 167 Seafood and of course the Cisco brewery. The house was immaculate when we arrived; Natasha was very easy to reach and was so helpful. She even had some great suggestions for dinners in town and activities for our elementary school aged kids. We can't wait to go back next year for another fun filled family and friends get away.
