The place was really clean and in great condition. What a key location as everything is really close in every direction

Excellent property and accommodations. The development was just the right size; not too small and not hundreds of people where it wasn't ever quiet. At most 2-3 families were in the pool area, which allowed for plenty of space of our own. Highlights, cold beverages, condiments, and such in the fridge upon arrival, everything in the kitchen was above and beyond well stocked. We hosted some friends of ours for dinner a couple nights and had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. Enjoyed morning coffee and reading in the screened in lanai, and on the 4th floor, we were in the tops of the palm trees. John provided beach coolers, chairs, and towels in the closets, made logistics to head to the beach very easy. Less than 3 minutes drive west to the beach, or drive a but further for other options, but getting to and from the beach was a breeze. Plenty of food/dining choices very nearby for meals if you choose to eat out all the time. Check in and out was painlessly simple. We'll most certainly return, and rent from John again in the future.

Bonita Village is wonderful place to enjoy vacation. The unit we stayed in and the apartment complex is better than it showed in the pictures. It is peaceful, clean and close to beach and shopping. We will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful two weeks at this unit! So clean, fully stocked with essentials, great view of the pool area. We will definitely rent the unit again!

This is an outstanding rental in a great location. Close to several beaches and parks. If you get tired of the crowds at the beach, you can come back to the unit and enjoy the beautiful pool. If you are vacationing with children this is a great option. Also, John was very responsive at all times throughout the week and a great host!

This condo was perfect for our spring break getaway. The owner was very easy to communicate with. We had no issues at all. Location was perfect to explore the area. However, our favorite activity is the pool at Bonita Village.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at this property in Bonita Springs. Our initial check-in had some hiccups as we were temporarily unable to gain access to the elevator lobby due to a code change which apparently occurs on a weekly basis. Additionally, the cleaning crew for the unit had not completed their work as of 4:30 pm, or over 30 minutes past the check-in time of 4:00 pm. Further, the air conditioner was not operating properly upon entering the property. Notwithstanding the above, the property manager was easily reached by phone and immediately addressed the AC issue by getting a service technician at the unit within the hour at which time the problem was remedied. The only other “issue” involved just one wash cloth being available for renter use. Inventory needs to be checked more often for property manager to either supplement or to advise renters beforehand to bring their own wash cloths. Beyond these wrinkles, the property was extremely clean, comfortable and very quiet. Kitchen area and roomy lanai overlooking the pool are highlights. The main pool area is beautiful with the palm trees, waterfall and tiki hut/ bar-restaurant. The fitness center is easily accessible, very clean and contains updated equipment with enough space to enjoy while others are using the facility. The property is very safe and the location is terrific providing nearby access to the grocery, restaurants and the beach. Further, the property manager, John, was very organized with providing an instruction sheet weeks in advance of our trip and was quite responsive and prompt with e-mails and phone calls before and during our stay. Additionally, on the day of our departure, John e-mailed me that our security deposit refund was already being placed in the mail. We would definitely stay at this property again due to all of its terrific attributes and responsive property manager. Our overall experience was very positive.

We enjoyed our stay. Our host was receptive to our needs. Location was perfect to the beach and everything one would need. Definitely will recommend to others and will come again.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location, close to everything less than 5 mins to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The condo is beautiful with great views of the pool. This is a very comfortable home.

Our Bonita Village Penthouse featured a screened-in lanai overlooking a beautiful oasis pool area from the 4th floor level, "high in the coconut tree". A perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Bonita Village is close to the beach and to many restaurants and shopping. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.

We had a fantastic time in Bonita Springs. The condo and location were perfect for our stay and John could not have been more helpful. We look forward to staying here again next winter.

My two kids & I had a great time. The condo was very nice, spacious, and clean. We loved the pool as it was large with plenty of chairs. We also liked the concession area with TV’s and the food & drink availability right there at poolside. It was a short drive (about 5 minutes) to the beach. We would stay again!

Property was extremely neat and clean with fabulous view from the balcony of the pool area. Wish is was a bit closer in terms of walking distance to shops and dining but we had a fabulous time just the same.

The reasons I gave a 3 star review are many, for starters there was a non functional clothes dryer for the first 10 days that we were there, which required a repairman to come in many days at our inconvenience The previous year that we stayed in this condo, we had a non functional dishwasher for most of our 3 weeks . We love the space and the location but we feel that the owner is not keeping up with what the basic necessities . The condo needs updating and needs to be equipped and restocked with essentials. There are little to no bathroom items provided, ancient yuchhi appliances in the kitchen such as the coffee maker and the pots and pans, no knives to speak of, missing flatware- exactly 3 teaspoons in the condo for example, only 2 rolls of TP provided, only one set of sheets in the bedroom that seems ancient and need replacing, non matching bathroom towels that need a good bleaching.... We personally own a VRBO condo in Park City Utah which is fully equipped with all new kitchen appliances and items, as well as bath and bedroom necessities to last a full week, and multiple sheet and towel sets per bedroom. We purchase new as they become old and worn to please not only ourselves, but our renters. As much as we like this location, we would not rent this condo again. We were very inconvenienced 2 yrs in a row by the non working appliances, for which the owner gave us no compensation whatsoever. That on top of the poorly stocked condo is a NO for us.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The instructions we received prior to our arrival were excellent allowing for a smooth check in. The unit is spacious and nicely equipped with good appliances and extras. The property is excellent. The pool and hot tub are very enjoyable and there is a pool bar/grill so that you can grab something to eat and drink while at the pool. The exercise room is well equipped and not well used so you won't have to wait for a machine. The location is close to the beach (with a van to take you there and back) and there are a lot of excellent restaurants and amenities nearby. You won't be disappointed.

The condo was wonderful and John was very easy to work with as was Bonnie who is in charge of cleaning and caring for any of our needs or questions while we were there. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends, and without a doubt would stay in this condo again. We enjoyed the pool very much! There is another quiet pool, however we liked the bigger pool so much that we did not make it to the other one.There were plenty of lounge chairs and tables for everyone. The tiki bar was such a nice convenience for us. The woman working and managing the Groggy Frog was awesome! She stayed late one night to cook burgers for our kids on the grill. Very fun, friendly and pleasant environment! The beach is very close and there are plenty of good restaurants around. We could not have asked for a more perfect week! Thanks, John for letting us stay in your beautiful place!

The condo is clean and comfortable. excellent location for exploring the area. Pool and tiki bar are great. Gym is quite good but could use a few more amenities. Everyone we ran into in condo complex was so friendly and helpful. Traffic is awful in this area. We would suggest renting bikes to get to the beach and other spots close by. Parking at the actual Bonita beach is pretty impossible sio the shuttle is an excellent choice, but we found that beach to be way too crowded so would recommended going to Barefoot Beach or Lovers Key State Park. There are some great restaurants in walking distance . We would reaturn here again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was lively and well maintained. Overall very nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was lovely. The layout and the high ceilings made it feel very spacious.this condo was on the top floor which is our fav location. There is an elevator.There were two pools. The quiet pool was heated so we spent most of our time there. The pool bar is open from 11:30 to 5. Prices were good and it looked as they served some basic food for kids there. There were also 2 hot tubs. They have a big tub of noodles and pool tools for guests. John also had a bunch of pails and shovels for the beach which would be nice if you had small children.We used the fitness center every morning and although small it worked great- about 4 treadmills, 2 elippticals, some bikes and weights etc. They have a shuttle that you can call which will take you to the beach during the day.The beach is about a mile drive. Condo was in a Great location. Close to a lot of good restaurants and beach. I highly recommend Flippers. I also highly recommend Good Time Charters which is located behind the Publix in Ft Myers Beach. Their Sunset Cruise is awesome and we saw a lot of dolphins. They are still doing construction so if you head down to Ft Myers Beach to go to Time Square or Doc Fords - a great restaurant-be prepared as it is stop and go traffic a lot of the time. John was helpful and quick to respond to questions. We would stay here again.

Booking was straight forward, owner was informative and reliable. Unit was like new, clean, and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The pool area and grounds are safe, secured, and beautiful. My kids loved the pool, the waterfall sound was so relaxing. Will definitely stay again, it was conveniently located for shopping and beach outings.

We had a great time on our ten day vacation! With out repeating, I agree 100% with the other 4 & 5 star reviews. Also, the owners were very nice to deal with booking the rental. One thing not mentioned in the other reviews, was the inside parking for our car. Also, we rented bikes and road miles every day. I'll be 64 soon and loved it. My wife crashed once but we just laughed! Thanks again, Ed & Carol

Recently our family of 5 adults and one infant spent a week in this condo, while visiting other relatives in the area. Not only were the accommodations perfect, but all was in perfect condition, spotlessly clean and comfortable, as well as stylish in a Tommy Bahama decor. The building is quiet, well insulated and the amenities superb, from a fully equipped kitchen, to bath and pool towels, to resort-like pools and hot tubs and exercise room,everyone in our group felt pampered! We liked the proximity to shopping (10 minute walk to the grocery store) and restaurants (Check out Parmesan Pete's for the best italian pasta dishes and pizza, for carry-out). The owner was attentive with our questions and with follow up. We would definitely stay here again!
