Our family (4 adults and 1 child) spent a week at this home. The home was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you could want. Owner was easy to reach and responsive to any questions. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to enjoy Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven via car. Would highly recommend this property.

The Cramer house on MV is fabulous. Mike Cramer was the perfect host. Always available to answer any questions we had prior to our arrival as well as during our stay. It was the best stocked house that we have ever rented. Cooking supplies and paper supplies were in abundance. The house was perfect for our family of 10. It is roomy, with enough space to be by yourself for a quiet read or to gather together for a meal or family game night. The bedrooms are a nice size, and each comes with its own TV. The Wi-Fi is good if you must check emails or do some work. The backyard is spacious and well equipped with grills, lawn chairs and a table. The front porch complete with rocking chairs is great for morning coffee. Oak Bluffs is a 10-minute drive. Edgartown is a little longer depending on traffic. It’s an easy drive to State Beach or South Beach. The house comes with beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. The house and property were perfect for our family. But what was evident from the moment we stepped through the front door was the care and pride the Cramer's take in their home. It looks and feels like you are walking into your own home and that is part of what makes the Cramer house so special. If you rent it, you won't be sorry.

House was very clean. It was stocked with everything we needed. Many dishes, pots, flatware, etc. tv’s In every bedroom, lovely antiques,. Owners communicated well. Ferry tickets supplied. Would rent again.

Lots of room both indoors in outdoors. 3 yr & 6 yr old boys had real safe yard to play in.

Ideal home and location for staying on the Island. We have been coming to Martha's Vineyard since 1970.

We had a wonderful vacation on the Vineyard! The house fit our two families perfectly (4 adults, 4 kids under 10) - it was perfectly clean upon arrival, had two bedrooms (each with 2 twin beds) for the kids, and 2 bedrooms for the adults, all upstairs and all with AC's. The house was spacious and open, with multiple living spaces, so we never felt on top of each other. There were some epic ping pong battles (among the adults) in the basement, movie nights on the large flat-screen, a piano that none of us knew how to play, a large private yard where we grilled/relaxed, and the kids enjoyed daily scooter adventures on their own in the gated community with smoothly-paved streets and minimal traffic. Mike, the owner, was ULTRA responsive (we're talking minutes) to every question we had throughout the process + offered great insight on the area and suggestions on fun things to do. The two-car transpo/ferry tickets were a huge bonus, given how impossible it is to get those (for the needed days & times). Excellent stay; I highly recommend the house and the owners!

Rental great for large family. Kitchen well stocked with spices, dishes and utensils. Easy access to all the beaches and attractions.

Our stay in the Meadow View Farms house was peaceful and relaxing. The house location is close to Oak Bluffs and Major’s Cove. After visiting the island for 30 years, we have never made use of the Cove and it’s a hidden gem where you can find fresh oysters and clams! The house is well provisioned and has everything you would need. Michael was quick to reply to emails and phone calls and very accommodating. The outdoor amenities (grille, deck and seating) were a bit disappointing but otherwise you can’t go wrong staying here.

My family of 6 had a great stay. This property is perfect for families. Well appointed all around - kitchen, beds and baths. Great location as well. 5 minutes to OB, 10 to Vineyard Haven, 10-15 to Edgartown depending on traffic. Homeowner, Mike was very attentive, contacting us almost immediately upon arrival for any last minute info we needed. All around, I couldn’t ask for more. Thanks for the great stay!!

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. Michael called to check in twice before we arrived and answered all of our questions. The home is in a beautiful community and centrally located to Oak Bluffs and Edgartown. We can’t wait to book again for next year.

House was spacious, nice yard, nice neighborhood. Clean and comfortable rooms with plenty of ac when needed. Ping pong table was great for the teens as well as the cable and tv. Could not have asked for better place.

We stayed at Michael's house in Meadow View Farms in mid July 2019. The booking and pre-visit communication was quick and easy. The house itself is great and very comfortable for our party of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids all under 10). AC in every room upstairs and in the main room downstairs kept us cool during one of the hottest weeks of summer. The downstairs room configuration was great with open kitchen, comfortable family room, piano room and dining room. Property was clean and well-maintained. Lots of stuff in basement for the beach and play. Nice big back yard. Would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the house. It was roomy and very comfortable. Kitchen had all the amenities. A nice quiet neighborhood and not far from Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. We enjoyed playing on the private tennis court. Michael was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Overall this was a wonderful trip! The house is welcoming and open. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We enjoyed gathering around the fire for evening cocktails and the kids loved having their own space in the family room. The location was perfect for getting to town in Oak Bluffs and it was convienent to Edgartown as well. We can't wait to come back next summer!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable and spacious with a family room and a sitting room. Immaculately clean, great kitchen fully stocked with utensils, cups, pots and pan etc. The house is a little dated - so if you are focused on modern design - this is probably not what you are looking for. If you are looking for space, comfort and central location this is an ideal rental. The owner was accessible to answer any questions that arose. The house is very close to the Farm Neck golf course, so I was able to play 9-holes. Also, our family used the private tennis court just a short walk across the street from the house. We were also able to get around the island fairly easy given the central location of the house. We are already planning our return to MV and we would happily make this home our annual rental home. There were 4 adults and three children (ages 9, 3 and 1.5) - two sleeping areas were not even utilized so there is ample space for bigger groups.

I will be the first to admit that I was skeptical of renting a vacation house via the Internet. When we arrived at the house we were nervous of what we would find. We pulled up to the house after a long drive from North Carolina followed by a fairy ride. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood full of mature homes and magnificent trees. Inside we found plenty of space for our family which included 4 teenagers and 2 dogs as well as my mother in law. The kitchen contained everything we need to prepare fresh seafood that we purchased on the island. The big field across the street was a great way for the kids to burn off energy playing kick ball. We saw deer and turkey pass through several times. Also farmers neck golf course is almost in walking distance which was a convenient way for my husband to sneak in some early morning fun. Restaurants and shopping are about 15 minutes away but the peaceful tranquility of the neighborhood was worth the extra commute. Not to mention the house itself was very charming. We are planning to return again soon.

The house was warm, spacious and comfortable. Our family of 8 - 3 children, 5 adults - had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The house was well equipped with what we needed from kitchen supplies to beach supplies. The house faces a large meadow where my 11 year old nephew delighted in flying his kite! And he delighted in having his own loft bedroom. We were close to downtown Oak Bluffs and the beach. The owner was always attentive and prompt with my questions and procedures for renting the house. Would recommend for a family vacation!

The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed, from kitchenware to beach chairs. The owner (Mike) was extremely helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this house.
