Tout est haut de gamme dans cet appartement en passant par l’ameublement, l’équipement, les ustensiles cuisines où rien ne manque. On se sent vraiment comme à la maison et pas dans ces appartements où tout est fait de bric et de broc uniquement destiné à la location. Il y avais même le bois pour le cheminée ( mais pas utilisée ) . Malgré les quatre chambres, idéal pour couples avec enfants, mais limite pour 8 adultes manque de rangement dans une chambre avec un tout petit placard.nous étions six adultes et pour nous ça a été parfait. La situation est exceptionnelle comme la vue du haut de la falaise. Départ et arrivée ski aux pieds. Tous les magasins ( sport, boulangerie et supermarché) à moins d’une minute de marche. Bref un super séjour et je recommande vraiment cet appartement

Très bel appartement, correspondant bien à la description, bien équipé et parfaitement préparé pour notre arrivée. Procédure de prise des clés facile et relativement rapide. Par contre, fiabilité administrative douteuse. A la remise des cles lors du depart, le document de prise de clés était perdu et aucun accusé de reception des clés n'a été remis par l'agence

Warm en knus appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Je voelt je er direct thuis. Het complex ligt in het rustige gedeelte boven het centrum. Wat ook heel fijn is is dat je vanuit het huis zo de piste op kan skiën. En de bakker en supermarkt zijn op korte loopafstand. In het huis zijn twee vleugels met twee slaapkamers en in het midden de woonkamer en grote keuken. Dit maakt het huis zeer geschikt voor twee families. De open haard in de woonkamer maakt het helemaal af.

Appartement de belle taille bien distribué et bien localisé. Belle vue mais pas de large baie vitré donc, sauf à rester debout sur le balcon, pas vraiment possible d’en profiter donc à ne pas considérer lors de la location Appartement qui de doute évidence a coûté une petite fortune à ses propriétaires pourtant, pas de rallonge, de machine à café pour faire un cafe filtre, d’appareil à fondue. Appartement TrRES sale. Passer 3 heures à nettoyer l’appartement en arrivant n’était pas prévu. Cheminée en état de fonctionnement mais en fait ne fonctionne pas. Je loue des biens avec cheminée tous les ans et c’est la première fois que je passe mon temps à gaver la cheminée d’allume-feu pour maintenir le feu. A ne pas considérer lors de la location.

Located near to the slopes with door to door skiing followed by swimming and jacuzzi - what more?

Our family and friends enjoyed staying at this fantastic apartment. 4 adults and 4 children. The Kouria had a lovely pool & jacuzzi which we used pretty much every day after skiing. Supermarket was across from us and spent most evenings cooking for ourselves which was lovely sitting around the large family table. The electric did go 3 times, but we managed to get it back on in no time. Be careful not to have too many appliances on whilst you are cooking. We used ESF for our children and was a 10 minute walk to the meeting point which wasn't too bad. Ski hire is available next to the apartment if you need it. You can definitely ski out of the hotel, but you will find the lift or slopes back to the hotel a short distance away. Overall a great village, fantastic apartment with gorgeous views with the added bonus of it's own pool in the complex. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a great week away.

Die außergewönhlich geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung liegt am Rande des Ortes mit umwerfenden Blick ins Tal über die Berge. Wir haben hier eine wunderbare Woche mit zwei Familien verbracht, bei schlechtem Wetter haben wir einfach das Schwimmbad im Erdgeschoss genutzt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Tipp: wer mehr als 1 Handtuch p.P. benötigt kann etweder welche mitbringen, welche für 7 € pro Woche mieten oder welche für 5,90 € im Supermarkt kaufen und in der Wohnung waschen.

It is the second time we've stayed at Kouria 21 and we just love it. It has a beautiful view, are close to the slopes and have plenty of space + great swimmingpool on first floor.

La estancia fue excelente. Y el apartamento una maravilla muy cómodo y confortable. Estábamos acostumbrados a hospedarnos en el A’mara y este le supera con creces. Una maravilla y solo se puede decir que es de lo mejor en AVORIAZ. Y llevamos yendo ya 10 años a esta estación y hemos estado en otros apartamentos.Excelente y espectacular

The apartment is spectacular and believe it or not, the pictures do not do the views justice. The layout is perfect with top notch fixtures, all the conveniences you would need, and a supermarket - in case you happen to be missing anything - 2 minutes from the front of the building. We used the pool and steam room on several occasions, which was wonderful. Not to mention, with a little bit of speed and knowledge of the village / lifts we turned the apartment into a true ski in / ski out destination, wearing our skis to and from the front door of the ski locker area. We are already talking about our next trip to Avoriaz and hope that this unit is available if we return. 5 Stars all the way, with a fantastic and responsive owner! If the apartment is in your budget, don't think twice ... it's a must stay! Happy skiing!

Six of us had the most fabulous stay in this gorgeous place. It is beautifully fitted out for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is so spacious and luxurious with its four bedroom suites and vast living area. We had a chef visit us every day and he created wonderful food in the fully equipped kitchen while we lazed around by the log fire watching the big tv. The position in Avoriaz is perfect and the views stunning. What a bonus to have a lovely pool and hot tub as well! This place is head and shoulders above any other rental accommodation I have come across in the French Alps. Book it and enjoy!

We were a family of six adults and two children, and we loved the astonishing view over the mountains and the slopes. There is plenty of room and the interior design is actually very Scandinavian. There is everything you need: four bedrooms, four private baths, cozy sitting area, nice kitchen, and the ground floor have a fantastic swimming pool and spa and a heated ski storage, so the boots are warm and dry for the next day's skiing on the slopes. We are seriously considering booking next year's ski same place already. The place gets our warmest recommendations.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement qui avait tous les atouts d'un chalet à la montagne sans les inconvénients ; situé au coeur de la station , à proximité de tous les commerces et restaurants et proche de toutes les remontées mécaniques, ce logement d'exception dispose de 4 suites indépendantes et d'une vaste pièce à vivre chaleureuse avec une vue panoramique sur les sommets d'Avoriaz. A conseiller pour des vacances réussies en famille ou entre amis!!!!

The apartment is brand new and both beautifully decorated and well equipped. Location is superb, views are amazing. I have no hesitiation in recommending this property to anyone and everyone. In addition the owners were a pleasure to deal with.

Appartement tout neuf, conforme en tout point avec les photos et la description. Très bien situé. Local à skis privé très pratique. Appartement ainsi que toutes les zones communes (piscine, hamam, hall d'entrée,...) très bien entretenus. Propriétaire très disponible (par mail), nous a donné de très bons conseils pour notre première visite à Avoriaz: reste, parking, forfaits ski,... Superbes vacances entre neige et soleil!

Impossible d'oublier un tel séjour ( !!! ) tant les superlatifs sont nombreux. Super Accueil ! Super Appartement ! Super Confort ! Super Déco ! Super Vue ! Super Equipement ( piscine, jacuzzi, sauna, wifi ...........) ! Super Station ! Super domaine skiable ! What else ? ;-)

L'appartement est superbe et très bien équipé. Il est bien situé dans la station, près des parking et la vue est magnifique. La Piscine, le Jacuzzi et le Hammam sont un vrai plus. Je vous recommande vivement ce logement d'exception.
