Thank you Frances for letting us stay in your beautiful home. It was everything we needed as a family. Plenty of space to not fall over each other and plenty of space to come together as a family. Many a day and night 5 people were either on the red couch or on the floor in front .. such a special spot. As you know we had a few issues but you dealt with them in a very professional manner. We would definitely stay again. The only thing I was disappointed with was the house wasn’t preheated (as advertised) before we arrived. It was very cold and took a while to heat up but once it did we were cosy.

The house was fantastic and communication with the host was exceptional. Information provided at the house was detailed and house was well stocked for our stay. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

We were a group of 7 adults, we loved the place, it was so comfortable and spacious, plenty of room to not step on everyones toes. We would rent this place again if and when we come back to Queenstown. Our host Francis was super helpful, messaging to ensure everything was ok.

Great house with amazing views and perfect for 2 families. It had everything we needed. It’s an easy walk into town…but not so much coming back…but that’s what affords such an incredible vista.

The home in Queenstown was perfect in every way. The views were incredible and the house had everything we needed. It was centrally located and easy to access. I really appreciated how child friendly the house was. The host kindly prepared a crib and a high chair for our one year old. Our time in Queenstown was made even more special with this great home - could not recommend enough.

What an amazing property, from the views to the rooms to the amenities to the checkin process, magnificent!!! Frances made everything special, even left us flowers and some food after our long journey from the States. The house and it’s views of The Remarkables are breathtaking and continuously change during the day. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed. It is a must stay location and house if you are going to Queenstown!!

Our family of seven loved this luxurious home. The veiws are addictive and it has everything you need for a completely stress free stay in all weather. Internal access garage , 3 showers and toilets , modern appliances and quality beds with their own TVs . So much space if you need to find a quiet corner We did not want to leave this dream home.

Our family of 5-7 adults had a lovely 2 week stay here over winter. The house was wonderfully warm, spacious and quiet, and Frances was very easy to deal with, with all instructions for the house very straightforward. And those amazing views! There was always a fight for the red couch, it was the most used seat in the house. The kitchen was very well stocked, bedrooms and bathrooms were warm, comfy and with all basics supplied. We didn't use the 2 deck areas but I'm sure they would be a great addition to relaxed living in the summer. There is an internal double garage and off street parking for at least 2 cars. Walking to town is a little hilly and takes approximately 30 minutes, however walking home is very hilly and not for the faint hearted. Uber fares were $7 - $15, and we only used Bluebubble Taxis, as all others seemed unregulated and charged heaps. Overall we all had a wonderful stay here and would stay again. Many thanks

Ever changing with the weather. The kitchen is beautifully set up with plenty of crockery and cutlery, A supply of the basics in the pantry. Uber ranged between 15 and 30 dollars depending on the times.

Parking easy, village is busy so we just got ubers in and out vs the stress of parking. Plenty of exta heaters to use and of course the real fire which was so nice to sit around as we did family time. We love this place and Queenstown so much, really the best fun packed holiday ever!
