With the price you can assume that it’s not gonna be super luxury, but it’s pretty good for the price. The place was clean ish and the customer service wasn’t the best but it has nice anematies. Kind of just the basics but it’s nice ! I do suggest as long as you’re not super sensitive because there is no AC and the occasional cockaroach. But I think the showers, location close to the center/point and hammock make up for it 😆

It's a really cute cottage, but for that price we were expecting way more. The plates weren't clean, too few spoons, no cozy seating area on the terrace, small chairs at the bar, no lighter for the gas heater, the mosquito net was not everywhere closed, so we had on one day a huge amount of animals in the cottage. The area around a little messy and not welcoming. No basic stuff like salt, pepper and oil available (that should be a must have!). The poor dog of the owner was whimpering especially the last night really loud, so even with earplugs we couldn't sleep at all. If it would become a better standard of interior, it would be a cool place right in the center and the cost-benefit ratio would fit. :) I am a host of all kind of accommodation in Austria. Therefore I recommend to compare with other cottages to raise the standard, especially for Western guests. It's worth and the guests will love it ;)

The cabanas were nicely designed and very relaxing. It's in the heart of town where you are close to so many restaurants. I would stay here again for sure!

A cute rustic cabana in the heart if Placentia. Surrounded by restaurants, shopping stores and near the beach. No problem with hot water in shower ( some places lack) and very clean. Screened in deck great for enjoying early morning coffees or late night card games. Carol was lovely and Vacasa team were almost immediate to respond to concerns. Our toaster had stopped working and a few palm leaves were banging and scratching on the roof ( hard to sleep listening to nails on a chalkboard). We sent an email to Vacasa and within 1/2 hr landscaper was trimming back the palms and new toaster arrived. Amazing service and great value for the money. We would stay at Carol's again.
