Our family goes to Branson for labor day weekend- this is a great accommodation for us! Spacious, clean & a great location! We enjoyed watching the deer & geese from the deck & the close proximity of the pool & lake. We had a great time!

The accommodations were great. Located on the lake. Wonderful porch to sit on and watch the deer crossing. Peaceful and quiet!

The condo was very clean. Kitchen was a good size, enough room for a few people to be prepping food together. This particular unit sets right next to the pool which was nice. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great vacation. The location was perfect. Condo was clean and the view was beautiful. Paul was amazing. We had a few minor things pop up and while I’m sure I was annoying, he was kind and quick to help! Would def stay here again if we come back to Branson!

The location was amazing, just next to the lake. We went in winter, so enjoyed the lake from within. Branson landing was around 20 mins drive and silver dollar city was arpund 10. The rooms are specious. We were 2 families, but we felt there were sufficient space for 3. There were a few minor hickups, - the hot water ran out after a while and we had to wait for it to be on the right temperature - the washer dryer were not working properly - the queen bedroom door was not shutting. This was not a issue for us since we were able to use the other two rooms Overall, we enjoyed our stay there

My family had a wonderful time here. The condo was clean, spacious and well-stocked with everything we needed. The area was peaceful and beautiful. The free attraction tickets were an added bonus. Thank you for a great experience!

If you love to swim, the pool is literally steps away. In fact, you look out the master bath window and the pool is right there. (Concrete from pool is connected to your side of the building.) Also, Silver Dollar City is only a few miles away. You won’t get stuck in traffic coming from the strip. Paul is an excellent host. Needed help with entering and leaving the room. (I wasn’t familiar with the keyless locking mechanism.) He answered my call and text within a few minutes.

We really liked staying here. There were absolutely no stairs to get into the condo which was perfect for my parents. The condo was very roomy for the 4 of us with the 3 bedrooms. The master bathroom is huge. It was very quiet, not sure if because we went on Columbus Day weekend. Our only complaint is that the 4 of us are between the ages of 58 and 83 and all the toilets were very low to the ground. The main improvement we could see is changing them to ADA Compliant Toilets. You drive right past Silver Dollar City to get this condo. It took us approximately 20-30 minutes to get to the strip. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Since you asked, ill tell you about it. The property had all the space we needed for our vacation. But it was not cleaned very well when we arrived. They had swept the floor and left the dirt piled up. There was wet towels and sheets in the dryer, the washing machine had mold in it. The counters in the kitchen were sticky. The master shower was clogged, and had no water press. When we ran the whirlpool tub debris came out from it being dirty. The pans in the kitchen were dirty, with the non-stick coming off. The dishwasher was not secured in its place and wash difficult to close the door. There was a multitude of little problems that we brought to the attention of the leasing agent, via messaging. He abruptly offered to refund my money, and told us to leave(i have the message still). I would not recommend this unit to anyone. I will not book here again, this is the second unit we've used here. Parking is ridiculous, especially when people park trailers in the lot, even after being told not too. There is no oversight at this condo unit.

We really enjoyed our stay and the property was in perfect location

This condo is nice and spacious. We loved the wife life right out back. Deer, chipmunks, geese and ducks every day. The pool is super convienent and we had two vehicles with no problem finding parking when we were there. There’s a little store real close for ice and whatever you need. We also discovered Pzazz restaurant. Their food was great. Just a note that the grill next door is open from 4pm on. There are a lot of little restaurants that open later in the day. Indian pointe where we’ve also rented from is super close. We fished, and. kayaked right off the shore. We also had our coffee each morning there waiting for our mostly adult kids and significant others to wake!

Great space in a great location!

We enjoyed the property and will stay at this property again. It was so great to be right on the water. The view was beautiful. We only had a few minor inconveniences - disposal didn't work, ceiling fan in one bedroom didn't work and didn't have enough towels the first night. Paul brought us towels the next day. Hopefully, the disposal and the ceiling fan will be fixed by the time we visit again.

The view was wonderful, beds comfy. Restaurant next door was great. The jacuzzi tub spit out black specks and dirt and we couldn’t use the path to the lake because of wasps. Would return, with wasp spray!

This property was absolutely beautiful! The location was quiet and gorgeous while being very close to downtown. The condo had absolutely everything you could need. We will definitely stay again!

Restaurant and dive bar next door was fun. Limited food but decent and convenient. Great views of the lake but probably more obscured when trees have leaves. Dirty floors (HAD to sweep food off the kitchen and living room floors) Dirty carpets (wish we had access to a vacuum as all carpeting had visible stuff all over them) Dirty countertops (stuck on food that comes off with very little effort) Dirty appliances Dishwasher full when we got there. Stovetop disgusting (covered in grease and smeared) Coffee maker left used Towels in dryer No basic ammenities (trash bags, complimentary bar soap for showering) Poor insulation between floor above us Condo was nice but cleanliness was poor. I was praying at least the sheets on the beds had been washed. One of the bedroom doors doesn't close. Not sure about paying that cleaning fee. Might want to rethink who is cleaning your property because it's not being done very well. From the moment we walked in we had an icky feeling and with the little effort we put in it will probably be better for the next renter. I should be charging a cleaning fee for my services.

We rented this property for our annual Christmas trip to Silver Dollar City. Overall it was a great place. Out of the way but that wasn’t a problem. The view of the lake was beautiful. There were a few things that made it not perfect. The water had a strong sulphur smell at times. Maybe b/c of the location, not sure. The water didn’t taste bad & the owners were thoughtful and had a Brita water filter in the fridge. Water actually tasted good. The only other thing was we couldn’t find any sheets for the sofa bed. When we pulled it out, a fitted sheet was on it but it was dirty looking. Crumbs on it and under the couch. Maybe just a one time miss on the cleaning staff. I’m relating these things not to down the property but just to be honest. I always read reviews prior to renting. Again the sheets may have been a one time miss on the part of the cleaning staff. The only other thing, & this is just a personal preference, but it would have been nice if there had been Christmas decor. Again, overall, a great weekend!

Location keeps you out of traffic and the grill/pub next door is good.

Great location and plenty of room for the 7 of us. Only negatives were broken appliances and the water wreaked of sulfur. Overall a nice property close to shore.

Property just as pictured. Immaculately clean. Right on the lake. Well stocked. Restaurant next door for evening meals. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only issue was a lack of water pressure in the master shower.

It is a very nice property with a good view of the lake. The cleaning person was still there when we came in 2 and a half hours after check in time. She had made 2 of the beds and hadn't swept the floors in the kitchen and living room. The towels were in the dryer, if we needed them, and we made up 1 of the beds. We swept the living room and kitchen and unloaded the dishwasher. Both bathrooms were clean and very nice. The people upstairs must have had children that loved to run around very loudly. My brother had issues with the parking space. Someone with a large truck decided to park on the line which left no room to get out of the car. He had to crawl over to the passenger side to get out. We did have a good time and did a little shopping while we were there. My daughter said the water smelled of sulphur and she had to use bottled water to brush her teeth. The master bath shower had hardly any water pressure but it got the job done.

Property not clean at check in. Cleaning party shows up at 6:00 pm and leaves at 11:00 pm. We were granted an additional nights stay due to this inconvenience. Bedroom and bathroom doors do not close (settling issues?) Master bath shower no water pressure what so ever. Water reeks of sulfur or something. Literally will make you ill trying to brush your teeth. Ceiling fan in 2 bedrooms did not function. Paint chips on just about every wall. This was our first VRBO experiance and probably our last.

Enjoyed the stay!

I have enjoyed this for the second year. However we were 3 hours after our check in time before the cleaning was done. I understand the situation with getting help, but then there should be compensation of some sort for my inconvenience as well. The tub n the bathroom still had a dirt ring around it. Not to mention I just really am not sure what took so long to clean. I do enjoy the location of it n overall experience of it.

Great location, good restaraunts, good for disc golf too

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very spacious for my husband and I and our three teenage kids to spread out and relax. It was close enough to a lot of the attractions but out of the hustle and bustle of everything.

This property is exactly as described. The lake views are amazing. The kitchen is well stocked and the Kuerig is a bonus. We enjoyed sitting on the large deck and watching the deer and geese just a few feet away.

This is a nice, well kept space. We were 20 minutes from most attractions and 5-10 from Silver Dollar City. Well stocked kitchen. Only downs were noisy upstairs neighbors and not enough hot water.
