the beds were very hard .couldn’t sleep through the night waking up with a busted back ..apart from that ..the facilities /staff/apartment was fabulous

the view of the lake was lovely . the room was huge and we hd a great balcony. we were upgraded by the wonderful staff to a larger room w a separate bedroom . the location was a walk to town but we really liked being away from the crowds. we definitely recommend staying here!!

Everything, amazing position the unit was spotless. After booking through Booking com I phoned the motel to ask for a unit suitable for my husband who is disabled. The receptionist was helpful and the unit was perfect. Unfortunately there were no vacancies for the following night or we would have stayed longer Unbeknown to us, my husband's heart medication had fallen and rolled under the bed and when the cleaners found it she immediately phoned us to let us know and to ask if she could post it on to us. Thankfully, we were able to arrange for a prescription to be emailed to Wanaka and obtain replacement medication. If she hadn't been so attentive, we would have been in big trouble

Well equipped room & comfortable bed. Easy parking & good location close to ferry terminal. Really clean.

Room was not private when front curtain windows were open during the day as they needed to be to let in natural light and to see the view. When fellow guests were passing to their adjacent rooms they could see what was happening in our room. Beds were rather hard and therefore not the most comfortable.

Friendly staff, very clean, comfortable room, great bath.

There was no parking facility for a motorhome. The property is at the top of quite a steep hill and we didn't want to have the motorhome parked up for a long time with brakes on. Husband moved motorhome to the bottom of the hill some distance from the property. Fortunately we were able to see the vehicle from the terrace.

It was centrally located. Really nice view of the lake and the mountains from room 9.

Room was VERY dated and it is very much a motel. Room wasn’t serviced and the bedding was uncomfortable. I haven’t had sheets that rough since I was a university student!
