Perfect for sharing a week away with friends (4 adults and 3 kids). Brilliant location being a short walk to Friday Flats and the Village with easy car access and parking. Really well equipped home for chilling out and self catering. Loved being next to some open space which was perfect for spotting the friendly deer, wombats and birds (especially Wayne). Would definitely recommend.

Property was well located in a easy and central area of Thredbo village. Perfect for our family get away and heaps of space for us. Colleen was extremely helpful and a great host.

We loved our week at Three bears. The home each gave us our individual space when we needed it, yet was homely and cozy. The home has all the comforts needed for a stay away from home. Colleen was contactable and helped us with any queries which was great.
The house is near all amenities and we enjoyed the ease of access to the slopes.
We will definitely be back and so enjoyed Three Bears! Thank you for a wonderful week.

Absolutely amazing property. The owners were fantastic advising things needed with immediate responses. We loved every minute of it. Close to everything, across the road was swimming and squash, loads of walking trails etc wish we stayed longer. Kitchen had coffee pods and everything you need. Modern, cozy, comfortable, electric blankets...just amazing and so glad I found this place.
