Das Haus ist perfekt! Die 4 sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmer bieten viel Raum für Privatsphäre. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Blick über die Bucht von Saint-Tropez aus Küche und Wohnzimmer fantastisch. Das ganze Haus, inklusive Pool und Garten, sind sehr gepflegt. Das Zentrum von Sainte-Maxime erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Ein Dank auch an Sylvie für den freundlichen Empfang. Karen

Von Anfang an eine perfekte Betreuung, sehr netter Empfang mit allem was dazugehört, so das der Urlaub schon sehr gut gestartet ist. Das Haus war sehr sauber, hat eine tolle Ausstattung, so das man sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt hat. Dazu die Lage,der beheizbare Pool, die eigene Garage und die Terrasse hatte schon frühmorgens zum Sonnenaufgang den berühmten *WOW*-Effekt.Zum Bäcker (La Tarte de Tropezienne) waren es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß, sowie zum Hafen und in die Innenstadt.Vielen Dank nochmal an die Familie Laurent und wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen!Bis bald und eine schöne Zeit! :)

Il a été difficile de partir de cette villa qui est parfaitement disposé dans sainte maxime vu que beaucoup de choses peuvent être fait à pied. Elle est joliment décoré, bien agencé et très bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Très bon souvenir d'une partie de pétanque depuis le terrain dédié avec vu mer!

Huset var perfekt, service vid ankomst och utcheckning toppenbra. Finns inget man saknar i huset - allt finns och är tiptop. Vi återkommer gärna till detta hus

The combination of the location of this house and the house it self is a win for your vacation. You have it a couple of minutes by Walking to the city centre, shops, harbour from which you can take various trips by boats, buy fresh pastry and admire the life of Sainte-Maxime. The house itself is a fantastatic Place to stay for relaxing and entertaining vacation - rooms are so modern and perfectly Clean, you will never get tired of the view from the living room and terrace, the pool is surrounded by a magic garden and in case you want some family entertainmnet - you have your own Place to play petangue! The view from the kitchen will not make you regret to prepare your own food! :-) The owner and the person who welcomed us and showed the house were both very friendly, responsive and they made us home - thank you so much for the fantastic vacation stay and we will be back.

We were a group of 7 and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in this home. The view is magnificent, the home is well-equipped, and its close to the Mediterranean (across the street) and Sainte-Maxime village. The owners were very responsive to any needs we had. The pool is the perfect size and has a cover as protection for smaller infants and kids.

Our family had a fantastic time during our stay! The Villa was very neat, clean and modern and was very enjoyable for spending time at when we were not exploring the area. The location and the Villa was perfect for our family; it was an easy and short walk along the Mediterranean for our young family into town and the beach. We would definitely stay here again! Ein tolles Haus in perfekter Lage, fussläufig zum Zentrum (5 Minuten). Im Ort findet man zahlreiche schöne u gute Restauants ,Kneipen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,Markthalle etc. Die Aussicht auf Saint Tropez und die Bucht ist spektakulär. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Ausstattung :Pool,Garage für mehrere Autos,(mehrere TV Geräte), Badezimmer (Fön etc.) und die der Küche,ist sehr gut.Es fehlt an nichts. Der Empfang war herzlich u alles wurde gut erklärt. Wir haben eine tolle Woche mit Freunden u viel Zeit in dieser schönen Villa verbracht.TOP!

Sehr schönes modern ausgestattetes (nicht nur dekoriertes) Haus. Wir waren als Familie mit Großvater unterwegs und alle fühlten sich wohl. Sainte-Maxime ist um diese Zeit ein wenig verschlafen aber dafür um so französischer. Man hat Zeit, für Einkäufe in der nahen Altstadt oder auf dem sehr authentischen Markt. Sogar Baden war für die furchtlosen Kinder noch möglich, sowohl im Pool als auch im Meer, das uns mit hohen Wellen überraschte! Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Terrassen sind mit Bedacht angelegt und für alle Wetterlagen geeignet. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und ist bis in ein paar Jahren vermutlich ein Traum. Wir danken herzlich, diesen Urlaub in Ihrem schönen Haus verbringen zu dürfen.

Cette très belle villa contemporaine située en bord de mer avec une vue totalement dégagée est magnifique, spacieuse, lumineuse, parfaitement décorée et agencée. Tout y est très bien pensé: un salon "sur la mer "avec une baie à galandage donnant sur une terrasse offrant ainsi une vue panoramique sublime, un grand espace avec cuisine toute équipée + salle à manger avec vue mer également ! L'aménagement des 4 chambres, dotées chacune d'une salle de bain, offre un confort optimal. La climatisation est très agréable car dissimulée dans les faux-plafonds et surtout très silencieuse. A l'arrière de la villa, se trouve une 2eme terrasse et la piscine au coeur d'un jardin magnifiquement arboré dans l'esprit provençal et très bien entretenu. Sa localisation à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville, son très grand garage, son terrain de pétanque, la propreté irréprochable… sont de vrais plus très appréciables. N'hésitez pas à aller manger une glace à St Tropez (éviter la route et prendre le bateau au port situé à 5 min à pied) et visiter l'arrière pays (les gorges du Verdon sont fabuleuses). Partez vous balader l'esprit tranquille, l'endroit est sécurisé. Nous y avons passé un merveilleux séjour et y retournerons sans hésitation!

Des vacances au top ! Une villa et ses extérieurs au-delà de nos espérances ... Bien située, moderne , très propre, les qualificatifs me manquent ... C'est simple: regardez les photos et dites-vous qu'elles sont encore bien en-dessous de la réalité ! De plus, M. Neau nous a renseignés avec gentillesse et professionnalisme et Sylvie, qui nous a accueilis, a fait preuve d'une grande sympathie et d'une grande disponibilité... Nous avons adoré et espérons pouvoir y retourner bientôt !

It is spotless, beautiful, well laid out, spacious (there were seven adults and three babies in our family staying and it still felt spacious), and so very well equipped (Laurent has thought of everything and more including organising cots for the babies). As for the view from the terrace, it is something else. Simply wonderful. It is great to open the shutters in the morning to such a view and to sit and watch the sunset in the evening. The location is also superb - only 5 minutes walk to the town with a great selection of restaurants. There is a handy grocery shop and a wonderful boulangerie less than 5 minutes walk away. Croissants on the terrace became our relaxing morning routine. We didnt hire a car as there was no need - everything is on the doorstep.Sylvie, who met us at the villa on arrival, and Laurent, the owner, were so very helpful in our answering our questions before we arrived and were available on the phone during our stay if we had any questions. They could not be more helpful.My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa and could not recommend it highly enough. Our stay at Laurent’s villa was fabulous. The house is pristine and very comfortable ; it’s well equipped and decorated beautifully. The views are incredible, and the home is conveniently located close to town and restaurants and short drive from St. Maxime’s best beach. The pool was also enjoyed by all. Magnifique villa au coeur de Sainte Maxime, offrant un grand nombre de prestations. Dès l'arrivée, deux gros points forts, un très grand garage et un jardin soigné et magnifiquement arboré. La maison est spacieuse, claire, fonctionnelle et le tout, dans un décor contemporain très étudié. Sa terrasse avec vue sur la baie de Saint-Tropez offre un vrai écran sur l'activité de cette baie et fait se prolonger les repas familiaux ou amicaux. À l'arrière, une piscine de bonne taille où nous avons pied partout. Sur l'avant, en front de mer, un petit clin d'oeil bien français: un terrain de pétanque! Pour les rares moments où nous arrivons à nous extraire de cette villa, il est très appréciable de pouvoir se rendre en 5 minutes à pied à la plage, au port ou au centre ville avec tous ses

This was the perfect address and a lovely place to stay in Sainte Maxime! Three minutes walk and you are in the middle of the city center. It was for all of us staying in this spacious and modern villa an amazing experience. Located in the Golfe of St Tropez, the villa benefits of an amazing panoramic view on the sea. It is surrounded by two wonderful terraces. Laurent and his family are really friendly and nice hosts. We had an unforgettable stay at your place, merci ! Everything clean and comfortable. The sleeping rooms are very nice places to rest for the nights. Every bedroom has an on suite bathroom.. and air conditioning is available in every rooms. We were lucky for our stay in May : the sun the whole stay, swimming pool at 26 °.. and we were amazed by the views from the breakfast until the dinner time on the terraces. So relaxing to live in a contemplative mode! I have never taken as many pictures from the same location (a hundred!).. In front of you, the sea changes color, atmospheres evolve, yachts and boats offer you a permanent parade .. it's fabulous ! We used the car only once on our 6 days stay .. to go to Cannes. The rest of the time, we did everything by foot : the beach, the Casino, shopping, the old town of St Maxime, the attractions of the center, the port (for boat rentals), shuttle to Saint Tropez… The situation for a villa like that is amazing. Around, there are only apartments.. but they have no garden, patio or pool. Me and my friends had the best time. I can not imagine a better place to rest in Sainte-Maxime. And I keep wonderful memories of my time there.
